For definitions:

Editorial procedures

Once the paper has been received by the Editor, it un-dergoes two qualifying processes. The first is performed byan internal editorial board which will determine the perti-nence and scientific content of the paper. The second oneconsists of a blind review made by local and foreign experts. If the draft is accepted for publishing, it shall go throughthe following stages:

1. The Editor will inform the author of any observationmade by the evaluators, so all the necessary correc-tions and changes would be made. This must not ex-ceed a month.

2. Once the corrected paper has been received, the Edi-tor will perform the copying-editing process. Afterthe document has been formatted, a page proof willbe sent to the author to check edition or format mis-takes; the author shall not make any change to thedocument. The author must return the proof page, along with any observation, to the Editor one weekafter having receiving it.

3. The final draft will be kept until the printing processstarts. The author will receive a Journal in hard copyand digital format.

If the paper is not accepted for publication, it will bereturned to the author explaining the reasons for such de-cision.
