Nimbus Concept is a Spanish startup created in abril 2013 with the aim of providing technological solutions in the field of Cloud Computing, especially in infrastructure (IaaS) and platform layers (PaaS).
Nimbus Concept is a specialised engineering studio that provides high-level services like:
• Management/Deployment of Virtualization Platforms. • Migration of Virtualization resources such as compute, network or storage. • High Availability and Distributed file systems. • Deployment and management of Infrastructures as a Service for private or public Cloud. • Migration and integration into public cloud services (AWS, Rackspace, Google CE, etc). • High Performance Infrastructures.

OUR PRODUCTS
OriginStack™ is a Virtualization and Private Cloud Generation Appliance (software + hardware) that enables the generation and management of virtual resources (Compute, Storage and Network mainly), under different operating philosophies in an unified way. Is based on established Opensource projects as Openstack and oVirt.
This product is the result of the collaboration with the Telecomputer Company (Intel Platinum Partner), on this product, Nimbus Concept has provided the software engineering knowledge needed for the development.
Integrates multiple solutions and OpenSource projects like OpenStack or oVirt. In addition, OriginStack™ provides a OpenStack and oVirt full-API for integrations with other systems compatible with this interface.
Integrates Hardware and Software, enabling the user to have a virtual infrastructure and generate a private cloud based on OpenStack with HA and redundancy from the start, without further installation for the user. Also enables the use and integration of two virtualization philosophies (Traditional virtualization and Elastic Cloud Virtualization).

Mememtum is a solution for movement
disorder evaluation using a smartphone
(evaluation and tracking of movement
disorders including Parkinson's, Huntington's
and dystonia). Nimbus Concept collaborated
with the creator of Mememtum (Taniwa) for
the design of a highly scalable architecture
using public infrastructure providers .

In september’14 oVirt Community did a case study about Nimbus Concept company. oVirt is an opensource platform virtualization management application community project started by Red Hat. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) solution is based on oVirt.
