While we all likely have a whole lot of operational issues to fill up our days today,

we also have a number of bigger and longer lasting problems.

Problems that have in some cases lasted for so long that it became a status quo. A status quo everyone acknowledges but can hardly change on their own.

Here’s the one – information vacuum.

We don’t share much.

We don’t share horizontally.

And especially so across geographies.

And if we wanted to, we would not have a media to do so.

And that’s because we don’t have one -

don’t have one designed for that,

don’t have one ready for that.

The result –

our employees on average can hardly see much past their room walls.

To close this gap is a no simple task

“a mission impossible” is more like it, but we would still like to try
