Qualify: To reach the established minimums for sales volume, recruiting, and rank for a given month.

Preferred Customer: Anyone who purchases a Moringo organics product but is not yet a Member can become a Preferred Customer and get Member pricing by creating a monthly AutoShip profile.

Policies and Procedures: The policies published by Moringo organics which detail the requirements for operating a moringo organics business.

Personally Sponsored (PS) (or Enrolled): The direct connection between a Sponsor/ Enroller and a new Member. Personally sponsored Members are placed within the first level of your Enrollment Tree.

Personal Business Volume (PBV ): The volume of product you purchase for resale or personal consumption purposes as well as your personal Customer purchases (Retail or AutoShip) from the company in a given month.

Member Agreement: The agreement that must be completed, signed, received, and accepted by Moringo organics as one of the prerequisites to becoming a Member.

Member: Anyone who signs a Moringo organics Member agreement

Left and Right Sales Team (or Legs): Team Bonus are paid based upon your organization in two Sales Teams (Left and Right) .Moringo organics enables Two Members to be directly under you (your Frontline) .Everyone else in your organization is placed under one of these two Members for team bonus calculations. All Business volume of product purchases in your Left and Right Sales Teams (or legs) are calculated down to unlimited depth, and count towards team bonus.

Enroll (or Sponsor): To recruit a prospect and sign them up (electronically or in person) as moringo organics Member.

Down line (or Organization): All the people a Member personally sponsors and anyone sponsored by those new Members make up the organization, or downline, of that originating Member, including Members placed under you by others.

Definition of terms

Enrollee: An individual who has chosen to become a new Distributor (Enrollee) and has been enrolled by an existing Distributor (Enroller) into the business.

Enrollment Tree: This is also known as your Personal Enrollment Tree, Enrollment Organization, Generation Tree, Personal Enrollment Legs, or Generation Downline. The Enrollment Tree refers to all Distributors that you have personally enrolled, and those that they have personally enrolled, and on and on.

Weekly Cap: A set, maximum, amount that a Member may earn in any calendar week on certain bonuses. You have the ability to earn unlimited total income with Moringo organics

Tracking Position (TP ): The position in the Binary structure that holds your Left and Right Sales Team.The Tracking Position is used to track all sales and sponsorship.

Support Team (Upline): This is the group above you that you have been placed under. They are available to help you grow your organization. Find their contact info in your BackOffice.

Starter Pack: Products bundled by Moringo organics for new Members to purchase as their first order.

Retail Profit: The difference between the wholesale price Members pay for product, and the retail price at which they sell it to Customers.

Recruit: To attempt to enroll or enlist an individual or entity to join moringo organics either directly through personal contact or indirectly through a third party.

Rank: Titles earned by fulfilling documented business objectives, starting with Member and continuing to Crown ambassador.

Qualified member: A Member who meets the requirements to earn commissions. Must accumulate 40 PBV in a month through Personal orders, Preferred customer orders & Customer orders on website

Annual exotic vacations: Must Accumulate 500 Travel points in left & right leg in a year

Cash bonus & Rewards are one time based on rank qualifications, Must maintain the rank for 4 weeks in a 16 week period ,paid after 2 months after the rank is achieved

First team Infinity Check match bonus is calculated from First 2 personally enrolled members Infinity Check match bonus

Infinity check match bonus: When you enroll your 3rd distributor in your organization . you will start to receive Infinity check match bonus on distributor's binary commission Earned by distributors in personal enrollment tree .You will also get these bonus from their first 2 enrollees, and their First 2 enrollees binary commission etc. This has no limit. It goes on to unlimited depth

Team Sales Commissions: Team sales Commissions is how a Distributor is paid in the dual team organization. You get paid based on your Group Volume (GV) from your weaker Leg based on your level. To earn Team sales Commissions, you must be Active with at least 40 PV, and you must personally enroll two (2) Distributors (one on your Left Sales Team, and one on your Right Sales Team)

Right Group Volume (LGV): The total business volume earned from all orders accumulated in a Distributor's Right leg in a Dual team organization (not including a Distributor's own PV). Volume refers to points assigned to the product. Commissions are earned on group volume

Left Group Volume (LGV): The total business volume earned from all orders accumulated in a Distributor's Left leg in a Dual team organization (not including a Distributor's own PV). Volume refers to points assigned to the product. Commissions are earned on group volume.

Placement: When an Enroller places a new Distributor into their Binary Tree, this is referred to as Placement. The Enroller has the unilateral decision on where the new Distributor is placed in their Binary Tree, also referred to as a new Business Center.

Commissions: Moringo organics guarantees a maximum payout of 50% of total company GV. First we pay our Binary Team Commissions. Next we pay commissions earned from Retail Profits, Preferred Profits, and Fast Start Bonuses. Next we pay Cash bonus & Rewards . Finally, all available remaining commissions from the 50% guaranteed payout are allocated to our all Check Match Bonuses. At Moringo organics, we take great pride in our 50% guaranteed payout to ensure that our plan is generous and properly balanced to reward both the part-time and full-time Moringo organics Distributor.

Bankable Volume: Any unpaid GV continues to accumulate for a period of 52 weeks. All accumulated GV will be reset to zero. if you are Inactive for 4 consecutive months. A Distributor cannot bank volume unless they are Active and Qualified.

Commission Period: Each Commission Period is from Thursday 12:00 midnight EDT to the following wednesday 11 :59 midnight EDT. Commissions are paid each week, 7 days after commission period has ended

Autoship: Autoship is a program of convenience where a pre-selected order is shipped every 30 days. Autoship orders provide convenience to Preferred Customers and Distributors.
