To whom it may concern,

North Shore Neighbourhood House is a non profit organization meeting the needs of North Shore Residents since 1939.

One of the special events that NSNH provides for the community is the Christmas Day Lunch hosted on December 25. This tradition has been taking place since 1995.

We serve 250 turkey dinners with all the trimmings to participants who don’t have the opportunity to celebrate with others in their own homes.

Doug Cheng and his wife have been cooking at this event for the past two Christmas’. Without his support and time commitment the event would not be able to happen.

Doug is skilled, organized and very understanding. He has passion for the community and for helping others.

We feel very lucky that Doug found NSNH and has donated his time on Christmas Day to create a special memory for the residents of the North Shore.
