Executive Trainee : Learning Tracker and Review Plan

Once the ET starts his assignment in the core function a Mentor

would be allocated to each ET.

There would be Quarterly review for each ET a 15-20mt presentation toSr. Management Panel.

The ET also has to complete 2 live projects (under guidance from Mentor)

during the first 12 months of his training
