• This is a non-occupation specific, multiple choice, 124-question, online assessment

• Timed Assessment Options. • 1 Session = One 2-hour session• 2 Sessions = Two 60-minute sessions• 3 Sessions = Three 40-minute sessions

• Access through Illinois workNet

• Scores are saved in the customer’s Illinois workNet account

• Access to download NOCTI Certificate and digital badge upon successfully completing the assessment

First log into your Illinois workNet

partner account.

Not an Illinois workNet partner? 1. Go to www.illinoisworkNet.com and add

your site to the services locator.2. Set up your Illinois workNet account.3. Send an email to

[email protected] so that we can verify your information and make you a partner.

Become a NOCTI Proctor Site1. Once logged into your account, go to My Dashboard.

2. Select Partner Tools to see the NOCTI Admin Tool.

3. Agree to the terms of use and order assessments.

Location’s primary contact has not agreed to the terms of use to set up the site as a NOCTI site

Primary Contact Note: You can agree to the terms to set up the site. After that, please make sure you update your location services in the Site Locator Admin so that customers know you offer the assessment. Reminder – Site Locator Admin is in your My Dashboard Partner Tools.

First Time Ordering: Not a NOCTI Site

First Time Ordering: Already a NOCTI SiteIf your site is already a NOCTI proctor site, you can agree to the terms of use and start ordering.

Order AssessmentsOrder the assessments a) Select the number of test sessions: 1 (2-hour),

2 (1-hour) or 3 (40-minute). b) Select the audience (Adults, Displaced Workers,

or Youth). c) Select the Text-to-Speech option. This is meant

for customers that require special accommodations.

d) Enter the quantity. e) Enter a session Passcode – The passcode is not

case-sensitive and must be 5 to 25 characters in length.

f) Enter the Test Date. g) Request assessments.

Once the order is complete, select the link to view/print the invitation business cards. Save the file to your computer.

Scoring:

• Customers receive a score summary immediately after the test. Official scores (processed by NOCTI) will be available 48 hours after completion.

• The official scores will be available for the customer and Illinois workNet Partner.

• If the customer has successfully completed the assessment, they will be able to download and print their NOCTI certificate & digital badge.
