Qualifier for Super Bowlof Golf XXXVThe winning foursome competes in the SuperBowl of Golf in April of 2015 at a warm-weathergolf destination against the winners from morethan 25 other NFL Alumni tournaments aroundthe country.

The winning foursome will receiveaccommodations at a top-rated golf resort,round-trip coach airline transportation for eachteam member, a ticket to the Evening with theLegends Dinner, and a spot in the Super Bowlof Golf Tournament and awards presentation!Winners of the national championship will winthe coveted Super Bowl of Golf ring!
