TASTE TALKSSEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER
Taste Talks is a national event series, content platform and
awards program that explores new ideas in culinary and
invites food enthusiasts and top chefs to participate in
unique food experiences within thriving culinary communities
throughout the country.
Influential chefs, entrepreneurs, writers, farmers, musicians,
restaurateurs, and other industry professionals take to the
stage and to the kitchen for original programming, tastings,
conference events, exclusive dinners, outdoor cookouts, and
after-parties.
Taste Talks, now in its fourth year, is a one-of-a-kind
opportunity to experience and celebrate what’s next in our
ever-changing world of food.

THE TASTYS AWARD SHOWFOOD & DRINK AWARDS
In 2016, Taste Talks introduced The Tastys, a dynamic,
high-profile food and drink awards program for a new generation
of food lover, celebrating culinary excellence from coast to coast.
The Tastys celebrate the future of taste by recognizing excellence
across three verticals: 1) Restaurants & Chefs, 2) Innovation and
3) Media.
The Tasty Awards are held yearly in Brooklyn at the Brooklyn
Academy of Music as part of the Taste Talks Food & Drink
Festival. The live awards ceremony is hosted by one of America’s
favorite personalities in front of 2,000 industry leaders, top chefs,
thinkers, creators, press and food influencers. 2016's host was
Mo Rocca, correspondent for CBS Sunday morning.
SUMMERSCREENJULY - AUGUST
SUMMERSCREEN is a six-week, free outdoor summer film
and music series that takes place in the Williamsburg
neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Each Wednesday in July and August, over 5,000 attendees
gather in Mccarren Park to enjoy a curated lineup of cult
classic film live music from emerging bands, and some of
the finest food and drink from local vendors.
For the past 10 years, SummerScreen has been bringing
together creative types to hang with their peers in the
comfort of their own Brooklyn backyard.
