Nostalgia Eliminators

Nostalgia cars similar to those which raced in Australia in the 60s and 70s. Class Designation N/EL Class details: Nostalgia eliminator is open to any pre-1970 vehicles running no quicker than 11 seconds for the quarter mile. Nostalgia eliminator will be a dial your own handicap system Chicago shootout style. Class requirements: All vehicles must be pre-1970 All vehicles must have a name on both sides of the vehicle no smaller than 90 cm long by 30 cm high and must be reminiscent of the era. Steel or period style wheels preferred. Slicks and street slicks are permitted only. Open exhausts Mandatory. No Superchargers, Turbos or electronic fuel injection. Cars running quicker than 11 second quarter miles in competition will be automatically disqualified from racing for the rest of the meeting. All vehicles must comply to current IHRA Australia safety rules and regulations.
