We are developing PVD coating business in Nissin Electric Vietnam by making the most use of

technology and achievements we have developed in Japan. By coating surfaces of molds,

cutting tools and various parts, it is possible to improve wear resistance, oxidation resistance,

corrosion resistance, slidability, and mold releasability. As a result, tool, die life can be

improved, high-speed dry processing can be supported, changing to oilless and low-cost

materials can be proceeded.

We will propose the most suitable coating for your purpose.
