NEW TUBOMATIC 265/S EL ANDTUBOMATIC 040 ELCOMPLYING WITH THE NEW EUROPEAN STANDARDS
As most of you may know, the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC came into force on 29 December 2009, replacing EU Directive 98/37/EC. Among other changes, the requirements for “part-machines” (also referred to as “incomplete machines”) have been re-formulated in the new version of the Machinery Directive, for this reason we decided to turn our “part-machines”, such as Tubomatic 265S, Tubomatic 040 and hydraulic units thereof, into complete machines that fully comply with the new European standard.

NEW DATA TRANSFER KIT FOR ES3 CONTROL BOARDSFUNCTIONALITY AND ENHANCED MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONS
The new data transfer kit is conceived for customers having two crimping machines provided with ES3 electronic control. This system allows transferring data, through a normal USB flash drive, from the me-mory of an ES3 control board to another ES3 control board, so as to avoid setting such data again on the new crimping machine.The kit is available SOLELY UPON REQUEST on all swagers already provided with ES3 electronic control (all Tubomatic V series, Tubomatic S77ES and Tubomatic N120ES).
We inform you in advance that soon you will be able to transfer and manage data even from a PC with ES3 electronic control through a USB flash drive or PC interface. Obviously we shall inform you as soon as such option is available.

NEW SPF6SKIVINGMACHINEOP is proud to introduce the new SPF6 skiving ma-chine which shall soon replace the SPF4 and SPF3 models which are no longer manufactured.SPF6 was specifically conceived to meet the need to combine the main characteristics of these two models of skiving machines hence obtaining a complete and functional equipment capable of simultaneously or separately skiving the interior and exterior surface of flexible hydraulic hoses as well as obtaining perfect preassembly of the fittings thanks to the insertion function it is provided with.
MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES OF SPF6:
■ Simultaneous skiving function (interior and exterior) for
hoses measuring up to 2”;
■ Interior and exterior skiving function (not simultaneous)
for hoses measuring up to 3”;
■ Fittings insertion function for hoses measuring up to 3”;
■ Self-centring pneumatic clamp;
■ Device for centring the return stroke of the piston
which allows accelerating the skiving and insertion
function;
■ Safety device which prevents the actuation of the
machine when the safety casing is open.
