LK Miss Rio 2119

LT Patriot 4004

LT Gala 5065

Selling one-half interest in buyer’s choice of either the dam of LT Patriot 4004 or her heifer calf LT Gala 5065; or double the bid and own 100% of your choice! That’s right, this is the first-calf-heifer dam of the $105,000,

two-thirds interest, Lindskov-Thiel Ranch 2015 high-selling bull that caught the attention of all that saw him! When the smoke had cleared during that auction the proud purchasers of LT Patriot 4004 were Satterfield Charolais & The Patriot Group, which included Jerry & Michael Sturgess, Link Charolais, R Lazy B Ranch and Jess Taylor.

It was stated by Brent Thiel in the L-T Ranch catalog that LT Patriot 4004 was “perhaps the most complete Ledger we’ve produced.” He came into the sale ring after recording an adjusted weaning weight of 886 lbs. to ratio 111, and followed that up with a yearling weight of 1,451 lbs. ratio 113.

LK Miss Rio 2119’s second calf, LT Gala 5065, born on 2-26-15 will tip the scales at the top of the herd when weaned this fall. Brent says she is special; quiet and has a beautiful udder attachment. She is sired by the homozygous polled Genex sire, LT Stagecoach, who sold in the 2009 L-T Sale for $48,000.

This outstanding young donor is line bred to the benchmark cow maker, LT Silver Distance with a shot of milk trait leader LT Rio Bravo for good measure. Silver Distance daughters and granddaughters have dominated progeny production records at L-T over the past five years. A look back through the catalogs from their annual bull sale shows that many of the top-sellers were backed by the maternal value of Silver Distance. Bred by the Lindskov-Thiel Ranch, LK Miss Rio 2119 was raised in the Lowell & Lenny Klinglesmith cooperator herd in Colorado. Two years ago that entire herd moved to the main ranch at Isabel, South Dakota.

LK Miss Rio 2119 was bred AI on 5-30-15 (pregnancy checked safe by vet to AI Date) to LT Ledger 0332 P, the sire of LT Patriot and then pasture exposed from 6-16-15 to 7-29-15 to LT Sundance 2251 Pld (the 2013 $82,000 first son of Ledger sold at L-T Ranch).Selection to be made by January 15, 2016.

If Wayne Bennett puts one in the National Sale you can be assured it will be a great one! He will offer the donor dam that has been the favorite of most every visitor to Oak Hill Farms over the past few years. Wayne tells me that she is a “chip of the old block.” She combines a pedigree tabulation packed with breed standouts including Cigar, Mr Perfect, Wyoming Wind, Mac 2244 and the legendary donor Vanessa D029!Her dam #4131 has been used successfully in the embryo programs at Oak Hill, Bamboo Road and now in the Adam McCall herd in Missouri. A full sister to this donor, AML Vanessa 107 ET (pictured) was a National Reserve Senior Champion Female with a calf at side in 2014 for AM Livestock, Hankins Farms and Big Creek Charolais. Another full sister to #4131 sold in the 29th National Charolais Sale for $16,500 to Dr. Tripp and John Chism right here in Louisville.

OHF Miss GA Wind H907 has calved every year since she was two years old, plus embryos calves and frozen embryos in the tank. She has been flushed two times resulting in 14 & 16 quality embryos. Her daughters have topped sales in the southeast for the last few years. Oak Hill has retained two daughters to continue her legacy in the donor barn at their headquarters.

She sells bred to OHF Passport 1330, a DA Passport 502 son and is due in February, 2016 ultrasounded with a heifer calf inside. This donor will remain at Oak Hill Farms for this sale and shipping will be from that location. This is one to study completely. The Vanessa D029 cow family passes down high maternal traits consistently.

Choice of the Herd Times Two!Another outstanding opportunity to go deep into the

Eaton herd and select not one, but two mature brood cows from one of BEEF Magazines’ Top 100 Seedstock Producers in the United States!

The Eaton family is celebrating their 50th year in the Charolais business with this exciting offering. We will offer the choice of one brood cow, your pick and then you can double the bid and take two or if you only want one cow, we will open up the bidding and sell the second choice.

There are over 1,500 head of mature females enrolled in the AICA Whole Herds Rewards program at Eaton Charolais, including 33 Sterling Dams of Distinction. The ETN cowherd has long been noted as a herd of highly maternal, proven calving ease, with carcass merit while maintaining adequate growth. They will provide you access to all of the intense records, but don’t be faint hearted, it will be a task to evaluate the amount of data they have accumulated on these cattle for 50 years.

Every time the Eaton’s have offered this “choice of the herd” it has been actively bid upon by many of the top breeding herd programs in the United States. Here it is again, what an opportunity!

Presented by Eaton Charolais, The Eaton Family, Lindsay, Montana

All you can say when you look at this picture is, now that’s going to be a brood cow! This daughter of Cigar is designed for function, and built to perform in all environments. She is bred to do that. Her dam, MV 934 Vanessa 280 ET, sold in the 2014 Denver National Sale for $15,000 to Southern Cattle Company and has taken her place as one of John Down’s top donors. She has produced 5 progeny since being born in 2010 that have an average adj. weaning weight of 735 lbs. This female tipped the scales at 766 lbs. Vanessa 350 is a full sister to one of our breed’s very best; JWK Vanessa D029, that has well over 100 ET progeny registered at AICA!

This two-year-old heifer will not be making the trip to Louisville, but will be ready for shipment from Clarksville, Georgia. If you need a personal observation about her, ask Floyd Wampler who took her picture for this catalog. She is halter broke and was shown by a young high school FFA member Riley Davis. Stacked up maternal pedigrees like this don’t come around often enough, grab a hold of this one.MV 280 Cigar Vaness 350 was bred AI on March 21, 2015 to LT Ledger 0332 P and is safe in calf, due to calve the first of January, 2016.

Wal-Mar Charolais is opening the gate to the wise investor for his or her choice of any female in the show string or back at the ranch in Kansas. That’s right you can select any heifer in the show string that will be in Louisville, or travel to Canton, Kansas and select any other heifer calf, bred heifer or brood cow at the ranch, including brood cows Wal-Mar Hoo’s She 104 Pld & Wal-Mar Ms Southwest 810-dam of Wal-Mar Caught On Fire 205 P.

The Wal-Mar herd is a small, but mighty herd with a 100% A.I. program that features a wide variety of selected sires to use like LT Ledger, LT Long Distance, ZKCC Game On, Fire Water, Wrangle Up and LT Bluegrass sons. While they have concentrated on producing winning show heifers, they strive to produce heifers that have become functional cows that excel in the pasture and continue on producing even better females in the future.

Over the last few years Wal-Mar has bred and raised some of the top show females in the country. Wal-Mar Caught On Fire is a three time division winner at the last three National Charolais Shows as a calf, a bred heifer and as a cow/calf pair. At last year’s National Sale, Wal-Mar Ms Game On 408 was a sale feature and the second high-selling lot at $25,000! This past summer’s AIJCA Junior Nationals daughter Addi Marston, 2014-15 Miss Charolais U.S.A. also competed with these two

outstanding heifers; Wal-Mar Ms Penny Wind 505 P was a two-time Junior National Class Winner in both the Bred

& Owned Division and in the Owned Show and Wal-Mar Ms She’s Got Game 413 was a Junior National Class Winner and Division Champion in the Owned Division and the Fourth Overall Champion in the Bred & Owned Show. Those two heifers will be in Louisville, but don’t forget the powerful set of younger spring born heifer calves at home that have impressed our

visitors throughout the summer and fall. After a very successful year at Wal-Mar Charolais, we want to give the breeders an opportunity to tap into our program.

Wow, here it is folks a rare opportunity to own genetics from not only one of the most successful females of the 2014 show season, but quite possibly the most dominate Composite Charolais female to date! Kesha was campaigned by Carlee Clark at numerous AGR’s and Expo’s across the country, while remaining UNDEFEATED in over 25 rings and captured many Supreme titles! Kesha also captured the Grand

Champion Composite Female at the 2014 Charolais Junior National in Hutchison, Kansas. She then powered her way to the Grand Slam by being named the Champion AOB Female at the American Royal in Kansas City, the NAILE in Louisville and finished her career as the Grand Champion AOB at the National Western Stock Show in Denver. That may never happen again!

The Charolais National Sale Committee has wanted a composite Charolais cross female in the National Charolais Show for many years, but when we took one in, it had to be the best one ever and here she is! She is sired by the most dominate Monopoly and out of tremendous daughter of the National Champion Bull Sparrows Madrid 7M. Built flawlessly in her pattern she is incredible in terms of body mass and power, all while remaining to be the definition of not only femininity, but also of structural correctness.

As for fertility, while burning up the show road, she stuck first time A.I. and calved at 22 months of age. Kesha was conventionally flushed at CSC to sexed female semen from Gunsmoke at 24 months and produced 22 embryos of which 19 were transferred fresh. This guaranteed flush will be defined as a minimum of 6 embryos and a maximum of 12 embryos to the sire of the buyer’s choice at the buyers expense. Any additional eggs can be purchased at price set by seller. Kesha will be flushed conventionally at REI or on the farm by CSC. She will be open and ready to flush immediately.

Don’t pass up this rare once in a lifetime opportunity of this most dominating female!

Presented by Carlee Clark, Romance, Arkansas

We have tried to get this female in the National Sale ever since she was a calf. She has been a favorite of the Charolais Journal fieldmen forever! We still can’t get her in the sale, but got the next best thing-a guaranteed successful flush.

Sired by the tremendous maternal power sire LT Rio Bravo 3181 she exhibits all the traits his daughters are known for; depth of rib, volume, performance, correctness and breed character. Her dam Summit Shanna is a truly awesome daughter of Thomas Ranches Red Smoke sire and comes from a long line of Three Trees Ranch’s Shanna cow family. This heifer had an adjusted weaning weight of 870 lbs. to ratio 116; that is performance!

At her first National Show in Denver 2014, Summit Ms Shanna Z205 was selected the National Reserve Senior Calf Champion Female. She had her first calf on September 20, 2014, right near her second birthday. That daughter sired by WR Wrangler W601 has al-ready been out showing and came home from this past summers Iowa State Fair as Reserve Division Champion.

Ms Shanna Z205 has been flushed twice resulting in 10 & 13 embryos. She was then bred back and is due to calve mid-March 2016 and the buyer may have the first or second flush at that time. Not much guess work here, flush this outstanding Rio Bravo to the sire of your choice.

M&M Ms Stealth 9509 Pld ET is the powerful donor that Chris & Rodney had to have out of the last National Charolais Sale as the “Choice of the Herd” from M & M Charolais. The combination of her stunning phenotype, along with her pedigree and EPD tabulation made her an easy pick of the herd. There were many of the breed’s elite breeders bidding on that lot, but Chris & Rodney prevailed at $20,000.

Her sire was the Reserve National Champion Bull and sold for $27,000 in the National Sale in Denver many years ago. Her dam is the renowned Baldridge Sweetheart 7M, one of the breed’s most exciting donors that has traded hands a few times for unknown amounts! #9509 has produced ET progeny sired by Fire Water and New Standard and those bull calves have had an average adjusted weaning weight of 769.2 lbs. and average ratio of 107.4. She certainly offers plenty of mating flexibility depending on the goals of your program.

#9509 has excelled in our IVF program, averaging 10 embryos per aspiration. The buyer will receive one IVF flush, with a guarantee of 7 fertile embryos, to the sire of their choice including semen on any Polzin Cattle owned sire if the buyer chooses. She will remain at Polzin Embryo Center, with no cost of boarding and the buyer will only be responsible for the flush cost.

This super donor dam has quickly taken her place as the “go to” donor for both Mac Smith & Jake Miller, after they purchased her from James Hayden in the 2011 National Sale for $7,000 as a yearling. Just look at her development from the pictures taken of her as a weaning age calf when she won just about every show she walked into; to the picture taken right here in Louisville during the National Charolais Show where she was Reserve National Senior Calf Champion; to the picture taken as a two-year-old.

Her sire Field Rep is the sire of the two-time National Champion and Reserve National Champion heifer DCF Pure Gold 802 P. Her dam MF Ms Impressive Katie was a two-time National Division Champion herself. Her maternal granddam, White Rose Mabel was a many time champion too and sold for $10,000 way back when as a bred heifer. This cow family has been productive in the show ring and in production. Another maternal sister PCC Ms Dream Girl 906A was the National Reserve Senior Calf Champion and the 2014-15 - 7th Place Show Heifer of the Year. Selling a Guaranteed Successful Choice of the Herd FlushYour choice of a flush from over 1,000 head of females in the Foglesong herd! This tremendous offering allows the buyer to go to Ipava, Illinois and search through all of these females to select one to flush. Most of these mature females are fall calving cows that will have calves at side, milking and ready to flush. A major part of this herd is the entire Southern Cattle Company herd that Drew purchased in July 2014 before they started calving that fall, many of those females are pictured.

Another Louisville National Sale and another opportunity to add a tremendous Hankins Farms female to your herd backed by one of the most proven matings in the breed! This heifer is special not only in terms of her attractiveness on the profile, but also in shear substance and performance that is hard to find these days. She carries her power in a long-bodied, big-topped, big boned, yet feminine package that moves with ease and softness. She is a rare combo of soft body with power. A can’t miss donor prospect!

Many know the history of the Hankins donor #5038 matched with Slasher, it pretty much writes itself. JH Tyra 717 a full sister was the National Reserve Senior Heifer Calf Champion in Fort Worth and then followed that win being selected the National Reserve Senior Champion trophy in Denver. The last time we were in Louisville, the choice of the Slasher x 5038’s created quite the stir in the stalls ending with Teanna Simpson selecting HF Ziva for her next successful show heifer and M & M Charolais in Oklahoma taking home full sib embryos. This past February at the Iowa Beef Expo HF Stella 1417, another full sister had the traffic moving by the Hankins stall at 5 months of age selling for $5,300. Other full sisters have taken home purple banners and established themselves as donors for their new owners. Second chances don’t come along often, now it’s HF Ella’s turn!

The Hoodoo Slasher progeny continue to impress as outcross options for maternal strength with practical structure, balance and performance traits. Add in the time-tested Unlimited Ease and Budsmydad genetics to the mix and you have a female who can create a new page in your breeding program. Come see if this heifer can take your herd to the next level.

This daughter of Ledger, the most popular sire in the breed, is coming straight from the show string of Macy Meadows Charolais, a past AICA Seedstock Producer of the Year and one of our breed’s most ardent supporters!

This yearling heifer has a pedigree that walks and talks. Her sire needs no introduction as previously stated, the most popular sire of the breed, anchored by every name in his pedigree. The dam of this heifer Dotty had big plans for, but lost her too young; a heartbreaker in more than one way. Dotty purchased WIA Ms Heartbreaker out of the National Sale in Louisville in 2011 for $7,000 at 9 months of age. Her sire is the great Fire Water, without doubt the greatest sire of show females in the history of the breed.

The maternal grand dam is by Cigar another of our breed standouts and goes back to Hoodoo Z6017, if not the best Hoodoo donor ever, close to it. One of her daughters KBC SHF Ms Voodoo 6017 ET was the 2014 National Charolais Show Reserve National Champion. Besides her obvious ability to produce sound, beautiful progeny, a quick look at her pedigree shows that she was intensely line bred to the Astro and Orrtel lines used so masterfully at Hoodoo Ranch!

Dotty’s consignment to last year’s National Sale went on to become the #5 ranked Show Heifer of the Year, this could be another success story right here, during her first outing in the show ring she was first in her class and the Division champion at the 2015 Maryland State Fair!

Presented by Macy Meadows Charolais, Dotty Macy, Street, Maryland

We welcome another first time consignor to the National Sale and congratulate Lisa Compton for bringing this heifer fresh off her August 2015 Reserve Grand Champion Female win at the New York State Fair!

This heifer descends from the most successful and productive cow family the Compton’s have ever had. This pedigree encompasses some of our breed’s best sires with EC No Doubt, Grid Maker, Duke 914, Peugeot and Fasttrack, but also comes from a cow family rich in success. Her pedigree starts with her great granddam B & M Miss 10L, who is a full French female purchased from a great Charolais friend Ben Poirier in Canada. She came to them bred to Fasttrack which produced Lady Chardel and her third calf CF Mr. Fonze’ RBC a Peugeot son that went on to become a Top Ten Show Bull of the Year in 2009-10. The next calf from Lady Chardel was a full sister to that bull and she took the honor of being the 43rd National Reserve Cow/calf Champion in 2011 with a No Doubt daughter at side. Those three females are the cornerstone of the Compton embryo program, including CF Tullips the dam of this offering.

In 2013 CF Tullips and another No Doubt daughter were shown extensively, each receiving a championship trophy at different shows as well as representing Compton Farms internationally at the Toronto Winter Royal. All together this cow family has produced eleven Grand and Reserve Grand honors. Lisa has kept every female from this pedigree heritage on the farm. This will be the first female from this cow family to leave the farm and she wishes the new owner as much gratification as she has given her!

We are a new face to some in the Charolais circles, but an old Charolais cattle friend to many! Just to introduce ourselves to some of you. We are Long Hall Cattle Company, Kelly Long & Clint Hall and we or “I” have been involved in the great white breed since 1967. I even held the most prestigious title in the AIJ-CA of President way back when. My Charolais blood chilled for a while, but never froze!!! When Kelly and I decided that this was a breed that we wanted and needed to be a part of it was ALL BUSINESS!!!! If you know us, you know we jump in with both feet and no life jacket, do it and do it good, or just get gone. Lots of words that don’t really describe a National Sale heifer, but we like them good or we wouldn’t bring her in. We like fault free cattle, with good numbers and eye-appeal and here she is! Take a look, she’s worth the trip!

An exclusive opportunity to invest in what could be one of the most exciting combinations of “Show Cattle x Performance Cattle” in the history of the Charolais breed. In three trips to the show ring Dream Girl secured the 7th place Show Heifer of the Year and became the “what the heck is that heifer?” of the 2014 show circuit. That question was asked by cattle people of many different breeds. Dream Girl is no fluke, her dam cut a big ole swath in the show ring and gathered up enough banners to blanket a room. Dream Girl is sired by the champion-maker Fire Water. Ledger is claiming his place of the all-time greats! These resulting progeny should be history making.

If you’re on the lookout for maternal inspiration, stop here with this heifer that has legendary maternal written all over her! We have come to expect great things from the Ledgers and from the Sweetheart 7M line and this heifer may be the best ever offered!

We talk and write a lot about LT Ledger, but often don’t go into enough about the females in his lineage. The dam of Ledger, LT Brenda 6120 has to be one of the greatest females in the famed Lindskov-Thiel herd and if she’s not, then her dam #3055 owned by Wrights and L-T Ranch is! One daughter of 6120 is #8034 the dam of the $40,000 LT Tioga 4090, another daughter of 6120 #1102 is the dam of the $30,000 LT Brenda’s Hope 3019. Ledger’s maternal grand dam #3055 is the dam of herd sires LT Rushmore 8060, herd sire for Wright Charolais and L-T Ranch and LT-HC Blue Rock for Hebbert Charolais and Sexson/Small.

7M, 7M, 7M another powerful Charolais donor that has taken her rightful place as a donor of breed importance. In 2014 five of her Templeton sired sons average $12,300 during the Wright Bull Sale. During the 2015 Wright Bull Sale three more sons sell for $10,000, $14,000 and $24,000. In the January 2014 National Charolais Sale in Denver a daughter of 7M sold for $20,000. In the National Sale in Kansas City this past fall a maternal granddaughter of 7M produces a heifer calf that sells for $18,000.

There is maternal greatness in this pedigree, EPD and physical attributes. Don’t go home without some.

Sellers will retain one successful flush at convenience of buyer.

There’s a lot to LOVE here! NGC Lovely’s pedigree, performance, disposition, EPD’s and a powerful look of a future donor prospect all add in. The Fischer’s tell me that this is the most complete female they have ever bred and raised. As Stevie Wonder would sing; “Isn’t she lovely, isn’t she wonderful, isn’t she precious!” Lovely’s EPD’s are in the top 2% of the breed for WW, top 3% for YW, top 4% Milk and top 1% MTNL.

She is sired by the outstanding $105,000 LT Ledger who continues to need no introduction in Charolais and beef industry circles, so let’s turn our attention to the maternal side of this fantastic cow family. Lovely is out of the superb Nancy cow family that backs her up by 4 generations of donors. Her dam M6 Ms 761 6100 ET, grand dam M6 Ms H45 Nancy 382 ET, great grand dam M6 066 Nancy 106P ET and her great, great grand dam VCR Miss Mac IV 317 who is the dam of the popular M6 Grid Maker 104 P ET.

This past January, when winter consignment sale catalogs started coming out, breeders from across the country were calling and inquiring on Lovely’s full brothers that were selling. Notably NGC Lender 404B ET who was the Grand Champion and the high-selling bull at the 2015 Iowa Beef Expo selling for $18,000 purchased by Doll Charolais in North Dakota. Lovely’s full brothers average $12,416 that spring. Lovely is also a maternal sister to M6/RC Fresh Air 1138 Pld who’s first sons averaged $7,964 this past spring in the Nipp Charolais Bull Sale.

This is a great opportunity to get in on this cow family with this powerful, correct, soft made female with a great pedigree heritage, performance and EPD’s! The Fischer Family at North Grove Charolais will retain one successful flush at the buyer’s convenience.

How do you begin to describe such a special female? This heifer is surely destined for the back drop during her show career. There is power, power and more power all in a complete, moderate, sound and attractive package. There is a huge WOW factor here!

This young heifer is a full sister to RRC-RA Daisy C3111, who was a Two-Time National Class winner, the 45th National Reserve Junior Calf Champion in Denver and the 46th National Senior Champion Female at Kansas City! She was the 2014 NAILE Reserve Grand Champion in the Junior Show and has posted several other wins on the state and National level. A flush in Daisy sold for $10,500 during the Charolais in the Rockies Sale this past January. Another full sib bull was the Grand Champion Bull at the 2015 Indiana State Fair as a calf and has likewise made a huge impression on all that have seen him. Another full sib heifer shown by Jessica Janssen was 2nd out of a class of eleven at the Junior Nationals and she won her division at the 2015 Indiana State Fair.

Being an outcross to many U.S. pedigrees, the breeding possibilities are endless. She is sure to make an elite donor dam and a beautiful pasture magnet. Her full sister Daisy has a picture perfect udder and is performing well raising her first calf. Don’t let her numbers fool you. Her dam, “Storm” is our top producing cow. Before her embryo donor career, Storm produced two natural bull calves that held the highest weaning weight of our herd in 2011 at 790 lbs. and in 2012 at 767 lbs.!

On top of her physical attributes and great genetics; her disposition is second to none, the Clark’s eight year old daughter is “A Daisy If Ya Do’s” primary care taker! Due to our confidence in her future performance, we believe she has the potential to have as good if not better show and pasture career than the famous “Daisy.”

One successful flush of at least 7 frozen embryos will be retained at the convenience of the buyer.

If you are looking for a female that has showring AND front pasture appeal, here she is! Miss Fine Judy is a deep-bodied, structurally sound heifer calf with an abundance of bone. She is out of a daughter of VPI Free Lunch 708T, a well-known calving ease sire, but quickly making a name for himself as siring beautiful uddered, heavy milking daughters. This heifer is sired by the leading herd sire at Bamboo Road Farms in Georgia and Southern Cattle Company in Florida-Bamboo/VPI Paradigm Shift 133Y, which was bred at Virginia Tech.

This female is packed with cutting-edge genetics that will take you into the future of the Charolais industry. She ranks in the elite 2% of the breed for Weaning Weight, upper 7% for Yearling Weight and the top 20% for MTNL and REA among non-parent females. Don’t miss the chance to own a “Hokie” female that is performance oriented and will be a top notch brood cow prospect.

Presented by Virginia Tech, Dan Eversole & Chad Joines, Blacksburg, Virginia

Here she is boys and girls, from the heart of the Peterson Ranch program. Everyone wants a freaky-fronted, huge-ribbed, ultra-square hipped show heifer that is picture perfect in her profile. This heifer was selected right off the top of the January/February heifers in the Peterson Farms heifer calf crop!

PF Ms Kayla has the pedigree to back up her outstanding good looks. Her sire is doing a great job in the PF herd and has a pedigree heritage second to none being a Wyoming Wind son out of the immortal JWK Verna E225 who has over 100 progeny registered at AICA. The dam of this heifer PF Maggie is an impressive Budsmydad granddaughter who raised her last bull calf to a 755 pound weaning weight to ratio a powerful 121 weaning weight ratio.

If you’re looking for a show heifer that will play hard at the local shows, regional events and on to the AIJCA Junior Nationals take a good look here and then put her out to pasture after her show career and start making some money. She is one that will do it all.

Exceptionally rich in both pedigree heritage and style. From one of our first time consignors to the National Sale comes this excellent heifer calf from one of Rob, Naomi’s & Gerry’s foundation cow families. With her stylish, feminine, clean-lined, deep-bodied, sound footed appearance, there won’t be a lot of guesswork what kind of a female she will end up like after

her show career. She is fancy enough for the show ring, yet maintains the broodiness to make an excellent brood cow and quite possibly a future donor in the right hands.

She possesses a solid EPD profile and her sire Three Trees Wind 0383 is a current AICA Calving Ease Trait Leader and son of one of our breed’s most highly respected herd sires LT Wyoming Wind 4020. The pedigree of CMC Leading Lady C511 is filled with breed legends besides Wyo-ming Wind, 0383, Skymont Ease and one of the greatest Three Tree donors of all time WCR Miss Mac IV 5138, on the top side of this pedigree. On the bottom side, her dam is the #1 donor dam in the Cross Mountain Cattle herd coming from the blood of Smokester and his sire Cigar; and back to a Virginia Tech bred Eatons Leader daughter out of a Duke 914 female that was line bred Mac 2244 out of the great CF Mary 146.

CMC has retained two full sisters and one maternal sister from this cow family to carry on this quality maternal line. And a young flushmate full brother for a future herd sire!

Presented by Cross Mountain Cattle, Rob & Naomi Farmer, & Gerry Scott,Catlett, Virginia

Those that have seen her say she is the in the same mold as her sire Fire Water and all of the successful show bulls and females from this cow family. This exciting young heifer is a full sister to SAC Light’em Up 131 Pld, that was the 2013-14 AND the 2014-15 #6 ranked AICA Show Bull of the Year!!! In 2013-14 Light’em Up was the Reserve Grand Bull at the Maryland State Fair (ROE B), the Grand Bull at Keystone (ROE A), 2nd in class at the National Show in Kansas City and Division Champion at the NAILE. In 2014-15 he was the Grand Bull at the Maryland State Fair, Grand Bull at the Keystone International Livestock Expo (ROE A), Division Champion at the North American International Livestock Exposition and Division Champion in Fort Worth. Today Light’em Up is owned by Rachael Hockenbery, Lisa Dunaway, Evan Yost and Matt Bauerlein.

Not only was that full brother a champion, but this heifers grand dam, SAC Miss Cigar 2201 was the Champion Cow/calf Pair at the 2004 AIJCA Junior National and her great grand dam MD Ms Cigar H67 was the Reserve Champion Cow/calf Pair at the 2000 AIJCA Junior National. There is a lot of performance in this cow family as well. SAC Light’em Up 131 had an adjusted weaning weight of 1,050 lbs. and a yearling weight of 1,589 lbs. and a Turton son SAC Liv’en The Dream 142 owned by Evan Yost and Lisa Dunaway had an adjusted weaning weight of 964 lbs.

It’s all here, show ring winning appeal and over the top performance, take a good, long hard look at this one.

DC Bravo’s Nancy is a rare gem. She completely lives up to the promise found in her pedigree that’s stacked with breed leaders and she has delivered on the tremendous EPD package inherited from this great ancestry. Rarely do you see such a young female that is this powerful in her total volume and muscle development, yet so well made, feminine and eye-appealing. She can be projected out as a key building block for producing big league progeny.

Her sire is the fantastic and highly sought after LT Rio Bravo. His semen is selling off the charts and his daughters are producing great herd sires. Rio Bravo is one of the best sources for carcass genetics in the Charolais breed.

On the maternal side Nancy stacks three generations of impressive donor dams starting with Hales Ms Grid 717 (10 progeny), this Grid Maker daughter is working in the Hale Farms ET program. Next you find Three Trees Nancy 2281 (13 progeny), a stout Cigar daughter working in the Arlitt & Crews ET programs and finally you come to the great matriarch of the Nancy family, WCR Miss Mac IV 5138 (66 progeny) who has been a stellar donor and is the dam of great performance as well as National Champions alike.

There is bred in predictability as DC Bravo’s Nancy is a 7/8th’s sister in blood to the Multiple Trait Leader M6 New Standard 842! Now check out her EPD’s for growth and carcass, all in the top percentages of the breed.

One successful flush will retained by the seller.

By the legendary RLL Goin’ Places 1329, this pair of heifer calves has continued to make their way to the top of our list of favorites since they hit the ground. Combining eye appeal with natural thickness and an abundance of rib shape with beautiful front ends, these females are capable of demanding the attention of many breeders throughout their show careers and going home to make foundation females. Their dam, the 2005 Reserve

National Champion Female, is the producer of many champions and dams to champions, including the Greta cow family who has been very successful for Connell-Henley and Ridder Farms.

Their sire, Rapid Fire, took home the Reserve National Champion Bull title, is a full brother to three other National Champions and by the National Champion Bull, Fire Water, and the renowned 0641 cow.

Knowing the future of these females holds so much opportunity, we will retain the right to one successful flush at the owner’s convenience and seller’s expense.

We are excited to offer PICK of two different matings from our spring calf crop by leading females and dominating sires in the Charolais breed.

Destined to make tremendous cows, these heifer calves come to you with all the pieces to make awesome show heifers before they begin producing great ones of their own. These females are best described as soft middled, big hipped, pretty fronted with plenty of structural integrity. Their sire, LT Bridger 9191, continues to sire cattle who dominate the sale ring. Selling for $10,250, a Bridger daughter was selected as choice of flush from Satterfield in the 2014 National Sale while two Bridger sons topped the

Satterfield Bull Sale to total $37,000. Their dam, 5J Cigarro 924, made us a phenomenal show heifer, as she was named Reserve Champion

Female at the 2010 NAILE. Her list of accomplishments in the showring is long, but where she has really proven herself is in production. In 2013-14, she was named the #3 AICA Show Dam of the Year as her progeny was successfully campaigned at various shows across the country. She’s the dam to AML Cigarro 301 who claimed the Junior Heifer Calf division at the 2013 NAILE for Simon Cattle Company as well as the two time #2 AICA Show Bull of the Year, AML Ghost Rider 210, whose list of accomplishments include Senior Bull Calf Champion at the American Royal, NAILE, and National Western Stock Show as well as Champion Charolais Bull at the 2014 North American. The potential with these striking females is endless!

Whether you are looking to compete for a banner, raise one to win a banner or produce “in demand” progeny; WDZ CC Katelyn 5016 needs your attention.

Her dam was a National Western Stock Show Junior Show Grand Champion, she was a Two-time AIJCA Junior National Division winner along with several State Fair titles. More importantly, she has become one of the most prolific Fire Water daughters in the breed. A son, WDZ CC Kade was the 2012 AIJCA Junior National Grand Champion Bull and Royal Breeders Bull Classic Grand Champion. A daughter was the National Junior Heifer Calf Champion last fall at the National Show during the American Royal and this summer, a daughter was selected Grand Champion Bred & Owned Female at the AIJCA Junior National Show. Only a sampling of the progeny that have been placed in reputable programs across the country. CC Katelyn 8107 is also a maternal sister to the National Champion TR Ms Smokette 6758S! Last fall five daughters, less than weaning age averaged $9200 on public auction sired by Easy Pro, Northern Wind and Diablo.”.

Her sire is the exciting Canadian bred Circle Cee Fired Up 104Y, used heavily in the Slack and Thomas programs in South Dakota. He is siring progeny with added shape and dimension, sound structured with a great look. This young lady is no exception, you will appreciate the extension through her front one-third, soft middle, great bone and foot structure.

A true contender and future donor prospect, from a superior cow family.

What an opportunity to invest in this fancy designed Cooley Royce daughter. These Royce daughters are among some of the best and maternal females in the breed. If you factor in the famed and illustrious Covergirl cow family from Doub Charolais, you know exactly what you are getting; consistent, maternal, proven, valuable genetics.

This heifer’s dam is an own daughter of D&D Covergirl 2335, who was also the dam of the National Champion Bulls D&D INXS and Northern Wind. She also produced an $8,000 donor in last year’s Autumn at The Crossroads Sale selling to Glenn Sellhorst in Nebraska.

The sire of the dam of this heifer is the National Reserve Grand Champion Bull and $32,000 half-interest WC CCC Bud Heavy 903. This is a championship pedigree from a winning and hard-working program, that makes this show heifer and donor prospect a must see if you believe in productive, money generating cow families!

Here is a little genetic masterpiece that you will find interesting. This heifer is a full sister to WC Doubletree 2009! Doubletree sold in the 2013 Wright Charolais Bull Sale for $23,000 for 2/3 interest going to Pro-Char & Johnsons in Canada. He was a lead bull in their 2013 Denver Grand Champion Pen-of-Three Bulls and had posted a 116 weaning weight ratio. After two years in Canada, Wright and Wild Indian Acres secured the walking rights back and he now is back to lead those two breeders walking herd sires.

Her dam, WC Praise 0058 was the most impressive uddered two-year-old to calve at Wright Charolais in 2012, her milk production is over the top. Her first two natural calves both bulls had 73 and 79 lbs. birthweights and then drank themselves silly to wean at 832 lbs. and 904 lbs. A guaranteed successful flush in WC Praise 0058 sold this past January in the Charolais in the Rockies sale in Denver for $9,000.And who is this heifer’s maternal great grand dam? Why none other than LT Wyoming Breeze 7188, the dam of the 2013 National Champion Bull LT-WC Templeton 1483! The first 6 ET sons of Templeton sold for an average of $11,083 in the 2014 Wright Bull Sale. What makes this heifer even more interesting, so far she is the only full sister to WC Doubletree registered at AICA, so time to pay attention to your lesson and grab a hold of some impressive genetics. The seller of this heifer will retain one successful flush.

These heifers could be the ultimate “barn find!” Mike will offer the buyer’s choice of these wildly popular combinations of the great LT Ledger with the equally popular National Champion Firegirl! You could drive the wheels off your truck trying to find a pedigree quite like this. Let’s see, add $105,000 sire to $50,000 dam and you get $77,500 right???

They may be the youngest heifers in the National Sale but they will not take a second seat to anyone. Every sire in their pedigree has been and continue to be our breed’s finest. The dam’s in the pedigree? Just talk about them for a bit; LT Bluegrass’s dam flushes have sold for $10,000; LT Ledger’s dam 6120, many a high dollar has been offered, none accepted; Ledger’s grand dam #3055, Derry Wright made some kind of an offer that wasn’t refused!!!!; Fire Water’s dam “Zsa Zsa” yes, traded once at $50,000, at auction once for $60,000!!!; Firegirl’s dam 0641, has sold well over a million dollars worth of progeny; and her dam 6033, I don’t know how much more you could ask for!

Wild Indian Acres will retain a flush in the selected heifer, at the buyers convenience.

There will be a crowd around these heifers in the stalls, get there early if you want a look!
