• FAQs– Q: What do I do if the driver does not have a valid (or both parts) license?– A: Phone the DVLA (on NG phone) with the driver to verify
– Q: What if the driver appears unfit to drive, for whatever reason?– A: Call Business Driver immediately on 0751 578 4189
– Q: What do I do if I am late, or sick? – A: Call Business Driver ASAP
– Q: How and when do I submit the feedback form?– A: Email to [email protected] the evening following your training session
– Q: Does the delegate get the feedback form?– A: The feedback form goes to the NG administrator and the Driver’s line manager, who may pass it onto the
driver
