Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 9th February, 2017 inter alia a) to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2016 b) to consider declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend to the Shareholders for the year 2016-17.
In case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board at its aforesaid meeting, the “Record Date” for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be Friday, the 17th February, 2017.
As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from 31st January 2017 to 11th February 2017 (both days inclusive).
