matter herein.

5, 2008, PENELOPE M. GILLESPIE, INDIVIDUALLY
AND
AS
CO
TRUSTEE AND
NEIL
J. GILLESPIE
AND
MARK. GILLESPIE, CO-TRUSTEES executed and
delivered a Promissory Note to the Payee named thereon. On
June
5, 2008, PENELOPE M.
GILLESPIE, INDIVIDUALLY
AND
AS CO-TRUSTEE AND
NEIL J.
GILLESPIE AND
MARK. GILLESPIE, CO-TRUSTEES executed and delivered a Mortgage securing payment of
said Note.
The
Mortga.ge was recorded .on June 25, 2008, in Official Records
Book
5057, at
page 1670, of the public records of Marion County, Florida, and mortgaged the property
identified in the Mortgage, then owned by and
in
possession of the Mortgagor, more fully
described as:

recorded in
Plat
Book 2 at Page(s) 106 through
112 inclusive

Plaintiff declares

payable

Note
and Mortgage to
be
due,
together with interest from September 16, 2009, late charges, advancements, and all costs

collection including, but not limited to, title search expense for ascertaining necessary parties to
this action and reasonable attorney's fees.

principal balance

on
the
Note
and Mortgage,

the date of default is 107,506.53.
