HOW We DO iT

1. conceptual Development and project consulting

northwest Project design team works in close collaboration with the clients architects and engineers in order to obtain the objective of improving the project designs,both by rationalizing the detailing and finding cost effective alternatives

2. cost analysis and budgeting

the next step of the process is the thorouhly analysis of the costs, and the careful budgeting of the project designs. this is done by northwest estimate and budgeting team. this is a critical task in the preparation of the tender offer to delivered to the client.

3. Project preparation and production drawings

After winning a contract, the project design team, breaks down all project drawings and prepares the production drawings. this work will them go on to the purchase and production department.

4. Purchase & Production

After receiving the detail drawings from the Project design team the purchase and production team lead the process of ordering the mate-rials and preparing material transformation on the northwest facilities. All logistics are and assembly are carefully planned in advance.

4. Onsite assembly

northwest as an experienced team of onsite assembly workers.Woking under closed supervision from the job coordinator and the production manager, the assembly team closes the production cycle.

4. Post-Sale service

As an important part of the northwest quality certification iso 9001:200 process, the Post-sales department ensures that all project guarantees are fulfilled and that the requests from clients are handled quickly and professionally.
