Having never worked with a real estate agent directly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. And being a skeptic, I wasn’t completely sure I

could trust Nigel to not only find my family the right house in the right neighbourhood, but also sell my existing property with

minimal overlap and expense. Nigel quickly got to work exploring my family’s needs and began showing properties that met my

criteria. Even when multiple bidding wars arose (due to the hot market), Nigel was calm and helped me continue my search even
