PROJECT SCOPE
The project comprised design and build of
an insulated aluminium rainscreen and
replacement windows. Additional works
undertaken included panel stabilisation
and concrete repair prior to overcladding.
The entire project was carried-out from
cradle access due to very difficult
conditions of site access.

Theyapproached the various design changesnecessary with the speed and competencyrequired to keep the works on programmeand finish on the agreed date. D+b facadesshowed that they had the necessaryexperience from working at other institutionsin the sector to ensure the project wasdelivered with minimal disruption to the end-user.
