ADMISSION FOR SUPER SPECIALITY COURSE AT AFMC PUNE: 2015-18 BATCH

1. The priority wise merit list of candidates who have qualified in the Departmental Aptitude Testconducted on 12 & 13 Jul 2015 is enclosed as Appendices to this notice. Number of seat available, datesof reporting/ counseling have been enumerated in the respective Appendices.

2. The availability of super speciality seats are as under :-

(a) Appx 'A' - DM Cardiology 01 (Recognised Seat)(b) Appx 'B' - MCh Neuro Surgery: 03 (01 Recognised Seat and 02 Permitted Seats)(c) Appx 'C' - MCh CT Surgery: 03 (01 Recognised Seat and 02 Permitted Seats)(No candidate appeared for MCh (Plastic Surgery Deptl Aptitude Test hence no seat will be offered in

counseling).

3. The seats will be filled in order of priority and merit secured by the candidates. Seats will be offeredto Priority-V (Civilian) candidates only after filling the seats for Priority II candidates. No priority III/IVcandidate appeared for the test.

4. Selected/Waitlisted candidates to bring the following certificates in original alongwith two Xeroxcopies. Kindly keep a scanned copy of all documents also as the certificates will be fwd to MUHS, Nashikfor clearance of eligibility which will be returned after completion of course (03 yrs).

(a) 06 (six) passport size photographs(b) Class X / SSLC /ICSE certificate as valid certificate of proof of age forPriority IV & V candidates.(c) Nationality Certificate / Valid Passport / Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificateendorsed with Nationality as 'Indian' on it.(d) MD/MS Mark Sheet(e) Internship Completion Certificate(f) Permanent/Provisional State Medical Council Registration Certificate(g) Attempt Certificate(h) Transfer CertificateU) Migration Certificate(k) Pass Certificate/Degree Certificate of MD/MS(I) Affidavit Gap Certificate (made by the student duly certified by Executive Magistrate (ifapplicable).(m) Selection Letter

5. Candidature of any candidate who is found to be willfully giving wrong information will be rejectedduring any stage of the admission process by the Commandant of this institution. The decision ofDirector & Commandant of AFMC Pune will be final.

6. Medical examination of Civilian (Priority V) as per medical standards required for selection ascommissioned officers in Armed Forces Medical Services will be done for those who have been selected.Admission to PG course shall be given to those civilian doctors who are found medically fit for commissionby a designated medical board.

7. Bond Agreement: All civilian candidates (Priority-V) if selected will be required to execute a bondagreement to serve as short service commissioned officers (SSC officers) for five years with the ArmedForces Medical Services or pay an amount of Rs 31 lacs (or as revised by Govt of India) if unwilling to jointhe Armed Forces after successful completion of the super speciality course.
