I am so very excited to announce to you the promotions of

Aaron Fogle and Cassandra Anderson to the position of

CIT.

Both have demonstrated the characteristics I look for to

be considered for a leadership position on this great

team, however that only got them half way here. They

each had to go out and do the hard work which ultimately

earned them this honor.

VO L UME 1 ISSUE 7 WEE K 49

On this team, “leadership is action, not position.” Both Aaron and Cassandra have shown they

know what to do and more importantly the willingness to go and do it.

Lately they have battled for top spots in the region in both AP and New Accounts for the Rookie

category and I am confident that competitive spirit will continue as they step up into their roles

come January 1st.

I am excited to continue to lead and mentor them both as they embark upon this new journey.

To their DSC’s Ben Mackey and Missy Rhodes, I know they could not have got here without your

help and leadership. I am so very proud of the two of you also. I can’t wait to see continued

growth and depth this will create in your districts in the coming year and beyond.

Team, please join me in congratulating our newest additions to our Leadership Team… Aaron

Fogle and Cassandra Anderson

Well Deserved!

Cathy

Congratulations to our Regional Asset Manager Cheri Olsen for being our number

one associate for week 49. Cheri contin-

ues to do a great job week after week…

Cheri keep up the great work.
