Monthly school leaflet...
Voila!! Students are now learning through virtual classes.
Y es….students of Subodh Public School, Rambagh have commenced their studies through virtual classes. “It is really an amazing experience to be part of such virtual classes” said Bhoomi Godika, student of class 8. She added, “it is totally new learning environment for us. We get ready with laptop and
headphone at given time to attend these classes. Our teachers
explain the topics in very innovative way. They also share study
material with us via whatsapp groups.”
Class 5 student, Akshat Jain quoted, “We never thought that we
will study using this new technology. We students are enjoying a
lot this new concept of learning.”
Initially it was a challenging task for teachers but training and
practice made them dexterous in virtual teaching. “Now we have
overcomed challenges associated with it and are delivering our
lectures skillfully using Zoom Cloud App”, remarked Deepak
Makhika, PGT (Mathematics).
“A virtual classroom is an
online learning environ-
ment that allows teachers
and students to communi-
cate, interact, collaborate
and explain ideas.”, said
Ritu Sukhija, senior IT
Teacher.
“A virtual classroom ena-
bles students to access
quality teachers anywhere
on the planet so long as they both have a reliable internet connection. This can break
down most of the common barriers to synchronous learning: cost, distance and tim-
ing. This virtual classroom learning is serving as a boon during lockdown in the wake
of Corona endemic when school studies are stake.”, she added.

Tough Times Do Not Last Forever But Tough People Do
M ind has the maximum elasticity and can do wonders if we engage in moving inwards. If at all we succeed in exploring our true self, it would be a massive achievement, as the ever waver-ing mind, is difficult to control.
Fear has gripped almost everybody, if we do not throw caution to winds and make our existence deftly as
per the security injunctions that in itself will be a big service to society. Rumour-mongering and being
over critical of precautions should be strictly avoided .
Let us not be consumed with the greed of hoarding, let's try sharing and caring.
This is the time to think as to how if we treat the beings of nature recklessly it will strike back with untold miseries on human
beings. It's not that we stop being progressive but tuning with nature is vital.
Maybe we are being broken not for annihilation but for sprouting and flourishing with peace and gratitude.
Mankind will definitely come out of the self created morass and having thus learnt a lesson of their life time would thenafter
live in tranquility ever and after.
With best wishes to everyone.
Yours sincerely

prominent influence in a

moment of life, children
depend on parents and family
to protect them and to pro-
vide for their needs. A happy

SELF LOVE IS NOT SELFISH
S elf love is a key to confidence. When you put yourself before anybody else in your life, you gain confidence. If you are able to love yourself and accept yourself the way you
are and turn your flaws into assets, you will be happy.
Self-love decreases stress and anxiety. When you are always
concerned about not loosing others you end up loosing
yourself. So, your life should not be dependent upon others,
you are the builder of your own life, achiever of your goals.
No one will either do that for you. Make not losing yourself
a priority so that you attract people who respect you and
reciprocate. You should always take time to work on your-
self. After all self love is not selfish. When you know yourself,
you are empowered but when you accept yourself you are
invincible. Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
Part of self-love is having a higher standard for your inner -
circle. Always believe in yourself. Love yourself loud. Go
confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you
have imagined.
Self love is one of the biggest superpowers you can use to
achieve anything you set your mind to.

TIME TO DEVELOP SKILLS
W henever we have vacations, we get overjoyed and enjoy vacations by visiting new places, watching mov-ies, organizing parties and get together with friends. But recent
vacations which we have got due to COVID-19 outbreak
should be spent doing some creative work and equipping skills
instead of whiling away time and sitting idle at home. Those
who are interested in culinary, they can excel themselves by
learning to cook more variety of delicacies. Those interested in
art and craft, can assemble waste material to generate some
good showpieces to decorate their homes. Now-a-days every-
one likes to wear designer clothes, so, one can exhibit talent
by experimenting with old stuff. Learning different languages is
also very good, so, we can learn specific phrases, diction and
small greetings in foreign languages using internet. In this way,
we can use these lockdown vacations to develop various skills
sitting at home till the situation becomes normal.

MY EXPERIENCE OF BOARD EXAMS
I thought that Board exams are as simple as any other usual exams but I could not escape my mind boggling questions like why does everyone emphasize on getting good marks in Boards? Why do everyone fear the Board exams? Actually, the hype has been created about the class-X Board exams due to which even a thought of taking it gives students nightmare. However, I
realized they are just like other exams which the students have been taking in their previous classes, only difference is that they
are the first nationalized exams. A successful accomplishment in these exams takes student to another level in his career pro-
spects. Also, a good result in Board exams signifies the level of sincerity and responsibility in students’ career and decision
making process. At last, the most awaited day came when I was sitting in examination hall. It was my faith which helped me to
overcome nervousness. My confidence kept on increasing with every paper attempting. I learnt that facing Board exams prepare
oneself for higher and tougher exams. The only thing one needs to learn is to manage stress.

Do Good, Have Good. It is
very true that if you do good

Erasing Blues
E ven after experiencing depression and stress one can create positivity and joy. If uplifted, Happy Hormones dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins account for our happiness and brighter life. Certain activities have a positive impact on our life style. Rewards, compliments, admiration and pleasure seeking behavior are a direct hit for dopamine secretion. The
most effective and natural way to boost serotonin is by exercising daily. Spending time with loved ones and being kind to others
stimulate oxytocin. Stress relievers – yoga, meditation and listening to music are the fabulous ways to boost endorphins
hormone. Plus, eat well, sleep well and avoid saturated fat and sugar. Don’t miss even a day to create best health and remind
