Color VariationsAs in all natural materials, color in paving stones and wall stones has inherent variations. Paver and wall color is affected by the variances in the raw materials, concrete

mixture, moisture content, climactic conditions, and other variations. Therefore, the colors shown are approximate representations of paver and wall colors, but should

not be expected to be an exact match of what will be delivered.

The Nature of EfflorescenceAnother cause of color variation in paving stones and wall stones may be the natural phenomenon called efflorescence. Efflorescence, a deposit of white salts consisting

of mostly calcium carbonate, may appear as a white powder on the paver or wall surface and in no way affects the structural integrity. This phenomenon occurs in all

concrete and although it cannot be completely prevented from occurring, efflorescence generally will weather off and disappear over time or can be removed with

cleaners at the job site.

SEK SureBond ProductsChoosing interlocking paving stones for your home is an investment that needs to be protected. Surebond Joint Stabilizing Sealer does just that by bonding joint sand and sealing the pavement surface. Bonding joint sand maintains the structural integrity of the system – stones won’t move, sand won’t wash out, and weed and ant problems are reduced, all while sealing the surface to protect it from oil, salt and food staining as well as maintaining the natural color of the stone.

GeogridGeogrid is geosynthetic material used to reinforce soils and similar materials. Geogrids are commonly used to reinforce retaining walls, as well as sub-bases or subsoils below roads or structures. Soils pull apart under tension. Compared to soil, geogrids are strong in tension.

Polymeric SandPolymeric Sand is a precise mixture of polymer binders and clean natural sand.
