2. Interested parties may obtain further information about the tender from Establishment Section of this office. 3. The prospective bidders who have not registered have to register with E-procurement system of CPPP. In order to
submit the bids electronically bidders are required to have type-II Digital Signature Certificate. Digital Signature can be obtained from any of the authorised certifying agencies.
4. Hard copy of the bid must be submitted in sealed cover superscribed “Tender for Running of Tiffin Room”. 5. Validity of Contract is for one year from the date of Acceptance of Contract/Renewal. This can however be
extended for another period of one year at the same rate, if the performance of the Contractor is found satisfactory and at the discretion of Director, All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai – 400 034.
6. Complete set of Bid documents has been made available at www.eprocure.gov.in for downloading. The cost of the tender enquiry document is INR `.500/- which is payable in the form of Demand Draft drawn on a scheduled bank in India in favour of “Pay & Account Officer, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Mumbai-08”. The bidder may download the tender enquiry documents from the website and submit first bid online after logging in with their user ID. The bidders bid are required to be registered at CPP portal. Please log on to www.eprocure.gov.in for uploading the tender online for participation through e-tendering basis. For submission and other details please refer to www.eprocure.gov.in.
7. The bidders shall ensure that their bids, complete in all respect, are submitted online and desired hard copies in original are dropped in the tender box located at Establishment section, Room No.201, 2nd floor, Block ‘B”, AIIPMR, on or before the closing date and time (27/04/2020 at 10.00 am), failing which the bids will be treated as late and rejected.
8. In the event of any of the above mentioned date being declared as a holiday / closed day for the Institute, the bids will be received / opened on the next working day at the appointed time. 9. Institute reserves the right to annul the tendering process at any stage without assigning any reasons thereof.

The Institute will be entitled to keep on waiting list the bidders other than the contractor,
who are prepared to accept the contract on the same terms and conditions as the person
accepting the contract. The earnest money of such persons will be initially refunded except
for a token amount of `.500/- (`.Five Hundred Only) which would be retained by the Institute so long as they want to be retained on the waiting list.

The A.I.I.P.M.R, Mumbai – 34 will provide space for running of tiffin room as well as
furniture, electrical fixtures, fans refrigerators, water cooler, water purifier free of charge to
the contractor. No charge will be levied on electricity or water consumed for running Tiffin
Room.

keep an account of the same. This will have to be returned on expiry of the contract in good
condition.

The contractor shall be responsible for compliance under various statutory enactments i.e.,
labor laws, wages act, sales tax, municipal bye laws GST etc. as applicable from time to
time relating to sale of articles of food.

only approximate and are subject to change. The Caterer may also supply additional items of

release of the Security Deposit shall certify that all payments including Labour Laws obligations have been
fulfilled and that the Institute authorities shall not be responsible for such payments to the staff arising out of
the decision of the Labour Courts if any.
