Whilst this was happening people were kept safe

• Care Trust Plus staff visited twice a day at different times

• Emergency Duty Team at other times

• Pharmacists checked medication

• All residents assessed

• CQC visit

• Home not fit for purpose

• Residents found new placements of their choice some in supported living

• Quality team met some of the residents in new placements

• All are well and happy
