Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale is a safe, fun place where young people explore their passions and reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Our youth development professionals mentor and inspire kids and teens while helping them avoid risky behaviors during non-school hours. With programs like America Reads, Summer Brain Gain, Power Hour, Triple Play, STEM, eCrew, Keystone Club and Leaders in Training, we prepare our members for GREAT FUTURES.

At the BGCS Hartley & Ruth Barker, Scottsdale Charros and Lehi Branches, youth selected by need are eligible for America Reads math and language arts programming administered by volunteers from Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College. At the Barker, Charros and Lehi Branches, Club members participated in a total of 7,098 hours of after school math and language arts programs during the fall 2017 and spring 2018 school year.
