Thank you to the many businesses landowners and residents who havebeen involved in planning for the Memorial Highway Improvements project

to date Here is a quick update of what you can expect in the comingmonths

First lets look back at 2019

The Memorial Highway reconstruction project is currently scheduled to beginduring the 2022 construction season and design of the project continues toprogress

In 2019 project progress was heavily focused on collecting public input Asurvey and open house in the spring for the business owners along the corridorprovided valuable insight into public thoughts about the project Twoopportunities for public input were offered to engage with the project team andlearn more about the overall scope of the project

2020 milestones will include the completion of the environmental documentanticipated in the spring right-of-way acquisition and easements acquired inthe summer and Phase 1 plans completed in the fall Project bids areanticipated in 2021
