With this in mind, wepopped in to sample their“guilt free” brunch at theweekend. We werepleasantly surprised bythe range of dishes andingredients on the menu,which immediately beganbreaking down ourmisconceptions aboutclean eating brunches.

From our table perchedhigh above the shopperswe began our brunch bytrying the ProteinShakes. We ordered acoconut milk with peanutbutter shake and analmond based one withfresh strawberries. Achoice of wholesome,healthy ingredientscombine to make creamy,delicious but guilt freedrinks that you can tellare packed full ofgoodness (chia seeds,whey & porridge oats).

Egg lovers will delight inthe variety of dishes thatare available. Fromsmoked chicken to

The Avocado & FetaMelt was a gorgeouscombination of perfectlyripe avocado, warm gooeycheese and sweetcaramelised red onion,lovely soft textures pairedwith a seedy wholesomebrown bread that workedperfectly. The

accompanying SweetPotato Fries are wortha visit alone. It’s bafflinghow something thatdelicious can be good foryou. We are not ashamed,we got a second portion!

Whilst contemplatingdessert we wererecommended theProtein Balls from theall-natural proteincounter. We werepresented with littleclusters of oats, chocolateand raisins served withnatural yoghurt and areally sharp lemon curd.A totally different way tofinish off a meal and leftus feeling completelysatisfied without anypangs of guilt.
