Balshala Third Sunday Puja After almost five years, Balshala took the initiative to have the chil-
dren perform the third Sunday Puja at HTS Augusta. So, Mar.19th
was a special day indeed! It was heartwarming to see our future
generation children perform the third Sunday Puja with the guid-
ance of their Balshala teachers. The Balshala senior kids (5th-7th
grades i.e. Guha & Yuva Balshala groups) performed an abridged
version of the usual third Sunday Puja while the rest of the chil-
dren in Balshala watched keenly their seniors in action. Following
the Puja, all children sang the bhajans that they have learned in
Balshala group classes. The adults present were touched to see the
potential of our community kids. We just need to focus our energy
in guiding the young minds in the right direction! The Mahaprasad
prepared by Balshala parents was also well enjoyed and appreciat-
ed by the large number of attendees. Hope this Balshala tradition
continues in the coming years too!
