More than 100 participants benefitted from the workshop. A portion of audience is shown. Invited speakers can be seen in the front row.

School visit
*A team of 10 Members visited a nearby school on 18 & 19 September 2009.
*Various activities are performed to explain reflection, interference and polarization.
* More than 75 students enjoyed the program.

*A member is engaged in conducting a program.

* NITT-SPIE president is handed over optical kit and a book containing 101 simple science experiments to school teachers.

In Short…….NITT – SPIE Student Chapter aims to motivate the student community in and around its locality in the Optics related Research and Development. We are shedding the light on the younger generation to work in Optics.
