Well, what exactly are you waiting for?
If you’ve been paying any attention to real estate these days, you’ve seen the For Sale sign go up one day, and the Sold sign go up shortly thereafter. Maybe you’ve called o� of a sign about a house, only to � nd that there are already several o� ers already submitted. Maybe you’ve visited the websites of Trulia or Zillow only to � nd that by the time the listing � nally meanders its way to one of their servers, it’s already under contract. � e demand for residential property in Northwest Denver has risen markedly in the last year. � e number of transactions has risen almost 17% in these last 12 months versus the previous 12 months. � e average sold price for a home in the last 12 months is up 7.6% over the previous 12 months to $293,565, which is up almost 11% over 2 years ago. � e average selling price this past April was $301,099 with an average of 67 days in market; down from the previous April’s 94 days.
