Welcome to our first newsletter of 2013. We hope that, like us, you have embarked on the best

start to a very Happy New Year.

One of our aims for the year is to ensure that we continue to deliver the type of training to our

clients that they really need. Naturally, we will continue to offer a wide range of interesting and

informative courses around the UK and overseas. In January alone we are hosting PTT Train the

Trainer in Belfast, Edinburgh and Birmingham, Foundation Management Development Programme

(FMDP) in London and International PTT Train the Trainer in Kuala Lumpur –we certainly get around!

However, in addition to the open courses that we provide throughout the year, we also offer

bespoke courses and programmes for our clients. Our tailor-made training solutions are carefully

designed to meet their unique requirements. Firstly, we listen to precisely what the client would like

in terms of results, which may include skills improvements, gaining knowledge of new techniques,

giving better presentations or other areas that they would like to focus on. We help our clients

analyse those needs and take a consultative approach, devising an in-house solution that suits that

client perfectly.

There are many advantages to bespoke training. It can take place when and where you choose, for

example just prior to an important event. Moreover, clients can be trained in the exact context of

their actual job and industry, rather than making the ‘off the shelf’ training fit their needs. We can

long term.
