“Our vision is not only to create inspiring home environments for our clients to enjoy, butalso to provide a luxurious and unique destination for everyone to be able to access thefinest interior products to create their own signature spaces.” —Paolo Moschino andPhilip Vergeylen
Recent projects from the design studio include chalets in Gstaad and Courchevel, aMiami penthouse, guesthouses in Portofino, several properties in the DominicanRepublic, a villa in the South of France and—closer to home—houses in London, including the recently published London townhouse seen in the March 2020 issue of U.S.Elle Décor.
And we are proud that as of this year our fabric collection is distributed by Kravet INC viaLee Jofa. Exciting times ahead indeed!
Paolo Moschino has been creating fabrics for Nicholas Haslam Ltd for two decades. The collection has grown to more than 60 designs across a
range of colours and includes linens, velvets, silks, and cottons. Pride is taken in sourcing from Europe’s most highly regarded manufacturers andartisans, who have been handpicked to create the finest fabrics possible.
Our fabrics can broadly be classified into four main categories; —patterns, stripes, florals, and naturals— and were designed to be used for amultitude of purposes, including upholstery, soft furnishings, curtains, and wall covering. Most patterns can be printed as wallpapers as well.
The majority of our fabrics are printed in London using a combination of flat screen, rotary screen, and digital printing. We work closely with ourprinters, overseeing each run with meticulous care – sometimes even hand-finishing with a fine brush to ensure there are no imperfections.
Our fabric printers in
London are a family run
business and have been
specialising in printed fabric
and wallpapers since 1963.
Paolo has been working very
closely with the team for over
20 years developing new
designs and also reviving
some of the wonderful
archival patterns from the
library.
Some of our designs employ
fastidious levels of
craftsmanship as they include
up to 8 colours, for example;
Aurora. As it is screen printed
by hand, that means eight
screens are used per run!
The batch is then dried and
inspected closely before
delivery.
Many of our stripes are
printed on a Rotary printer
and the Martinique Collection
is digitally printed. These
various techniques of printing
allow for a breadth of different
qualities across our
collection.
NEW: The Martinique Collection
One of the most loved collections amongst our fabric
offering includes three designs: RIVIERE, PALMYRA,and ROCHE and each is available in five colours: Ochre,Vanilla, Elephant, Orange, and Blue, a recent addition.
The inspiration for Riviere came from the patterncreated by a water stain on a glazed-linen curtainwhich was reminiscent of ancient Japanesewatercolours. Roche and Palmyra are intimations ofour admiration for the late designer Serge Roche.
This latest collection reflects a more modern aesthetic, with versatile patterns and warm, subtle colours.
Each designs has a Martindale rub test of 33,000 so aresuitable for domestic upholstery, curtains, decorativepillows, and blinds.
All designs are available as wallpapers or paper-packedfabric.

Our collection of exceptionally made
furniture, lighting, and upholstery is largely
crafted in the UK and Europe by small
artisanal workshops. Designs are born out
of a collaborative spirit with our makers and
designers, often prompted by the desire to
create products that have never been seen
before or from the wish to reflect an
inspiration from the past.
A keen sense of materiality and quality
drives the passion behind our pieces. Many
are hand cast, painted, plastered, and
wired, right down to the bow tied around a
lamp cord. As such, each item bears its
own unique beauty.
Many pieces can be customised in size
and finish and our lamps can be wired for
any country; international delivery can be
easily arranged.
