A. Trituration lineTreatment of used tires in only two steps. No need to remove previously steel and textiles.

The used tires of tourisms are loaded directly into the feed conveyor belt.

Step 1: Cutting process that is performed in the module LION.

Step 2: Granulation and separation of rubber, steel and textile in the TIGER module.

• Double shaft crusher which cuts the tire into a size of 150 x 150 mm..

• Capacity greater than 10 t/h• Duration of the blades unsharpened: 5,000 t. Can be sharpened

twice.• The space between blades is continuously cleaned by a scraper.• Sieve to ensure the particle size, recirculating excessive sizes• Consumption: 10 kWh/t

A. Trituration linePaso 2: Tiger. Trituration and separation of rubber - steel - textile• Reduces the particle size to 20 mm.• Nominal capacity of 4 t / h.• The drum can rotate in both directions of operation.• Self-sharpening of the blades. 3,200 t without changing
