Theme : “Innovations in Neonatal nursing education”
Dear Colleagues,
The skills and knowledge required for neonatal nursing have evolved from traditional body system physiological approach to one incorporating advance decision making both clinical and ethical, critical thinking skills, application of research findings, & counselling to name a few. Neonatal nurses play a vital role in preventing many of adverse outcomes that may affect the life of neonate and family. It is imperative that nurses achieve and maintain the highest level of competencies.
In view of this IANN has planned to organize this conference to facilitate and develop core competencies in nursing personnel with the theme
“CORE TO COMPETENCY”
The conference ensures the scientific program of the highest standards with hand-on experience through various workshops & presentation by experts from various disciplines.
Looking forward towards your zealous participation
The Objective of the conference is to enhance the competency and skills in neonatal nursing.
