The entire big data, accessed and created by the employees of IBM through ERP is analyzed via cognitive applications. The word power is analyzed, compared with similar words of previous era and the effects of policies are deciphered. Where learning and skill is concerned, the cognitive technologies learn the employee’s way of gaining knowledge and will feed them similar content in the preferred format.
