HOW WE DO REALLY “SEE” TODAY?
The Euro-SEE Cooperation Process

Charter on Good Neighborly Relations, Stability, and Security adopted in Bucharest at the meeting of South East European Heads of State and Ministers on 12th February 2000 clearly outlines the overall goals of cooperation among the countries in the region:1. Enhancement of political and security cooperation2. Fostering economic cooperation3. Enlargement of cooperation in the fields of human dimension, democracy, justice and combating illegal activities
