La revista inantil Niños del Siglo celebró sus 2 añitos. Este año quisimos ayudara Jardín de Opciones en una misión humanitaria de recolectar ondos para llevarútiles escolares a la República Dominicana.

Fue un evento espectacular donde los niños disrutaron de la presencia de MickeyMouse y Pluto, del Payaso Azucarín, del artista inantil “Ariel Pa’la Calle”, pinta caritas,comida, concursos, bailes y premios. La actividad estuvo conducida por Evelyn Santilery nuestro querido Dj Palacios.

Niños del Siglo children’s magazine celebrated its 2nd anniversary. Thisyear we wanted to help Jardín de Opciones on a humanitarian mission tocollect unds or school supplies or needy children in the Dominican Republic. Mateo 13Todo el mundo quera ver a Jess, paraescuchar las historias que él contaba.Un da Jess estaba sentado junto al Marde Galilea, entonces cont esta historia:

“Haba un granjero que estaba plantandosemillas en su campo. Algunas semillas ca-yeron sobre el camino dicil que el agricultorcamin. Los pájaros vieronestas semillas; volaron ha-

cia abajo y se las comieron. “Algunas semillas cayeron

junto al camino dondehaba un montn de rocas,pero no altaba tierra all.Las pequeñas plantas rá-pidamente comenzaron acrecer. Pero cuando el solsali, las plantas murieron.Necesitaban suelo proundopara seguir creciendo, poreso sus races no pudieron

llegar al agua en el suelodebajo de las rocas.

“Algunas de las semillascayeron en tierra buena.All estaban a salvo de lospájaros. Cuando esas semillasgerminaron, ue ácil paraque echaran sus races de-bajo de la tierra blanda. Sustallos crecieron uertes bajo laluz del sol.

“En poco tiempo, el ruto creci en las plantas.Las plantas eran cada vez más grandes y uertes.Y a medida que crecan, más rutos tenian. Cadauna de estas plantas produjo semillas uertes ysanas”. Este ue el nal de la historia de Jess.

Luego Jess explic, «La palabrade Dios es como las semillas.Algunas personas escuchanla palabra de Dios, pero no lasiembran en sus corazones.Ellos no la siguen. Son comolas semillas que se comen lospájaros.

«Otras personas oyen la pala-bra de Dios y la recuerdan porun rato. Cuando tienen proble-mas, se olvidan de Dios.No piden a Dios que los prote- ja. Estas personas son como lassemillas que crecen entre lasrocas.

«Hay otras personas que soncomo las semillas entre lasmalas hierbas y las espinas.Ellos ponen otras cosas antesque a su amor por Dios. Pron-

en sus vidas y su e en Él se desvanece. «Pero algunas personas son como las semillas plantadasen la tierra buena. Cuando el amor de Dios se siembraen ellas, comienza a crecer. Luego puede compartir suamor con los demás».

Everyone wanted to see Jesus. They loved listeningto the stories he used to tell. One day Jesus was sit-ting by the Sea o Galilee. So he got into a boat andpushed it little way out on the water. Then Jesus toldthis story:

“There was a armer who was planting seeds in hiseld. Some seeds ell onto the hard path where thearmer walked. The birds saw these seeds. They fewdown and ate all the seeds.

Some seeds ell beside the path. There were lots o rocks along the path. The little seeds ell in betweenthe rocks, but there was very little soil there. Thesmall plants sprouted and quickly began to growby the rocks. When the hot sun came, the plantssoon dried up. They needed deep soil to continuegrowing. But their roots could not reach the waterin the soil beneath the rocks.

Some seeds ell where there were weeds and thorns.These seeds grew into plants. But the weeds andthorns were stronger. They took all the water andblocked out the sunlight. The new plants could nevergrow strong.

“Some o the seeds ell into the good dirt. Here theywere sae rom the birds. Where the seeds sprouted,it was easy or their roots to push down into the sotdirt. Soon the seeds were strong young plants. Theirstems reached up to the sunlight. Their roots pusheddown to the water.

Beore long, grain grew on the plants. The plantskept getting bigger and stronger. And as they grew,more grain grew on them. Each o these plants pro-duced strong and healthy seeds.” This was the end o Jesus’ story.

The people who had listened to Jesus said, “Teacher,we do not understand this story. Can you explain itto us?”

Jesus answered their question. He said, “God’s wordis like the seeds. Some people hear God’s word butdo not take it into their hearts. They do not ollowhim. They are like the seeds eaten by the birds.

“Other people hear God’s word and remember it ora little while. When they have problems, they orgetabout God. They do not ask God to protect them.

These people are like the seeds growing among therocks.

‘There are other people who are like the seedsamong the weeds and thorns. They put other thingsbeore their love or God. Soon there is no room orGod in their lives and their belie in Him goes away.

“But some people are like the seeds planted in thegood soil. When God’s love is planted in them, itbegins to grow. Then they can share His love withothers.”

Paso 1. Cocemos los huevos junto con unascuantas rodajas de zanahoria. Cuando estén hechos,los dejamos enriar.

albaricoque con yogur Pelamos los mangos ylos albaricoques. En labatidora mezclamos lapulpa del mango y delos albaricoques, juntocon el zumo de limn,el edulcorante, el yogury los cubitos de hielo.Lo trituramos todo conayuda de la batidorahasta que quede un

batido de mezcla ho-mogénea.

Apricot and mangosmoothie with yogurt Ingredients:-2 ripemangoes.-300 grams o ripe apricots.-1 lemon.-200 gramso plain

yogurt.-2 tablespoonso liquidsweetener.-Ice cubes.

Peel the mangoesand apricots. In a

blender mix themangoes pulpand apricots,along withthe lemon

juice,

sweetener,yogurt andice cubes. Grind

them all with thehelp o a mixer untilit is a well blendedsmoothie.

Paso 5. Ahora sloqueda decorar nuestroshuevos. Le ponemos acada uno dos rodajas dezanahoria para hacerlesel pico y las aceitunaspara los ojos; para hacerla gallina, cortaremos 3medias circunerencias en

un trozo de pimiento rojo,con las que haremos la cresta.

Jewelry boxYOU’LL NEED:- A bundle o sticks o wood the sizeyou want- Cola vinyl- Buttons- Brush- Paper butter- White acrylic paint(optional)- Glitter and SparklingStones (optional)

Primero pegaunos palitossobre el papel
