North Abitibi Gold Project
Summary - Spring 2020
April 14, 2020
• Gold zones and numerous other nearby geological and geophysical targets are open and drill-ready
• The potential is to discover a multi-million ounce gold deposit as evidenced by the gold intersections to date and the producing districts surrounding the property
• Tri Origin’s initial objective is to evaluate the economic potential of depth extensions to the near-surface gold zones which have previously only been tested to shallow depths
• Extensive and widespread gold occurrences have been identified across the property • Located along trend from the producing Casa Berardi gold mine at the northwest part of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt
which has produced over 170 million ounces of gold and • The Spade Lake and Road gold zones have been traced by drilling for a collective distance of 3 kilometres however
have only been drill tested to an average depth of 100 metres below surface
• The zones are, as yet, sub-economic however exhibit characteristics of alteration and mineralization halos surrounding many of the multi-million ounce deposits elsewhere in the Abitibi
• Tri Origin holds 100% interest in a 10 kilometres long district-scale property covering an area of 4100 hectares
• Road access to the property and infrastructure is nearby due to the Detour Lake mine operations to the north
• The entire property is overburden covered and previous exploration techniques were conducted “blind” with no geological control. Only minimal work has been conducted in this segment of the Abitibi since the 1980’s
North Abitibi- Key Points
TOE:TSX-V
The Abitibi is one of the world’s most prolific gold
belts producing more than 170 Moz to date
AT NORTH ABITIBI; Tri Origin has recognized outstanding exploration potential
where only the very near-surface environment of gold deposits has been investigated. Other occurrences remain
overlooked and no recent work has been completed.
North Abitibi is one of Tri
Origin’s key gold properties located in the northwest segment of the Abitibi
along a well-mineralized trend.

The Centre of a New Ontario Gold Belt?
• North Abitibi hosts the most significant gold occurrences on the Ontario side of the Casa Berardi trend
• 6 mines have been in operation on the Quebec side of the border but no production yet on the Ontario side
• Very little work has occurred in the region over the past 30 years • Recent logging & opening of the Detour Lake Mine 50 km to the
north has greatly improved access & infrastructure • Tri Origin has identified a regional opportunity and is focussed
on expanding key gold occurrences

Gold occurs in pyritic, quartz-sericite schist and iron carbonate-rich mafic tuff in association with felsic volcanic rock near major contacts (“breaks”) with clastic sedimentary rock, conglomerate and iron formation
The property is entirely overburden covered. Prior to Tri Origin’s work no comprehensive geological map existed

Significant Gold Occurrences
• 29,600 metres of drilling has been completed in 139 drill holes • 3 zones of gold mineralization have been identified and partially traced along strike • Numerous other gold occurrences have only been tested by single drill holes
TOE:TSX-V
• Drilling has intersected numerous, as yet sub-economic, gold occurrences throughout the 10 km long property
• Spade Lake and Road Gold Zones have shown continuity of high-grade assays for over 2 km
• Zones open along strike and to depth- historic drill intersections to only ~150m below surface

Gold Zones Open at Depth
TOE:TSX-V
• Gold at Spade Lake occurs in pyritic, “quartz-sericite-schist” – a strongly altered siliceous felsic tuff adjacent to felsic porphyry intrusions.
• Gold at the Road Zone occurs in siliceous and sulphidic sedimentary rock at the contact between felsic volcanic rock and strongly iron-carbonate altered mafic volcanic rock.
• The zones are bounded to the south by the “Casa Berardi Break” and “Temiskaming-type” conglomerates occur between the two zones.
• These types of gold-bearing rock in this type of geological environment host some of the major gold mines in the Canadian Shield
3D Model of Main Gold Zones
Spade Lake Zone- Central Portion
• 30 ddh’s have traced a sub-economic gold zone of continuous mineralization • Intersections average 100 to 150m below surface • The central 500m has only 3 holes that intersect the zone below 200m depth
200 metres Histograms of gold in diamond drill hole intersections -100 to 1,000 ppb Au (yellow) -greater than 1 gram/tonne (red) -3.30/3 = grams Au/tonne across metres
TOE:TSX-V
• Broad, in places greater than 50 m thick, continuous core intervals averaging 100’s of ppb gold • These are interspersed with >1 up to >25 gram per tonne across +1 metre intervals • This constitutes a 2 to 3 km long gold/alteration halo similar to that at multi-million ounce
“Abitibi” ore bodies. But not tested at depth.

• 2 km of strike length covered with deep-looking IP geophysical surveying • Effective to +500 m below surface • Depth extensions confirmed at both the Spade Lake and Road Zones • IP responses of both gold zones strengthen with depth • Earlier drilling only tested targets to maximum 150 m below surface

Spade Lake “Deep IP” Target Example
Depth of previous drilling
• Drilling at Spade Lake and Road Gold Zones is limited to approximately 150m below surface
• IP geophysical responses are clearly stronger at depth indicating increased sulphide abundance
• During fiscal 2019 3 drill holes were completed to confirm IP anomaly interpretation • All intersected pyritic gold mineralization • Deeper drilling is now required to test targeted gold zones at depth

• Drilling along 3 km of near-surface strike length at Spade Lake and Road Zones has defined a gold/alteration halo typical to that surrounding major deposits in the Abitibi
• Deep-looking geophysical surveying has identified strong responses at depth within these zones which require drilling to test their economic significance
• Elsewhere on the property the strongest geophysical responses have yet to be drill tested • The Club Lake gold zone was last explored 30 years ago and has not been drilled by Tri Origin • Away from the partially delineated gold zones a gold trend 10 kilometres in length contains
“one hole only” gold occurrences which require more detailed evaluation by drilling. • Geophysics has only been completed over 1/3 of the property. Open-ended gold trends
need to be surveyed.
North Abitibi has defined exploration priorities:

Project Summary
North Abitibi is a top-tier gold exploration project; • Within a productive segment of the Abitibi greenstone belt with 6 mines (over 4 million
ounces of production) on the Quebec side of the trend- no production in Ontario- yet! • Other than Tri Origin, no exploration conducted for over 30 years • Property entirely overburden covered with ineffective exploration techniques used in the past • Tri Origin has spent over $1.5 million on its geotechnical programs & drilling to generate a
multi-million ounce opportunity
