Anglican Church of AustraliaAlteration of The Constitution
Notice is hereby given under section 67(2) of the Constitution of the Anglican Church of
Australia that
Whereas on 18 September 2010 the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia
duly made Canon No. 1 of 2010 being the Constitution Amendment (Diocesan Council)
Canon 2010 to alter the Constitution of the Anglican Church of Australia by the
amendment of the definition of “Diocesan Council” in sub-section 74 (1) therein
And whereas on 20 November 2015 the President of the General Synod, the Most Rev’d
Dr Philip Freier, Archbishop of Melbourne and Metropolitan of the Province of Victoria,
determined that there is no condition remaining to which the coming of the Canon into
effect is subject
The said President determined that the said Canon shall come into effect on
1 March 2016.

section 63(3) of the Interpretation Act, give notice that the Judges of the
Supreme Court of the Northern Territory of Australia have made the following
rules under section 86 of the Supreme Court Act:

Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority Act
Appointment of Members and Chairperson
I, John Laurence Hardy, Administrator of the Northern Territory of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Executive Council:
(a) under section 10(1)(a) of the Northern Territory Environment
Protection Authority Act, appoint each person named in the Schedule
to be a member of the Northern Territory Environment Protection
Authority from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017; and
(b) under section 11(1) of the Act, appoint William John Freeland to be
the chairperson of the Northern Territory Environment Protection
Authority on and from 1 January 2016.

Energy Pipelines Act
Notification of Application For Pipeline Licence
I Georgina Graham, the delegate of the Minister for Mines and Energy in pursuance of section 13(5) of the Energy Pipelines Act hereby give notice that -
(a) Jemena Northern Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd of 321 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria, 3149 has applied for a licence under section 13 of the Energy Pipelines Act to construct and operate a gas pipeline, the ‘Northern Gas Pipeline’; and
(b) A map showing the proposed route of the proposed ‘Northern Gas Pipeline’ and the lands on which it is proposed to construct the pipeline may be examined at the website specified in the schedule.

Standards Scheme" has been approved by the Professional
Standards Council constituted under section 39 of the
Professional Standards Act 1994 (NSW) (the Council); and
(b) the scheme commences on 1 January 2016; and

Breath Analysis InstrumentI, Jennifer Reilly, Director, NTPFES College, in pursuance of regulation 59 of the Traffic Regulations, being of the opinion that each member of the Police Force whose name appears in the attached Schedule is: -
(a) trained in the use of a prescribed breath analysis instrument known as the Drager Alcotest 7110; and
(b) capable of using that prescribed breath analysis instrument correctly,
Authorise those members of the Police Force to use that prescribed breath analysis instrument for the purpose of the Traffic Act.

Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act Work Health and Safety Advisory Council
Members – Expressions of InterestThe Minister for Business invites nominations from interested persons
within the Northern Territory who:
have a wide range of experience across all industry sectors; and
are representatives of organisations representing employers or organisations representing employees.
The Work Health and Safety Advisory Council comprises of no more than
ten members appointed by the Minister and a member constituting the
Authority.
The Council’s functions are to:
(a) keep under review the operation of this Act;
(b) make recommendations to the Minister on possible changes to:
(i) the administration of the Act; or
(ii) standards of work health and safety in the Northern Territory;
(c) at the request of the Minister, investigate and report to the Minister
on matters relating to work health and safety;
(d) perform any other advisory functions relating to work health and
safety as the Minister directs.
An appointed member holds office for the period, not exceeding two years,
specified in the appointment. Sitting fees are available to members.
