The Three Types of Employees Productivity Level

Engaged – employees working with passion and profound connection to their company. They drive innovation and move the organization forward.

Highest

Not – Engaged – employees that are essentially “checked out.” They are punching the clock, putting in their time, but with little to no energy or passion.

Average

Actively Disengaged – employees that are not happy at work and busy acting unhappy. Everyday, they undermine engaged workers and can be toxic to the employee culture.
