Role and responsibility

Planning, scheduling, execution and commissioning of construction activities, engineering services and related activities for commercial project. Monitor project -

progress for timelines and cost using project management tools .Assisting in acquiring construction contracts, Evaluation of tenders, rate analysis for a project .Deploying and developing team of engineers to manage awarding of contracts, procurement of material, execution, and inventory management at multiple sites. Developing and strengthening of labor contractor base.

Supervising work progress and clearing payments to vendors and sub-contractors. Implementing QA/QC in projects undertaken. Statutory/system compliance and establishing internal control mechanisms Adherence to quality, safety, time and cost parameters -Compliance to labor laws and other legal requirements, follow up with local authority approval procedure Dubai Municipality, Dewa, Civil defense.

Understand and handle project from concept stage to planning to execution. Prepare budget, capital expenditures, purchase orders and ensure cost control by eliminating duplication of work. Planning, scheduling, execution & coordination of the work in consultation with contractor / consultants / supplier and operation, people without hampering production schedules .Responsible for project sizing and problem solving during design and execution of project .Set targets and development of system and procedure for accomplishment of project objectives & targets .Ensure better performance through utilization of available work force, skill, funds and ensuring quality standards. Ensure complete documentation of activities, site report and material controls .Put forward suggestion, ideas and changes, if any, to improve system, planning & targets .Intimation to finance on cash flow and payments on agreed fortnightly or monthly as agreed in specified format

Role and responsibility Execute the site works in accordance to the approved BOQ, Drawing and perspectives Inspection activities on fit-out execution accordance to the approved quality assurance plan. Follow up with local authority approval procedure Dubai Municipality, Dewa, Civil defense.

Inspection QA/QC procedure of client /consultant Conduct daily surveillance and site works inspection in accordance to the to the approved plans and perspectives Check and monitoring all incoming material utilization with vendor approvals as per the client standard. Prepare request for inspection and check list in accordance to approved BOQ and raised the variation list to the client. Follow the Cpm chart and push the sit works to finish on time. Control site coast and unnecessary expenses. Monitor the site works in daily basics give proper instruction to the sub-contractors as per the based on approved BOQ and drawings. 3. SMEH COMPANY –Kingdome of SAUDI ARABIAProject Coordinator Dec-12 -2008 to June -7 -2012 The company is leading hospital consultant, operation and Maintenance Company which providing manpower and equipment to MINISTORY OF HEALTH hospitals and research centers in Saudi Arabia. Associated project King Fahad hospital at Albaha Role and Responsibility Monitor and conducting daily inspection for all the sites in the research Centre. Advise the engineering team for to make sure the quality of the work. Prepare the QHSE documents for the tender. Check the list of BOQ note the variation and rise RFI. Attend the weekly progress meeting with the client and management. To take the proper action for to control the site extra costs and the same time to make sure the material quality and Check the received material quality. Conduct safety induction to all new workers to ensure strict adherence to safety procedures in the workplace. To conduct weekly toolbox meeting or as maybe needed by workers to ensure maximum observance of safe practices at the work place. To correct any unsafe working practices or procedures observed at the work place and make constant follow-up in order to close out the non-compliance. Conducts regular inspection of work procedures and practices to ensure maximum adherence to safety standards of concern government agencies without stoppage of work.
