NK Corporation is a fully intergrated supply of profile EMI shielding gaskets (Fabric Over Foam).

Our product is UL94 V0 or UL94 HB as well as halogen-free. The service temperatures is from -40 to 70.

We specializes in quick turnaround of custom shapes and sizes.

Structure

Fabric : Ripstop or Taffeta coating Ni/Cu, conductivity <0.07 ohms/square.

Foam : Polyurethane foam compression ratio 32k, 45k or 80k

Adhesive : PSA conductive tape, non conductive tape based on carrier; non woven,

mesh and woven conductive fabric.

NK Conductive Fabric is manufactured by Ni and Cu plating on polyester fabrics.

The base layer is the highly conductive Cu, with or without an outer layer of Ni for corrosion resistance.

Ni/Cu/Ni coated polyester fabrics offer excellent electric conductivity, SE and anticorrosion for a diverse range of

requirements.
