gamesmen don’t ever play fair. You might thinkyou have a nice nest egg of a million or two $$$only to find a bullet or crashed plane and then“you” certainly go to other dimensions for yourretirement. Now, as a matter of fact, George Bushcan look like the world savior and we wouldn’t wishto deprive him of that pleasure; would we?

George did NOT “birth” the program—he simply“delivered” it and transformed it into a monster biggerthan the one he already had developed. We, however,do NOT look gift monsters in the mouth or count theirdragon-teeth. George failed to base his program onANYTHING, except to see how much loot and goldhe COULD GARNER in the game. Well, all that goldHAS GOT TO COME BACK HOME! That actuallyshould hurt NO ONE except the corrupt deviants.

Nothing they did was considered “illegal” butwas, rather, totally immoral and criminal in intent. It does work down to a simplistic observation, however, that the kids of the game should neverhave hit on either Russell Herman OR FerdinandMarcos. Are our people in fear? No, even thoughthey are occasionally in “terror” as in “war onterror” where the innocent persons are the victims. The real “terrorists” rest on the ivory thrones.

So, does “knowing truth” set you free? NO, YOUHAVE TO TAKE ACTION WITH THAT WHICHIS GIVEN IN TRUTH—EVERY TIME!

I will not comment further at this pointalthough I shall probably call your attention topoints along the text.

[QUOTING http://www.plata.com.mx/plata/plata/comHSP37a.htm:]

THE PESO IS A “DERIVATIVE”OF THE DOLLAR

By Hugo Salinas Price,La Plata es el Camino, 8/13/02

All the currencies of the world, are simply“derivatives” of the U.S. dollar. Perhaps I shouldqualify this statement with an exception: Possibly, theeuro of the European Union is not a dollar-derivative,for the European Central Bank that issues the euro, does maintain a—very modest—reserve of gold.

[H: Please note in addition, however, thateven the Euro is evaluated and “measured”against that bogus “dollar”.]

What is a “derivative”? A “derivative”—a wordmuch in use today in financial circles—is a financialinstrument that derives its value from another financialinstrument, to which it is related by a contract.

The Mexican peso, the Argentinean peso, theBrazilian real, the Venezuelan Bolivar, the NewZealand dollar, the Australian dollar, the Canadiandollar, etc., ALL these currencies are NOT realcurrencies that belong to the countries where they areissued and circulate. They are simply derivatives ofthe U.S. dollar. The Mexican peso, for example, justlike all the other currencies I have mentioned, andthose of the rest of the world, with the possibleexception of the euro, have no existence of their own;they derive their value from the American dollar, through the dollar reserves owned by the Bank

of Mexico, Mexico’s central bank. Mexicanpesos are substitutes for dollars.

[H: Surely you can name your own country,e.g., Papua New Guinea “kina”, Philippines“peso” and right on through the nations.Remember, however, that even those countriesnot “measured” BY the dollar AREMEASURED AGAINST THE DOLLAR. Bythe way, London may “fix” the gold price—but itis measured then in dollars. And no, to yourquestion about GAIA and “isn’t that also the wayof the measuring of assets?” GAIA is basedON GOLD—period—and THAT holds foranywhere on the globe in any currency.]

The proof is that the value of the Mexicanpeso, depends on the reserves of the Bank ofMexico. As long as the contractual relationshipand the prospects of redeemability of the pesowith regard to the dollar seem to be stable, wehave stability in the peso/dollar parity.

[H: Realize right here that all those banksmentioned as “National” are now either taken orin the process of privatization so that they areactually now owned, operated and structuredunder the IMF/FEDERAL RESERVE (betterput, the printers of the dollar).]

What lends credibility to the peso, is confidence inits present and future redeemability in U.S. dollars. The peso is worth something, not in itself, but due tothe possibility of redeeming it in dollars at a rate thatis not expected to change. Thus it is clear that thepeso is nothing more than a derivative of the dollar, and this is a situation which prevails with regardto all Latin American currencies.

In other words, Latin America specifically onlyhas one currency, THE DOLLAR. What we knowas the currencies of Latin America are only moreor less trustworthy substitutes for the dollar. All ofLatin America is deprived of a currency of its ownthat is worth something on its own.

We must discard all notions of “nationalsovereignty”. We absolutely can have no nationalsovereignty when we use the currency of anothercountry, as our own. It is especially serious that weare in fact using the dollar as our currency, as I amstating, when the dollar itself is not a real currency, butonly an artificial unit, lacking any intrinsic worth. The dollar is nothing more than a number. It isnot redeemable in anything tangible.

THE DOLLAR:FORM WITHOUT SUBSTANCE

Aristotle stated that everything that existsincorporates matter and form. The dollar, sinceit became irredeemable for gold at $35 dollars anounce in August of 1971, is an abstraction thatonly maintains form, without matter. Therefore,it is nothing.

The whole financial edifice of all Latin America isconstructed upon these units of nothing, dollars. Our Mexican pesos are derived from… nothing.

Can we possibly believe that we can look forwardhopefully to an economic future built upon pesos whichare derived from dollars, which in turn are nothing? If,someday in the future the history of the Twentieth

Century is written truthfully, it will have to record asone of its most important characteristics theprogressive elimination of the substance” factor frommoney all over the world.

As long as money incorporated matter, orsubstance; as long as money was gold or silver, andbills were redeemable in silver or gold coin in strictlyfixed amounts, the world was anchored to economicreality by means of a money that also incorporated areality. The reality of the money of the NineteenthCentury was its substance, gold or silver, together witha strict obligation on the part of those who issued bills,to redeem them in such substance.

When the First World War broke out in 1914,some observers thought that it could not go on forvery long, because the reserves of gold would soonrun out and it would be impossible to carry on thewar for a lack of funds. Little did these peopleimagine that governments would keep right on warring, without gold, just printing money—counterfeitingmoney—in the amounts required by the war.

So, 1914 was the first decisive step in the monetarydegeneration the world has suffered since then.

[H: Well, the actual decisive moment came atthe establishment out of the blue of the FederalReserve System on (I believe) December 23,1913. LOOK IT UP, FOR IT WAS ALL DOWNFROM THAT MINUTE ONWARD.]

Up to August 14, 1971, there was still a verytenuous connection with economic reality: the U.S.was under the obligation to redeem dollars, in the handsOF OTHER COUNTRIES, at $35 U.S. dollars perounce. But on August 15, the U.S. stoppedredeeming dollars, and for the first time in history, therewas not a single real money in the whole world.[EJ: Mr. Price has forgotten that the Swiss francremained linked to gold until April 1999.]

[H: The Americans will well remember thatin 1933-34 the U.S. was declared bankrupt. Inaddition to that little problem it was decided topull in all gold and thus it came to pass that allgold was turned in or confiscated. Sadly, it waseven worse once the assistance to the NewIsrael came into being because the demands foreven assistance could be claimed in gold andthen following on: in cash. This allowed forreinvestment instantly which accrued interest aswell as guaranteed principle. Not a bad game ifyou can get it! BY THE WAY: THE IMF BUYS,STILL, ALL OR ANY, OF ITS GOLD ATABOUT $35/OZ. This is certainly even nicerif you can do it—and they can do it.]

As of that date, the history of the world hasbeen the history of abuse of the creation of theartificial money we all use. The U.S. is no longerbound by any limit to the creation of dollars.

THE U.S. EXPORTS INFLATION

The abuse of money creation by the U.S. is notsomething that produces bad consequences only in theU.S. Since the dollar is our money, because ourcurrency is nothing more than a derivative of thedollar, the abuses in money and credit creation in theU.S. produce serious shocks in Latin America. Wehave mentioned before, on these pages of the Internet

(www.plata.com.mx), how credit expansion (debtexpansion) in the U.S. produces the export ofmonetary inflation to our countries, and forcesthe devaluation of our currency-derivatives, thedestruction of internal savings denominated insuch derivatives, the destruction of financialsystems with the high interest rates that comeabout as a consequence of devaluations and thecollapse of our productive systems.

An article on these pages—www.plata.com.mx—(a translation of “The Significance and Sanity of Silveras Money” by David Morgan mentions that the dollaris created by debt. When either an individual or acompany takes out a loan at a bank, the bank createsmoney. Runaway creation of money corresponds torunaway creation of credit, and credit increases at amad pace when debt increases at a runaway rate.

Debts in the U.S. have shown a spectaculargrowth, not by coincidence since August 1971,and especially in recent years. Lately, growth isuncontrolled. There will come a moment whendebt cannot be increased fur ther . At thatmoment, there will be an implosion and all debt, inthe hands of creditors, will want to be liquidated—converted into cash balances. Only a smallportion of the debt will actually be liquidated, thatis to say, turned into cash. Most of it will beunpayable, or will be paid only partially.

THE IMF MEDICINE: MORE DOLLAR DEBT

Those of us who live in Latin America feelthat we have not known how to manage ouraffairs correctly, and so we have suffered somany crises. The Argentineans are the oneswho have recently suffered most.

The fact is that it has been a disaster to base oureconomies on currencies that are not more thanderivatives of the dollar, momentary substitutes for thedollar, currencies which have no value of their own, currencies that derive their value from anothercurrency which, in turn, is nothing, and issued by acountry, the U.S., which is now undergoingextremely severe problems as a result of abusingthe creation of its own currency. To lay thefoundations of our economies upon such a baseguarantees the failure of every hope for a betterform of life. It could not be otherwise.

The IMF lost any purpose, if it ever filled one atall, with the bankruptcy of the U.S. in August of 1971.Bankruptcy, because not to pay a debt is bankruptcy.

[H: Oh yes, to you who are in denial: ITIS TRUE!]

The IMF, as it operates today, is totallyobsolete and does nothing but further damageupon past damage, with i ts only medicine:prescriptions of more debt to the patients. OnAugust 8th it announced a credit—new debt—forBrazil, for the amount of $30 billion.

[H: Ah, but what was different in thattransaction? That’s right: THE U.S.TREASURER (who is paid by the IMF) had togo forth and “do the deals”. Moreover itrequired pulling in the Treasury of the U.S., theIMF and in that particular case the Inter-American Development Bank. It certainly IS

“serious” time. Moreover, that amount does noteven cover the outstanding INTERESTPAYMENTS—which it is all about anyway.]

The IMF serves no purpose. We must thinkthings over, we have to admit the truth: ourcurrencies are nothing more than junk derivedfrom other junk, the dollar.

It is not possible to build prosperity upon junkcurrency, just as it is not possible to build askyscraper with mud brick.

THE IMPERATIVE

We have pointed out that it is imperative tointroduce real money into circulation, gradually, in

parallel with the junk money, so that in time we canreconstruct our economies upon durable foundations. We have not received a favorable response fromthose responsible for the welfare of the country. The greatest problem is that those in charge do notunderstand what is going on, and not understandingleads to fear of making any changes. Of course,we have the enormous interests that want things toremain as they are, until we go over the cliff. The political influence of the U.S. is enormous, and the empire wishes to impose its currencyupon us, to its advantage. Thus Larry Summers, who was Treasury Secre tary and i s now

President of Harvard, stated in 1992:“In the long term, finding ways of bribing

people to dollarize, or at least give back the extracurrency that is earned when dollarization takesplace, ought to be an international priority. Forthe world as a whole, the advantage ofdollarization seems clear to me…” (Note 1)

A Chinese proverb states, “It is better tolight one candle, than to curse the darkness.”

We insist on the imperative need to have area l cur rency . We in tend to en l ightenconsciences, one by one. We recall Jose Orgegay Gasset who said: “Men do not think, reallythink, until they feel they are done for.” Littleby little the ideas we are expressing will filterthrough, until one fine day, one of those men whocan decide matters will say “ENOUGH!” We’renot wasting one more day! We’re going tosilver. This will have to happen, because thepresent course of events is not sustainable andthe system is coming down.

[H: Start and end with GOLD, chelas, forsilver is the fill-in.]

Note 1: (1992 “Rules, Real Exchange Rates, and Monetary Discipline. In Nissan Liviatan,ed i tor Proceedings o f a Conference onCurrency Boards and Currency Substitution,pp. 32-3.) This suggestion by Larry Summerswas quoted at the beginning of a report titled“Encouraging Official Dollarization in EmergingMarkets” and prepared by Kurt Schuler, senioreconomist for the office of Senator ConnieMack, in April 1999. Schuler was in charge ofpreparing the report , with the t i t le : “JointEconomic Committee Staff Report, Office of theChairman, Senator Connie Mack.”

[END OF QUOTING]God ALWAYS, when petitioned, sends “the way”,

“the light” AND “the messengers”. It is so sadthat mostly man misses all three. Destruction asyou are going is in your “present” perception. What will the future of your child be like?

Every house of cards, no matter how sturdythe card, WILL FALL when the wind blows hardenough and it will be found that there was nofoundation upon which it was built in the firstplace. You have lost your way, for you havelistened to the false piper and have been leddown the path of primroses into the garden ofthistles and snares.

Your calls unto God have, as is compelled, been given response. What will YOU do withthe gift within the “answer”?

May the Light be given to shine around and aboutyou that you can find your way out of the darkness ofyour illusions intentionally foisted off upon your beings.

Salu, Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonndharma[EJ: I am asked, “What happens to GAIA if

(when) the dollar swoons?” Only more prosperityand abundance for those using it. The GAIA assetis U.S. Treasury debt, guaranteed by the FED,and PAYABLE IN GOLD. MR. SAKIASI GENEWAPAPUA NEW GUINEA

Dear Mr. Genewa:

Thank you for sharing the documenttitled “What the new gov’t should do” fromViewpoint. We find it very interesting inthat it reflects so much of the wrongteachings of the IMF/World Bank that wecannot help commenting upon it. To makethis document more readable, we willcopy pertinent parts of it, trying, ofcourse, to keep it somewhat in context.

“The economy is in what is commonlyknown as a depression. This is when thereis no growth in the economy, very littlenew investment, growing unemploymentand a falling exchange rate.”

What PNG is now experiencing is a“recession” deliberately planned andimplemented by the IMF/WB, theRothschilds, and others of the InternationalBanker’s Cartel (IBC), a virtual duplicate ofthe chaos being caused by the same peoplein South America, Africa, and EasternEurope. Their primary objective is the“Privatization” and control of your utilitiesand natural resources, which will ultimatelyreduce your people to abject slavery.

A “depression” is much more severethan is being experienced now. You still donot have long “soup lines” of people quedup in the hope of getting something to eat.The propaganda with which you are beingbombarded is all directed toward making youbelieve that growth in the economy, unemployment and a falling exchange rate area result of “very little new investment”,which, of course, must come from investors“somewhere offshore”. That whole conceptis wrong and a brief review of the American

experience will quickly prove the point. In the late 1700s the English were

practicing their usual colonial-stylemanagement in what they called their newAmerican colonies. Some of thoseAmericans had been part of the colonizingof other countries and understood thetechnique of keeping the colonies poor, and thus dependent, via confiscatorytaxation and other means. The mostsuccessful growth period experienced bythe U.S.A. was from its founding after therevolution to the establishment of theFederal Reserve System, which effectivelyreestablished the Colonial Control ofEngland over the economy of the U.S.During that nearly 150 years the U.S.exported practically nothing while at thesame time having low customs duties, very low corporate tax, and no individualincome tax. The only time they had toborrow offshore was to buy munitions forthe Civil War in the late 1800s, which hasultimately proved disastrous. The FEDhas loaned money to the U.S. Treasury, charging interest thereon, and now theUST owes the FED trillions of dollarsthat it will never be able to pay.

To relate the American experience toPapua New Guinea may seem to some tobe a bit simplistic, since “times havechanged” and we now live in a “global”economy. However, basic truth has notchanged and currencies based uponnothing will sooner or later be worthnothing, including the U.S. dollar.

Let us imagine looking at PNG “after”installing the GAIA program. We havesent a document to Mr. Damien to showhow to very quickly inject the necessarymoney into your system to provide a goldbase for your currency. That wouldsolve all of the above-mentionedproblems—and far more, as you know.

Just the knowledge that your moneybecomes instantly acceptable as foreignexchange (because it is redeemable for gold)removes virtually all of the need for anyloans or investment from foreigners. Whatbecomes important is the amount of goldheld in your National Treasury and you canadd to that simply by, first, contracting tobuy all of the gold produced in PNG, andsecond, if you want more, you can buy it

offshore with your new gold-based Kina.To retain the credibility of your gold-

based currency all you need to remember isthat you cannot issue more currency than2.5 times the value of the gold you hold orhave legitimate contracts to purchase in theshort term. Budget deficits become a thingof the past, as do such measures as GrossDomestic Product, balance of payments. As soon as some of your neighbors alsobase their currencies on gold, there will beto further fluctuations in the value of theKina. Gold does not “inflate” so inflationis gone and interest rates for project loanscan come down to 5% or less, for housingand other longer-term needs, to 2-4%.

Probably the most startling concept toassimilate is the truth that you can spend allof your money, time, energy, manpower, and natural resources within PNG. You donot need to sell anything to anybody. You can have the most abundantwealth-producing economy on PlanetEarth and never pay another entityanother Kina worth of interest. You willnot care if tourists come or not, and youwill have no concern to “compete” withyour neighbor nat ions for loans ,investment money, or projects.

One of the statements made in theViewpoint article is, “No economy willgrow without investment from within thecountry and from overseas.” As long asyour people believe the “overseas” part ofthat statement they will be misled and willcontinue to be under the control offoreigners. Only by taking control of thesovereignty of your nation in a way that hasto be acknowledged by the G7-typenations, which means a gold-based currencylike another small (7.5 million population)country, Switzerland, can you gain andmaintain your independence.

You can show your people how todo it; we will support you and your newgovernment with our DEEDs and soonthere will be other nations joining andstrengthening the Alliance. We wishyou Godspeed.

Sincerely yours,

EJ Ekker, President

RE: ANNUAL STATE OF THE PHOENIXREPORT. IT IS CERTAINLY BETTER THANYOUR HUMAN EYES CAN DISCERN.(THAT SHOULD BE A RELIEF IN ITSELF!)

GOD “IS”; YOU “ARE”; I “AM”!

Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn present and inaccounting within the Light of Truth.

As we move into our 16th year of journalaccounting (Captain’s LOG), I find the team bothdejected and eager to simply “move on”. This “movingon”, however, does not match the “need to move on”of those who came, shared, took and then ran away.

Is this right off the top a way to complain, blame,or suggest negative appraisal of anyone or anything? No, IT IS as it “is”, no more—no less.

I could c lose now because I have jus tclearly and succinctly stated the “state of theUniverse” and it didn’t even take five seconds tohave it typed right into the record.

THAT, HOWEVER, IS NOT WHAT YOUWANT OR FOR WHAT YOU ASK.

Starting right at the top of the question list:No, we are NOT off track and yes, it did requiremore than 16 years to lay this foundation—weonly allotted, however, 15 years of patience to“change the world” and perfect it into peace, justice, and enlightened balance with harmonywithin and among all things—starting, of course,wi th YOU according to your “dru thers” .(Meaning: Never mind anything or anyone else.)

SHOCKING INFORMATION

The “deed” (accomplishment) was finished themoment you decided your goal. The only thingremaining to experience is the completion throughexecution of “the plan” for achievement. MIND(yours/ours) sets into motion the “thought/idea” andpresents it with its myriad of choices andalternatives to the brain (singularly or collectively). This in turn flows through the brain (yours/ours) tobe acted upon in individual participation in a mortalexpression. YOU HAVE FREE WILL.Therefore, whatever your choice of action (ornon-action, which is impossible to achieve, for“non-act ion” is very def ini te ly a CHOICErequiring “action” to recognize), we move on—you in your way, we in ours. At this point“mine” has little to do with it. In using the term“mine” it is not synonymous with “mind”; it onlyseparates your mind from mine.

Some of you have actually GIVEN ME adeadline ultimatum of today, August 17, 2002 toachieve the task of world evolvement into

perfection or you will dump me/us. That is yourprerogative but it is rather interesting that youwho would judge so severely can have noperception of the miracle brought forth, for thereis neither time nor space delineation available—only sequence of events. Moreover, you whogive such ultimatums have done the very least toallow for perfection in presentation. Some haveeven done everything in their power to destroythe realization of such efforts toward change.

Some go further and pronounce loudly andvery clearly: “See, I knew ‘they’ wouldn’t get itdone!” Get what done? Your perception or“theirs”? Oh, I see: “Ekkers couldn’t get itdone—because of dark energ ies…” andwhatever else you accept as foisted off ontoyour realization pages of disinformation.

Most of you have not ever laid eyes on“Ekkers”, so how do you know they even exist? Ithought not; you don’t KNOW. Are they angels, monsters, evil, lighted energies, new, old, what dothey think, what are they doing, and how do they doit? Well, their perceptions have to be the sameabout YOU—unless, of course, you KNOW thempersonally. And no, you cannot excuse self foryour “negative” discernment by casting stones atme, Hatonn. WE ARE SIMPLY GOING ABOUTOUR “FATHER’S” BUSINESS—FULL OUT!

WALKING THE LINE

Every day brings one decision upon another, onechoice upon another, discernments about persons, things, presentations; yea even down to pieces ofmetal and pieces of paper. This is only relative towhat takes place HERE and not “generally speaking”.

Example—which is exclusive to “here” as “in themoment”: Today a man with whom we work and hasa name of “Marcos” (big “label” over here inPhilippines) is bringing someone to meet with E.J. Sofar so good? Well, beyond the assumption of “a”meeting, what else is in the line of clues as to purpose?Well, YOU don’t have any idea but if I tell you a fewthings, you can have some interest peaked or turnedoff entirely. I suggest you present your most open butquestioning mind to the matter. Ekkers, for instance, must face the opportunity/sting/misinformation/goodinformation, as every day, with all the intelligence andwisdom gained by working in this fantasyland of “let’spretend” for over four years without R and/or R.

Presentation: “I have ‘this person’ who has somefunds in the form of $100 U.S. ‘dollars’ per bill. Willyou look at them and see if 1) they are real, and 2)if we can use them in conjunction with ‘our’ program?”

E.J.: Well, I ordinarily say that you must noteven present such garbage to us or even bring itinto this building. We do NOT deal in anythingsuspicious or secret.

“Oh, it isn’t secret or hidden; it came as anexchange between Marcos and Reagan (you know, that President Reagan). By ‘it’ refers to a LEGALMONEY PRINTING PRESS given in exchange ofbillions of dollars worth of gold.”

E.J.: Now that sounds interesting and just“what” do these bills look like?

After looking at a new $100 paper note ANDan “old” one the man “thinks” they look morelike the “new” one.

The fact that weekly arrests are being madehere for counterfeiting and fake paper ANDgold, one considers FIRST the possibility of scamand even STING TRIALS.

So the nicest thing to do for this person withwide-open eyes of a doe at rest, E.J. agrees toentertain the person and LOOK at his paper. But, he tells our own “Marcos” friend and colleaguethat it is highly doubtful that there is reality orlegality to anything the person offers or is handling.

MY INPUT?

E.J. takes with him (IF THE MAN SHOWS ATALL): TWEEZERS, A MAGNIFYING GLASS, andDOES NOT TOUCH THE PAPER ITSELF—FORANY REASON. Keep your fingerprints OFF ofsuch contraband whether it be real or phony. Begracious but MAKE IT CLEAR: WE DO NOTDEAL IN ANYTHING OUTSIDE THE LIMITSAND AGREEMENTS OF OUR PROGRAM AND“DOLLAR” BILLS ARE AMONG THE NO-NO’SOF OUR PROGRAM EXCEPT AS ANEXCHANGE RATE MONITOR. If these peoplearen’t caught for outright fraud, they most certainlywill be nailed for “money laundering”.

IF the dollars are good, at most you could utilizea “few” but any great amount even for collateral usewill be unaccepted and at the least “frozen”.

We have neither need nor wish to judgecriminal intent nor actions in this, or any, nationanywhere. We have no need to “turn in anyone”but we HAVE OBLIGATION to participate inNOTHING that jeopardizes our integrity or givesany appearance of clandestine or illicit games.

Annoying? Every time in every way and this isbut one more attempt to scam, con and/or sting.

Now, this is a daily occurrence here and thusfar just about every scam or con or fraud has beenat tempted on “Ekkers” . They, moreover ,believed the presentations and presenters untilPROVEN otherwise false. It is painful “toadkissing” which presents as blisters on the heart. Moreover, not one centavo has come forth fromfour years of this “turn through hell”. BUT ITSHALL—FOR THE PROGRAM HAS MET ALLCRITERIA FOR VALIDITY, WORKABILITY,AND FRANKLY, OUTRIGHT INTEGRITY.

Now the BIG BOYS will try for “terrorist”funding in ten t . NO THANK YOU! I fagreements are BROKEN, it shall not be throughUS. AND, we stay OUT of politics—period—BUT WILL MEET WITH ANY POLITICIANWHO WISHES TO CALL.

I am not going to give information in specificswhich allow our “watcher enemies” to give more

grief than already dumped onto our heads. However, you must realize that an incredibleaccomplishment has been set into place and is rollingalong in making its way into what you perceive as“reality”. Patience and structure have been developedso that “existence” of product and project programis EXPLICIT AND ESTABLISHED.

MALAYSIA

I have to again remind “Ekker” that securityrests in remaining “put”! The guarantee ofsecurity in travel CANNOT be achieved andremember that the people present ing thei rprogram MUST understand that they must do the“accompl ishment” , for i t i s in the veryagreements themselves. The “holders” downSouth desire your support BUT it is tedious andyou must not be foolish in causing focus which canbe misconstrued by any party wishing to eitherdamage or discredit you OR THE PROGRAM.

It continues that you must be in the Philippines.THAT is not a suggestion; it is where the program canbe accomplished—and that because of themanipulation up to and through NOW is most obvious.

The gold has been squandered or better put, thieved. The central bank is privately owned andcontrols the government and all other banks.BUT, THERE IS IN COURT ORDERS JUSTCOME INTO OUR HANDS THAT THERE IS“ACCOUNTED” DUE-AND-OWING OF“THOUSANDS OF TONS” OF GOLD“SUPPOSED TO BE” in that Central Bank! Ithas been ORDERED, over and over, by thecourts of the land to be accounted and turnedover to the Royal Family as represented by theCOURT-APPOINTED ADMINISTRATOR tothe Foundation of the Tallano ESTATE.

So, what holds up “carry through” of theseORDERS?

The banks have been stripped; the alternativecourts have offered an injunction to hold on theorder because of all the thefts of both land andsubstance. I suggest that charges be broughtdirectly against the judges who issued thatinjunction along with the people in the subversionof authority and funds included. While thePres ident i s demanding a c lear ing out of“hoodlums in robes”, let’s give her somethingreal and really BIG to consider in reference tothe U.S. Ambassador’s claim of corruption andgraf t des t roying the Phi l ippines—and thatespecially in the JUDICIAL SYSTEM.

When everyone gets through dividing a pie thatisn’t even baked you will move ahead. Any lawyerworth his salt would grab this case in a heartbeatIF HE/SHE really wishes to make a “difference”—or even gain abundantly. NO to high fees, forwhat you need here in such a great value is“contingency” just as Victor A. was offering.

It is no longer “daring” but rather,MANDATORY, to present within the law, underthe law, and THROUGH THE LAW.

Outside the loop of contracted players is neitherwise nor impressive. Global made an agreement withPrince Tallano as Administrator for the Royal Family

and therein is the full basis of the association. BECAREFUL IN YOUR INTERPRETATION OFVARIOUS ENDEAVORS LEST YOU BE GIVINGSUPPORT TO PROGRAMS SIMPLY STOPPINGCONCLUSION OF ONGOING NEGOTIATIONS.

Pay for services is justified and appropriatebut gravy-train parasites or hangers-on arenothing but distractors who end up botching theagreements and turning OFF the very peoplewho could make a program work.

CRAB MENTALITY

It is accepted recognition in the Philippinesthat they are called, cutely, “Crab people”. No,they ARE “people”. This is a perception andspeaks to traditional “habits”.

Concept in point: If a person (crab) is in withothers in a basket going to market and one makesit to the rim of the basket and about to escape, allthe others in the basket grab him and pull him backdown. They do nothing to help or to form a chainand offer escape (or solutions) for everyone—butrather, the ones making the way FOR all theother crabs to f ind freedom are reduced toshredded attack while the others simply use thebody for trying for their own gain.

YOU CANNOT BORROWYOUR WAY OUT OF DEBT

This is KNOWN, chelas, and yet i t hasbecome the way of national transactions withoutany mode of “payback” in the systems and onlythe further draining of resources while “someoneelse” makes the “interest” payments. Then, when you can’t gain more out of the game, YOUQUIT THE GAME—giving all assets away tothe slave-master who just inclusively BOUGHTYOUR SOUL as well as your physical beings.

Do we not do the same thing under the guise of“participation”? NO, we ask participation andassistance TO ACCOMPLISH THE MOSTNOTABLE PROGRAM OF ABUNDANCE ONTHE FACE OF THE EARTH.

Now, some readers will burst into laughterand roll in the isles—except they have alreadyhelped usurp the very things of the projects andprograms which, in fact, offered the RETURNSnecessary while keeping everything rolling alongnicely. This, of course, was prior to the treasonof the very ones reaping the rewards of thelabors and products. NO, IT IS NOT “OK”.

Now, what exactly do our adversaries OFFERTHEIR READERS, etc.? I wonder as well as do you.“The word…?” Oh really? Whose WORD mightthat be, readers? What is YOUR end expectation ofreturn? GOD never even asks anything without fullexpectation of return of input up to and including tentimes. AND, moreover, in this program there issufficient return for MORE. This assumes, however, that the lead crab is allowed to get free of the basketwhile hopefully, pulling his brethren with him.

Is this something unexpected? Certainly not,for GOD has learned over and over again thatthis is the reaction of MAN.

EXPECTATIONS

I will further shock you: YOU MUST EXPECTRETURN. I don’t even want you to “give” withoutexpectation of “return”. And no, perhaps this is notoffered in your same intent of realization. Even a loanshould expect RETURN or it is not a “loan”.Furthermore, a gift is appreciated but a return must beconsidered by the one receiving the gift or his balanceis warped. Therefore, the outcome must be aPROJECT of some kind that does several things in theworld of manifest realization: There must be a NEED;your “product” must fill that need to grow and thrive. It must, in addition, be something that offers rewardenough to repay all of the “gifts”, “loans” or sharingto achieve the goal of “production results”. WEHAVE MET ALL OF THOSE CONDITIONS.

Please name even one other which offers asmuch? Be careful, friends, in your response andmake sure you are making conclusions on YOURKNOWLEDGE and not on some presentation ofthe very “bottom crab”.

IF YOU THROW AWAY THE “PRODUCTS”OFFERED FOR YOUR SURVIVAL, THEN YOUWILL DESERVE THE FALL YOU TAKE. IT ISSIMPLE DEDUCTION AND REASONING.

For instance, THERE IS NOT ONE PRODUCT,named or confiscated, that is unlawful, even tosupplements, from New Gaia.

HEAR ME AGAIN: THERE IS NOPRODUCT OFFERED THROUGH NEW GAIAWHICH IS UNLAWFUL OR UNWORTHY—EVEN BY FDA STANDARDS.

THEN WHY?

BECAUSE I HAD ASKED TO FREEZETHE DWINDLING BANK ACCOUNTSWHICH WERE FEEDING OUR VERYENEMIES WHO HAD TAKEN ANDUSURPED OUR PAPER, OUR PRODUCTS,AND THE ACTUAL INCOME OF SAME.

THEY WANTED TO “GET HATONN”;THEY WANTED TO “GET EKKERS”, ANDBY ALL MEANS THE “PEERS” WANTEDTO “GET DIANE” WHO HAD CALLEDTHEIR LYING, CHEATING BLUFF.

The entire “cause of action” of ANY KIND wasan accusation of “false advertising” in a brochure-listof products and description, created by other partiesthan Diane. After the debacle (as stated by theFDA agents) and from investigations whereNOTHING amiss was found except some wordingsin the brochures themselves, ONLY “Diane” waspersonally charged—BECAUSE THERE WASNOTHING FOUND OTHERWISE.

I find it unconscionable that products such asGaiandriana have been removed from your ability toobtain same because of false testimony ininterviews with our known ENEMIES.

FRANKLY, there is, especially now that Dianepled guilty to “mailing” the literature which somehowwas reduced to a fine and third-class misdemeanor TOCLOSE THE CASE AND STILL HAVE HER“GUILTY”, there is no reason NOT to resumebusiness—just making sure all regulations are met.

Page 7: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

Page 7CONTACT: THE PHOENIX PROJECT JOURNALAUGUST 28, 2002

There is actually NO REASON, except fearof reprisal, that Diane couldn’t take over theentire operation and expand.

Her ORDERS are to not ever again deal in“new unapproved drugs” as established by the FDAand/or advertise anything that even smacks of“cure” or “treatment” in any literature whileeverything else, including silver colloid, should belabeled as “Food Supplement” and “with no provenvalue”. I do NOT even list those things herespecifically, for YOU MUST ATTEND THOSETHINGS, not me and not Ekkers.

Will we give again the formulas? Of course, butwe need now to have start-up funding—AGAIN—because of loss of both business and product and onceagain ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET ASTO LABELS AND ADVERTISING.

Facts are that nothing was actuallyADVERTISED. We gave INFORMATION and thatinformation stands today as it did when offered.

SO WHY DID DIANE GET HANGED?

Well, the attorney was terrified of being namedhimself for unethical practices and he convinced Dianethat she would be better off to “take a plea”.She objected and did in fact hold out until theymoved the charge from a felony to a misdemeanor. But, once the dealings had started the only way to gowas to avoid a trial in which they would haveslaughtered her by lack of allowance for counsel.

This did, however, in just the questioningphase, allow for a demand to see the chargesand there it came as the incredibly stupid andfalse testimony which also named the accusers. This one act presents players and renewal of thelimitation statutes. It will also allow for fullrecourse of civil litigation by Diane against thelying witnesses whom gave that testimony, TOFEDERAL AGENTS no less.

These may well be the times that “try men’ssouls” but it does not mean that the souls arelost because of the trials. Strengthen your soulsin TRUTH and KNOWLEDGE and the lightsturn on immediately.

If that requires four months in a “halfwayhouse/pay hotel” arrangement for the convictedvictim, then so be it—for reclamation can beattained LATER and much more abundantly.

It has, however, stopped dead in the tracks anyconsideration of business continuity while unknownfactors were being hidden from “everyone”regarding the charges and who would be charged. There was a threat being advertised by thesesame miscreants that there was somehow aFEDERAL GRAND JURY working to indictEkkers (both) and “warrants out for their arrest”.

THE INVESTIGATORS FOUND NOTHING butstupidly NAMED both Ekkers in an “Addendum”statement to threaten Diane into signing off on herposition. Fine, it now sets up the culprits so that thenamed parties in that Addendum CAN DOWHATEVER THEY CHOOSE IN CONJUNCTIONWITH OR IN ADDITION TO, DIANE HERSELF.

The culprits were not too smart in any eventbecause Diane is listed as Diane Eckert-Kunick

WHICH IS QUITE TRUE in spelling andeverything. Diane’s first husband’s name wasECKERT (that is NOT Ekker) and that is, in itself, cause of another action from false statementsregarding her identification. How do you KNOWit is through false assumptions? BECAUSE V.K.DURHAM, WITH NO INPUT AT ALL,PRONOUNCES IT EVEN IF MISSPELLED—ONINTERNATIONAL INTERNET NO LESS.

You HAVE TO bring the rats out of theirholes, my friends, and if it requires four monthsto do so, then so be it, for the product attainedis worth the “investment” time required.

BUT BACK TO PRODUCT

There is NO REASON, legal or otherwise, to notoffer New Gaia’s products AS ARE—even until newlabels can be printed. But yes indeed, funds have tobe available to make the changeover, to have shippingfacilities which requires space in Nevada and, forgoodness sakes, get your businesses back on line.

Adzuki beans (the most wholesome “Asian”bean on the market) are stored and waiting formarketing but now need new labels and, atupstart—AGAIN—volunteer hands to put them intobags. Then there sits the grain (Spelta) by the ton, waiting for SOMEONE to attend it—yea even torental costs for storage. NOTHING is done, except the need for funds FROM HERE, frankly, toattend those needs. NO, NO AND NO.

There is Melloream and red lentils (which theshippers marked as “seed” quality) and the FDA (theonly thing they found questionable from the Californiainvestigation) simply said it needed to be cleared forsale as a food product. Actually, at best or worst, thelentils might be pre-washed which should be doneANYWAY, before eating or sprouting. OR GOPLANT THEM, FOR GOODNESS SAKES!

BUT WHERE ARE “WE”?

Getting our jobs done just as rapidly as ishumanly possible in an IMPOSSIBLE world.

And that is where we are today, day one, year 16.

BUT WHAT OF THE PAPER ANDJOURNALS?

Can’t say, readers, we have produced enoughwritings, along with doing our daily job on theGlobal project, to have at LEAST 50 Journals(full) in just the time in the Philippines—allresiding and waiting layout for publication.

We have contributed abundantly (too muchso in most instances) for the continuation, especially in conjunction with Rays, of a weeklypaper produced and mailed EVERY WEEK righton schedule. In the Philippines, it is the mostsought after publication of the day and is passedaround like the precious thing it is.

Ah but, we can’t “charge” for these papersover here because we do no business over here ascorporate guidelines indicate. Most of the readershere cannot afford to take the paper throughsubscription—and it remains our only “SALES” toolof any kind. IT IS CALLED “TRUTH”.

WHAT IS PLANNED?

When we “make it” here and there are fundsflowing back we shall take up all of the pending itemsin proper sequence. At the upstart in the sequencingwe will return the funds which have kept us going andsettle the larger “returns” ASAP.

In the meanwhile we will get STAFF from aprofessional pool and then set up proper facilities rightunder the watchful eyes of the regulators so there canbe no further opportunity to be “turned in” by our ownpeople in their revenge mode of operations.

We will then advertise WIDELY our products, our journals, and yes indeed, OUR PAPER.Moreover, we will support those who contribute, i.e.,Mullins, Coleman and the myriad of other authors whohave, even if unknowingly so, supported our ability tosend the “truth” a bit further into the public.

WHAT OF OUR ENEMIES?

We have NO ENEMIES, only those whoclaim same for selves. There are, by definitionI suppose, adversaries—but they are what givesus cause to both succeed and correct errors—even if it be in relationships. We only haveTEACHERS, chelas, and when you understandas much you will stop feeling so distressed overthe incidents that take place in your world.

THIS TEACHER for instance, presentsproblems in order to see what will be YOURSOLUTIONS and who will even seek to solve theproblems, other than to complain, shake in fear, become immobile, and/or simply fade away whilecomplaining that somehow WE FAILED YOU.

Right now, as I write, there is decision-making going on to close the warehouse in LasVegas which assumes the simply moving ofproducts , opera t ion and a l l the books to“somewhere” else to save the cost of rental.

Is that going in the right direction? Would itnot be wiser to SELL the products, sell the booksand MOVE OUR PRODUCTS INSTEAD OFTHE OPERATIONS? So be i t , for i t restsentirely WITH YOU, for you will simply have toREPRINT it all anyway.

There are an additional 110,000 books which thecourt ordered be returned and shipped to THATwarehouse by George Green, along with a settlementagreement for Green to pay $25,000 in addition to thebook transfer. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! Theattorney has not even, through prodding, done morethan complain about arrears in his pay expectations.

Green is still in business doing seminars andmaking the SAME CLAIMS he always madeabout his wondrous personal holdings andopportunities to have him manage your assets.Fine, isn’t it therefore time for him to at the leastpay his “judgments” as agreed?

Oh, I see: “When Ekkers get home…?” So be it.Ekkers went to court and battled for ten years

(AND WON) TO PROTECT THE INSTITUTEHOLDINGS—but through the process losteverything because of inability UNDER THE LAWto function. Well, we are working to correct that“loss” column into “gain”, repayment and “shut the

Page 8: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

thing down” to keep it away from any furtherassault. However, it is now right where it is mostvaluable and precious—IN DEBT TO THEGAZOO! The enemies want it? Fine, it nowcomes with yea, millions of dollars of PUREUNADULTERATED DEBT. Ekkers wereNEVER more than serving officers and/or directors.Even the corporate records were STOLEN rightout of the i r of f ice . That was an or ig ina lLAUGHLIN corporation and the original bookswere even lost in the confusion of NevadaCorporate Headquarters. So, how is YOUR day?

But yes indeed, our people will stand behindfull restitution to participants because it is theHONORABLE thing to do—not the mandate ofany court or person. I’m confident that Mr.Ence will be very sorry for some of his sticky-finger dealings (at that time with Father EdCleary) . However , go wi th Green, for hemanaged to take things out of the files whichindicated his participation—but you can’t fool allthe people all the time. You can’t fool GOD“any” of the time!

I told you 15 years ago to the day that ourproject would be massive and world-impacting. Itold you that it would require funding of such asize that you would be stunned. I told you thatwe could and would accomplish our goal—ANDSO WE SHALL.

Yes indeed, Ekkers said they would give upeverything necessary to get this job accomplished—and by golly, they had to—so, testing is not alwayspleasant, for GOD in his whole and infinite wisdomtests, that a better way CAN be brought forth.IT IS CALLED “THE PHOENIX”. And that, readers, also indicates that you start from theASHES or, perhaps better said, the basic “startingline”. That means that it requires through the Satan-hold on everything right through the fire and perceivedLOSS in order to regain, retrieve and rebuild.

It is an interesting realization that you giveastrological recognition to dates, times, signs, etc. Canwe dare “whim” that Dharma, after all, is a WATERsign! That is an interesting concept in her position—for water quenches “fire” which is a volatile sign butthrough the Phoenix realization—that fire has to beextinguished—AND HERE WE ARE RIGHT ONTHE FIRE-LINE WITH THE HOSES.

This MEANS noth ing , for i t t akes theWATER IN THE BUCKETS OR HOSES to getthe job accomplished—and that is often calledthe “BUCKET BRIGADE”.

Now, consider what happens in a bucketbr igade ( l ine) when the p layers not onlywithdraw but take the buckets with them whenthey go! I think you get the picture?

Therefore, “when you get it right” you will“get it” (that which you want) in this or anyperception or reality.

When we accomplish the foundation forfunding, then New Gaia becomes a phenomenalopportunity. “Somebody” can enter a PROJECTand BUILD a wondrous operation facility.

The IMF and other “agreement” parties in/fromthe U.S. have broken ALL of their agreements withGlobal Alliance and therefore, through keeping our side

of the agreements, but they null and voiding theirs, gives us full opportunity to FUND FROM here to therewithout it being considered “domestic” business.

We do, however, have to get this going andstructured—DON’T WE? THAT takes “time”no matter how you interpret “time”. However,I see NO ONE even working toward other thanwaiting for the manna to fall on you.

People, we MUST HAVE ability to “jointventure” or we can’t “do business”—period andend of discussion.

Contribution MUST come “before the fact”lest there be no “fact” as in project.

No, Ekkers can’t give even cursory time toattending all the “wishes” and “dreams” of anyone, even their own—but when operational there will beprofessionals who CAN handle it. However, if youhave given NOTHING to your proposal, includingthought, how can you expect any kind or response?Even to GOD you must make a “call”.

“But HE knows my intent and wishes!”NO, if YOU don’t know your wishes and intents,

then why dump it onto GOD?It will be, however, that especially at upstart

following funding, there is need to settle accounts thatalready exist and then, yes indeed, the projectssubmitted by OUR PEOPLE will be honored FIRST.In fact we can ONLY in the beginning honorOUR PEOPLE lest we get into trouble with theauthor i t ies who ens lave you. We need aREASON to be exchanging funds of any kind.

Every transaction must be in the LIGHT OFDAY—without exception. That means that passingmoney around like chewing gum isUNACCEPTABLE to us as well as to the“authorities” of your Homeland Defense squads. Wemust be able to function under the most sophisticatedmicroscope they can turn onto our activities.

THIS means, readers, that EVERY project will behandled exactly as it is laid forth here. This, however, only deals with project funding where a JOINTVENTURE is entered. This has NOTHING to dowith the due-and-owing “return” waiting.

We will expect the project as proposed to haveits required percentages where “Global” can investequal funds into GOLD for the securing of banks, project and SELF. We will never ever enter intosomething without that value-based arrangementwhich will then be secured separately and apartfrom, actually, the project itself.

This means that project proposals must berendered in some reasonable form of “request”AND the “joint” venture ends with the meetingof all requirements of the Alliance itself. THATmeans that the project “authorized” personnelwill have to be responsible for selves—succeedor fail. We don’t even require “success” but wedo require responsibility for selves and stopblaming or wait ing on US TO DO IT FORYOU. We are quite tired of being crucified forthe sins of others and we do not come as a“Christos” willing to die for your misadventures. There never was such a thing anyway!

“But won’t the rip-off artists come forth?”Oh indeed, but WE will not be held responsiblefor their transgressions.

Is it alright for some to retire after theyclaim their due-and-owing “pension” income?INDEED, WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE. But,you’ l l be bored out of your minds in a l lprobability. Regardless of the offenses againstyou/us you KNOW that you have been ALIVEas an individual and experiencing in THE PLAYof all TIME and lesser is going to be a real“drag” for you participants.

Regrets and “oh how I wish I had…” is thephrase of the day, every day, of those who made thewrong choices regarding their relationships with US.

I am urged to offer a thought as ones ponderthe “acts of God” as declared by “man”. It iswondered why, for instance, God would sendfloods and wash away people’s houses andswamp their buildings?

Answer: Rains come and have for eons.Man builds his sticks and stone in the flood-landsand the waters rise and overcome the structures. So, is it GOD or MAN who is foolish?

By the way, truth is truth no matter whopresents it. Lies are lies no matter who presentsthem. So, readers, it behooves YOU to find yourown responsible way and come to discern forself . Who, by the way, is Hatonn? Whatdifference does it make or whether or not I claimlight or shadow? I present; you must decide; butI have NOT fa i led you thus fa r IN THISPROGRAM. “Hatonn” as such can be up forgrabs the same as “Jones” , “Smith” or“Brownstein”, but, Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn asregistered in Kern County, California—IS NOTUP FOR GRABS AND USE THEREOF ISUNLAWFUL—PERIOD.

Do I share with OTHERS? Of course, butI do not destroy our program in the process andyou had best come to know the difference, myfriends. Perhaps these four years have provennothing other than this FACT. Our accusers arethe ones left wanting or haven’t you noticed?Even though they prance, give loud voice to thelies, and generally project their “ignorance”, theyhave merited nothing save to give credence towhat we have said and presented all along thisway. Never mind Hatonn prevailing—GODPREVAILS IN TRUTH! And no, you don’tneed to confuse with names of any kind nor doyou have to sort “religions”.

God has sent “the way”. God has sent “themessengers”. It is up to YOU what you do withit, my friends. God sends blessings, love andgoodness—every time—if you but accept it. Hedoes, however, leave it to you to choose, directand decide your course through this wondrousexperience called “life”.

We have created miracles of which areunimagined and you simply cannot see thismagnificent forest for the tree in your pathway norcan you conceive of the wonders of this incredibleexperience—please don’t let it be left to waste.

I would like to leave this now lest I getsloppy in my own desire to share and shelter, forI cherish ye ones beyond any imaginings.

Salu, Hatonndharma

RE: HOLOGRAMS WITH SOULS; IT ISCALLED “HUMAN”. ALL ELSE IS AHOLOGRAM CONTAINING THE WHOLE OFMYRIADS OF OTHER HOLOGRAMS; IT ISCALLED “THE UNIVERSE”. “THOUGHT” ISWHAT CREATES ALL ELSE

Hatonn—SO QUICKLY YOU FORGET ANDBASE YOUR EXPERIENCE ON “REALITY” WHENIT IS ACTUALLY BUT AN ILLUSION PRESENTINGIN VARIOUS DENSITIES. REMOVE THEBREATH OF “LIFE” AND THE “VISION”RETURNS TO ENERGY AND PARTICULATEMATTER, ALL CHANGING AT ITS OWN RATEOF DENSITY AND CIRCUMSTANCE.

With the above statements made I could simplyclose the writing and walk away while life wouldgo on regardless of my input or withdrawal.YOU ARE WHAT YOU BELIEVE WHILEMOST OF YOU HAVE NOT THE VAGUESTIDEA WHAT YOU BELIEVE.

Moreover, it is what you KNOW that makes thedifference, for KNOWING is the ultimate recognitionof TRUTH through THINKING. “Belief” is but the“assumption” of what is presented to your attention.

I wrote about this so many years ago that I findany new reference to such a concept of realitystalls out your perceptions. And no, we don’t wantto rewrite anything as to repeating classes ingathering where we spent hours upon hourstogether in the “learning” process while theoutcome is a blaming of our people for everythingMISPERCEIVED. However, anything we havealready written we welcome repeating. We will, however , be happy to share any newlycirculating presentations when we have spaceand time (your problem, not mine) available.

The lesson is far more important than who isgoing to bomb what but Truth moves ever more swiftlyout and beyond what you “think” your mind can holdor with which it can deal. Most won’t bother to readabout it anyway and that simply is the way it IS andtherefore we must continue to present what bestallows us to function in “changing” the perceptions and“reality” of the play in progress. Thinking aboutanything will not DO anything “about” it. Action isrequired to “energize” the thought itself.

This does not address genetic structure, please, forthat is entirely separate in the “structure” of“holographic” perfection or mutation. Damaged DNAcan cer ta in ly change outcome of thoughtrealization as can variations in RNA and mitochondria. However, genetic structure deals with chromosomesand that is NOT, as such, the DNA original structureat issue, ALTHOUGH, it begins to allow realization ofthe processing which MANIFESTS and what formis the outcome of the manifestation. Moreover,

the perfection must be from that which “IS”before the conception of the end product.

For an exaggerated example let us consider abuilding of any kind you choose. You must have allthe component parts illustrated prior to the physicalconstruction. If you don’t, for instance, havethe inclusion of toilets—you are going to have avery big error shadowing your outcome of thebuilding itself. Let us relate that to a missinggene or damaged gene of some kind.

Before the building is completed the error can becaught and changes in the architectural concept can becorrected. Once again, however, a bunch ofbathrooms require more than a few feet of space, for there is a whole plumbing system to consider(i.e. blood, lymph—you name it).

This is one reason I am totally amused by anysuch presentation of “AquaGaia” being some kind ofa “new drug” which “consumes” (as the FDA claimedDiane claimed). The facts ARE that AquaGaia is but awater-based mitochondria incubation solution whichallows mitochondria to present as (look at the word)“drias” which do indeed convert fuel to energy—as wellas feasting on the lipid-based “plaques” which form inblood vessels. THAT is the particular dria “fuel”.

Now, I am going to blow your minds a bit largerso you can grow a bit, please. The drias bywhatever name you choose ARE THE BASICCELLS OF “LIVING”. THEY GO “WITH” THEVERY CONCEPT OF “LIFE” ITSELF.

Do I need to shove that down your throats? Noindeed for what IS—IS! If the FDA deprives you ofhaving such nice and basic “waters of life”, so be it.The facts ARE that the FDA did not deprive YOU ofsaid products—the adversary who told the lies andturned in their own former associates (where theyhad done the deeds themselves), used funds fortheir own causes, and “created” the debacle itself.

Now readers, since Gaiandriana never came underquestion, then it should not have been taken away fromyou, or even from New Gaia. However, perhaps it istime for Mark to relocate the information regardingthese products and begin rerunning them inCONTACT, for there is no reason whatsoever that youcannot get Gaiandriana from ANYONE. New Gaiais included in that statement but the facts arethat Diane was dumped on and she must havenoth ing whatsoever to do wi th anyth ingassoc ia ted wi th New Gaia or ANYTHINGCLASSIFIED AS BEING POSSIBLY A “NEWDRUG”, which seems to include anything that mighthave been advertised as “healing” anything.

These th ings a re taken away f rom youbecause they WORK, chelas.

The facts are that in all the things taken bythe FDA from New GAIA, most were simplyclassified in most ridiculous manners.

For ins tance , they sa id tha t there wasinsufficient amount of copper in the gold colloid.

Is this not like asking when was the War of 1812while calling it the Second World War? Why inyour most outrageous imaginings might there beANY copper in a gold colloid “pure” solution?

The test on “gold colloid” also stated that therewas not sufficient measurable amounts of gold toeven match the on-market products for public use.Oh? And just how does the FDA measure suchparticulate? Well, not well with ANYTHING, forif you have a “purple” solution and can’t findenough colloidal particulate—you have just foundTHE PERFECT colloidal suspension.

Dangerous and deadly drugs are unleashed onyou every day that destroy parts of your “working”systems while those things which actually give youpossibility of perfection of living processes are takenBY LAW from you and that comes from ones whohave NO NOTION of what they are doing. So beit , for nobody needs get into any trouble orannoyance from ANYTHING we offer.

It is, yes, sad, for just with the replacement ofthe “mushroom” membrane for making Kargosictea, you could save all the sharks of the oceanfrom being ground up as to fins for your jointproblems. It doesn’t work that way ANYWAY.The “membrane” grown has a structure which canactually replace joint cartilage while “dead” sharkfin is simply one more “dead” product once theshark LIFE-FORM is destroyed. You have killedthe shark and the product is no longer a livingorganism unless treated very specifically in a growthmedium, which, of course, it is NOT.

So, what of “AquaGaia”? Never mind, for aperfect and totally different product can be presentedas mitochondria with a “trade-secret” water base.

NOW FOR THE FACTS OF THE MATTEROF NEW GAIA PRODUCTS

NO product came under question—PERIOD.The problem was that there was advertising in abrochure for distributed products which mentionedpossible healing and cure capability of some kind.AquaGaia fell under no qualification other than itwas to somehow help clear arteries of plaque andtherefore “presented as a ‘cure’” of some kind.

The agents took a whole barrel of the stuffwhich was set aside for putting on plants, for itwas past its stage of product distribution. Thefacts are, however, they couldn’t find “anything”in the solution, right or wrong.

They did find a formation of “membrane” of “somekind” that they couldn’t analyze and it was thatwondrous pure form of that old bug-a-boo (what’s itall about Alfie?) MITOCHONDRIA which “could”literally restructure the insulin-producing part ofthe pancreas—AND “eat” plaque and actuallyconvert it to ENERGY and which is talked aboutbut only in terms of “future shock”. And no, Idid NOT say “would”, I said “could”.

You can have Willard Water but can’t haveGaiandriana? NO, you can also have Gaiandriana—JUST DON’T CALL DIANE.

You can’t longer have Dr. Clark’s solution forparasite eradication unless you make it yourself, whichis easy enough but they locked her into prison forsaying it cured parasitic infestation. The FACT that

Super-Hologram: Past, Present,Future All Exist Simultaneously

ground black walnut hull , especial ly in the“green” stage and even tincture of clove KILLparasites of the digestive system, and worksevery time, did not save Dr. Clark from havingto move to Mexico if she would continue herwork. Perhaps she discontinued her work. It was, however, that the poor lady used the word “cure”and cancer or parasites—in the same paragraph.

There is a stranger phenomenon, however, ifyou study ads for health “cures” and things inthat one person offers “heart drops” and has abooming business and never once tel ls youwhat’s in the product. One whiff gives away thegarlic but he can get away with that while otherstrying to meet regulations and requirements—endup in FDA prison with careers wrecked for theremainder of their lives. Why? Usually becauseof jea lous former f r iends due to whateveregotistical and/or selfish needs present to SELF.

IT IS UP TO “YOU” WHAT IS AVAILABLETO YOU AND KNOW THAT UNLESS YOUCLEAN UP YOUR OWN PLAYMATES YOUARE GOING TO ALWAYS BE “WITHOUT”—FOR NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE PROBLEMSJUST FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF DOINGSOMETHING “FOR” ANOTHER?

WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS NOTACTUALLY WHAT YOU GET—BECAUSEYOU BELIEVE WHATEVER IS PRESENTEDFOR YOUR TRAINING.

How long do you think it took for the theft of thewheel “patent” to take place? Now, try the drias andsee what would be desirable! Ah but, we still controlthose elusive little drias, for nobody else evenrecognizes them save a couple of other scientists.

How long do you think it will take to totallybewilder you of the masses when the dollarcollapses and the sky falls down (or up as thecase actually IS? Chicken Little could probablytel l you r ight off the top of her Fairy Talerendition of said story by that name.)

It is quite amusing to note that it is finallyrecognized that Albert Einstein was WRONG, chelas,in his projections of the universe, space and matter. But his concept and presentation of nuclearbombs certainly changed the world!

WHY can’t anyone get it RIGHT? BECAUSETHE PERCEPTION AND CONCEPT AREWRONG—NO MORE; NO LESS!

To understand the concept of the WHOLE as in“hologram” is to understand the CONCEPT ofmanifestation itself, which basically is a reflection of“CREATION” through the thought projection ofCREATOR. God may well have “created” youthrough his own thought projection—but then by logicalreason—you create your dream (vision) andperception of your experiencing “reality”, real or false.

Closer to home for example: Did we “create”Bonus 3392-181? No indeed, it was created avery long time ago in the late 1800s and wasstructured to increase in value based on goldfrom the time of its “creation”.

It pretty much died of old age and manipulation,so in Mr. George H.W. Bush’s time it was broughtforth and revalidated, re-legalized and REVALUED torecognize the “bonus” character of the instrument itselfof, after ten years of non-redemption, that it

would create more value at an amazing rate ofinterest of 44 percent (%) compounded annually. It became Mr. Bush’s SUPERFUND.

Then it was reconfirmed, reconformed andturned into a CONTRACT (by jurat) and placedinto a corporation for safe-keeping.

There was no “creating” left to beaccomplished, for its security had been establishedlong before this team gained the “asset” itself aswell as the corporation holding it—THE ONLYCLAIM TO THE INSTRUMENT.

All the current need to accomplish is how tobest utilize the instruments in the best possible wayfor the benefit of MANKIND instead of the rip-offdestructive games of the Elite adversaries.

Constructing the “way” for use has been aCREATIVE exercise based on the REAL basis ofthe contract itself. This requires thought andcreative manifestation THROUGH ACTION—ifanything is going to result from the “exercise”. The“thought” is “creative” in intent but themanifestation into a holographic “reality” is aRESULT and not a CAUSE as established by“cause and effect” per se. However, “Because Ithink so, then can I create and manifest.”

Simply put: “Because God (Creator) IS, I am andyou ARE. And any time there is presentation in whatyou consider “manifest” form or density—it is but aholographic (whole) of the thought of Creator, or“you” as the case may well be. Moreover, you canLIE about someone or some thing—but it changes notone iota of the “truth” of it. A thousand lies cannoteven a partial truth make. Moreover, to you who areweary and heavy-laden while having to bear the loadof lies cast upon you—YOU SHALL PREVAIL,FOR TRUTH ULTIMATELY PREVAILS.Facts are, in the New Gaia, Diane, the lies havebeen presented by the liars themselves—nowjust wait ing their turn in the f loodlights ofrealization IN PRESENTATION.

People in this particular “play” presented theirlies to the Federal Agents, no less, who wrote themdown for the whole of eternity to witness. In mostinstances the lies are but more lies built on alreadyfalse presentations. Each new lie presented, however, restarts the statutes of limitation whichremains very, very good for the “defendant”.

“But if everything is but a hologram of sorts, whatdifference does anything make,” you ask?

All the difference in the world because themanifestation is the result of the thought put intoac t ion by whoever d id /does the fa l sepresentation. The HOLOGRAM simply IS andreflects the THOUGHT of the “creator”. If it is notTRUE in concept or presentation, it cannot prevail—for only truth can ultimately prevail.

The technicality of a hologram itself answers thequestions and solves the puzzles regarding “illusion”—of which there can be no argument as to the functionof all physical senses to the “reality” of anything. Ifa thing exists—IT IS and all the quarreling over itsexistence is moot. Invisibility or “ignorance” ofpresence makes no difference in the REALITY ofexistence. Moreover, once in existence—always inexistence but not so in “manifestation”. A thought isa perfect example, my friends. Physical laws pertainto “actions”. God’s Laws evaluate “thought” (intent).

SO, WHAT IS A HOLOGRAM?

I ask to share a recently shared paper on thetopic of “Holograms”.

[QUOTING http://twm.co.nz/hologram.html:]

THE UNIVERSE AS A HOLOGRAMAuthor unknown

DOES OBJECTIVE REALITY EXIST,OR IS THE UNIVERSE A PHANTASM?

In 1982 a remarkable event took place. At theUniversity of Paris a research team led by PhysicistAlain Aspect performed what may turn out to be oneof the most important experiments of the 20th Century. You did not hear about it on the evening news. Infact, unless you are in the habit of reading scientificjournals you probably have never even heard Aspect’sname, though there are some who believe hisdiscovery may change the face of science.

Aspect and his team discovered that under certaincircumstances subatomic particles such as electrons areable to instantaneously communicate with each otherregardless of the distance separating them. It doesn’tmatter whether they are 10 feet or 10 billion milesapart. Somehow each particle always seems toknow what the other is doing. The problem withthis feat is that it violates Einstein’s long-held tenetthat no communication can travel faster than thespeed of light. Since traveling faster than the speedof light is tantamount to breaking the time barrier, this daunting prospect has caused some physiciststo try to come up with elaborate ways to explainaway Aspect’s findings. But it has inspired othersto offer even more radical explanations.

University of London physicist David Bohm, forexample, believes Aspect’s findings imply thatobjective reality does not exist, that despite its apparentsolidity the universe is at heart a phantasm, a giganticand splendidly detailed hologram.

To understand why Bohm makes this startlingassertion, one must first understand a little aboutholograms. A hologram is a three-dimensionalphotograph made with the aid of a laser. To make ahologram, the object to be photographed is first bathedin the light of a laser beam. Then a second laserbeam is bounced off the reflected light of the first andthe resulting interference pattern (the area where thetwo laser beams commingle) is captured on film. When the film is developed, it looks like a meaninglessswirl of light and dark lines. But as soon as thedeveloped film is illuminated by another laser beam, athree-dimensional image of the original object appears.

The three-dimensionality of such images is notthe only remarkable characteristic of holograms. Ifa hologram of a rose is cut in half and thenilluminated by a laser, each half will still be foundto contain the entire image of the rose. Indeed, even if the halves are divided again, each snippetof film will always be found to contain a smallerbut intact version of the original image. Unlikenormal photographs, every part of a hologramcontains all the information possessed by the whole.

The “whole in every part” nature of a hologramprovides us with an entirely new way of understandingorganization and order. For most of its history,

Page 11: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

Western science has labored under the bias that thebest way to understand a physical phenomenon, whether a frog or an atom, is to dissect it and studyits respective parts. A hologram teaches us that somethings in the universe may not lend themselves to thisapproach. If we try to take apart somethingconstructed holographically, we will not get the piecesof which it is made, we will only get smaller wholes.

This insight suggested to Bohm another way ofunderstanding Aspect’s discovery. Bohm believes thereason subatomic particles are able to remain incontact with one another regardless of the distanceseparating them is not because they are sendingsome sort of mysterious signal back and forth, butbecause their separateness is an illusion. Heargues that at some deeper level of reality suchparticles are not individual entities, but are actuallyextensions of the same fundamental something.

To enable people to better visualize what hemeans, Bohm offers the following illustration. Imaginean aquarium containing a fish. Imagine also that youare unable to see the aquarium directly and yourknowledge about it and what it contains comes fromtwo television cameras, one directed at the aquarium’sfront and the other directed at its side. As you stareat the two television monitors, you might assume thatthe fish on each of the screens are separate entities.

After all, because the cameras are set at differentangles, each of the images will be slightly different. But as you continue to watch the two fish, you willeventually become aware that there is a certainrelationship between them. When one turns, the otheralso makes a slightly different but corresponding turn;when one faces the front, the other always facestoward the side. If you remain unaware of the fullscope of the situation, you might even conclude thatthe fish must be instantaneously communicating withone another, but this is clearly not the case.

This, says Bohm, is precisely what is going onbetween the subatomic particles in Aspect’sexperiment. According to Bohm, the apparent faster-than-light connection between subatomic particles isreally telling us that there is a deeper level of realitywe are not privy to, a more complex dimensionbeyond our own that is analogous to the aquarium. And, he adds, we view objects such as subatomicparticles as separate from one another because weare seeing only a portion of their reality. Suchparticles are not separate “parts”, but facets of adeeper and more underlying unity that is ultimatelyas holographic and indivisible as the previouslymentioned rose. And since everything in physicalreality is comprised of these “eidolons”, the universeis itself a projection, a hologram.

In addition to its phantomlike nature, such auniverse would possess other rather startling features. If the apparent separateness of subatomic particles isillusory, it means that at a deeper level of reality allthings in the universe are infinitely interconnected. Theelectrons in a carbon atom in the human brain areconnected to the subatomic particles that compriseevery salmon that swims, every heart that beats, andevery star that shimmers in the sky. Everythinginterpenetrates everything, and although human naturemay seek to categorize and pigeonhole and subdivide, the various phenomena of the universe, allapportionments are of necessity artificial and all of

Nature is ultimately a seamless web.In a holographic universe, even time and space

could no longer be viewed as fundamentals.Because concepts such as location break down in auniverse in which nothing is truly separate fromanything else—time and three-dimensional space, likethe images of the fish on the TV monitors, would alsohave to be viewed as projections of this deeper order. At its deeper level reality is a sort of super-hologram in which the past, present, and futureall exist simultaneously. This suggests that giventhe proper tools it might even be possible to somedayreach into the super-holographic level of reality andpluck out scenes from the long-forgotten past.

What else the super-hologram contains is an open-ended question. Allowing, for the sake of argument, that the super-hologram is the matrix that has givenbirth to everything in our universe, at the very leastit contains every subatomic particle that has beenor will be—every configuration of matter andenergy that is possible, from snowflakes to quasars, from blue whales to gamma rays. It must be seen asa sort of cosmic storehouse of “All That Is”.

Although Bohm concedes that we have no wayof knowing what else might lie hidden in the super-hologram, he does venture to say that we have noreason to assume it does not contain more. Or ashe puts it, perhaps the super-holographic levelof reality is a “mere state” beyond which lies“an infinity of further development”.

Bohm is not the only researcher who has foundevidence that the universe is a hologram. Workingindependently in the field of brain research, Stanfordneuro-physiologist Karl Pribram has also becomepersuaded of the holographic nature of reality.Pribram was drawn to the holographic model by thepuzzle of how and where memories are stored in thebrain. For decades numerous studies have shown thatrather than being confined to a specific location, memories are dispersed throughout the brain.

In a series of landmark experiments in the 1920s,brain scientist Karl Lashly found that no matter whatportion of a rat’s brain he removed he was unableto eradicate its memory of how to perform complextasks it had learned prior to surgery. The onlyproblem was that no one was able to come up witha mechanism that might explain this curious “wholein every part” nature of memory storage.

Then in the 1960s Pribram encountered theconcept of holography and realized he had found theexplanation brain scientists had been looking for.Pribram believes memories are encoded not inneurons, or small groupings of neurons, but in patternsof nerve impulses that crisscross the entire brain in thesame way that patterns of laser light interferencecrisscross the entire area of a piece of fi lmcontaining a holographic image. In other words,Pribram believes the brain itself is a hologram.

Pribram’s theory also explains how the humanbrain can store so many memories in so little space. It has been estimated that the human brain hasthe capacity to memorize something on the orderof 10 bil l ion bits of information during theaverage human lifetime (or roughly the sameamount of information contained in five sets ofthe Encyclopaedia Britannica).

Similarly, it has been discovered that in addition to

their other capabilities, holograms possess anastounding capacity for information storage—simplyby changing the angle at which the two lasers strikea piece of photographic film, it is possible to recordmany different images on the same surface. It hasbeen demonstrated that one cubic centimeter of filmcan hold as many as 10 billion bits of information.

Our uncanny ability to quickly retrieve whateverinformation we need from the enormous store of ourmemories becomes more understandable if the brainfunctions according to holographic principles. If afriend asks you to tell him what comes to mind whenhe says the word “zebra”, you do not have to clumsilysort back through some gigantic and cerebralalphabetic file to arrive at an answer. Instead, associations like “striped”, “horse-like”, and “animalnative to Africa” all pop into your head instantly.Indeed, one of the most amazing things about thehuman thinking process is that every piece ofinformation seems instantly cross-correlated withevery other piece of information—another featureintrinsic to the hologram. Because every portion ofa hologram is infinitely interconnected with everyother portion, it is perhaps Nature’s supremeexample of a cross-correlated system.

The storage of memory is not the onlyneurophysiological puzzle that becomes more tractablein light of Pribram’s holographic model of the brain.Another is how the brain is able to translate theavalanche of frequencies it receives via the senses(light frequencies, sound frequencies, and so on)into the concrete world of our perceptions.

Encoding and decoding f requencies i sprecisely what a hologram does best. Just as ahologram functions as a sort of lens, a translatingdevice able to convert an apparently meaninglessblur of f requencies in to a coherent image,Pribram believes the brain also comprises a lensand uses holographic principles to mathematicallyconvert the frequencies it receives through thesenses into the inner world of our perceptions.

An impressive body of evidence suggests that thebrain uses holographic principles to perform itsoperations. Pribram’s theory, in fact, has gainedincreasing support among neurophysiologists.

Argentinean-Italian researcher Hugo Zucarellirecently extended the holographic model into the worldof acoustic phenomena. Puzzled by the fact thathumans can locate the source of sounds withoutmoving their heads, even if they only possess hearingin one ear, Zucarelli discovered that holographicprinciples can explain this ability. Zucarelli has alsodeveloped the technology of holophonic sound, arecording technique able to reproduce acousticsituations with an almost uncanny realism.

Pribram’s belief that our brains mathematicallyconstruct “hard” reality by relying on input from afrequency domain has also received a good deal ofexperimental support. It has been found that each ofour senses is sensitive to a much broader range offrequencies than was previously suspected.Researchers have discovered, for instance, that ourvisual systems are sensitive to sound frequencies, that our sense of smell is in part dependent onwhat are now called “osmic frequencies”, andthat even the cells in our bodies are sensitive toa broad range of frequencies. Such findings

Page 12: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

suggest that it is only in the holographic domainof consciousness that such frequencies are sortedout and divided up into conventional perceptions.

But the most mind-boggling aspect of Pribram’sholographic model of the brain is what happenswhen it is put together with Bohm’s theory. For ifthe concreteness of the world is but a secondaryreality and what is “there” is actually a holographicblur of frequencies, and if the brain is also ahologram and only selects some of the frequenciesout of this blur and mathematically transforms theminto sensory perceptions, what becomes an objectivereality? Put quite simply, it ceases to exist. As thereligions of the East have long upheld, the materialworld is Maya, an illusion, and although we maythink we are physical beings moving through aphysical world, this too is an illusion.

We are really “receivers” floating through akaleidoscopic sea of frequency, and what weextract from this sea and transmogrify intophysical reality is but one channel from manyextracted out of the super-hologram.

This striking new picture of reality, the synthesisof Bohm and Pribram’s views, has come to becalled the holographic paradigm, and although manyscientists have greeted it with skepticism, it hasgalvanized others. A small but growing group ofresearchers believe it may be the most accuratemodel of reality science has arrived at thus far.More than that, some believe it may solve somemysteries that have never before been explainable byscience and even establish the paranormal as a part ofNature. Numerous researchers, including Bohm andPribram, have noted that many para-psychologicalphenomena become much more understandable interms of the holographic paradigm.

In a universe in which individual brains are actuallyindivisible portions of the greater hologram andeverything is infinitely interconnected, telepathy maymerely be the accessing of the holographic level.

It is obviously much easier to understandhow information can travel from the mind ofindividual ‘A’ to that of individual ‘B’ at a fardistant point and helps to understand a numberof unsolved puzzles in psychology.

In particular, Stanislav Grof feels the holographicparadigm offers a model for understanding many of thebaffling phenomena experienced by individuals duringaltered states of consciousness. In the 1950s, whileconducting research into the beliefs of LSD as apsychotherapeutic tool, Grof had one female patientwho suddenly became convinced she had assumed theidentity of a female of a species of prehistoric reptile.During the course of her hallucination, she not onlygave a richly detailed description of what it felt like tobe encapsulated in such a form, but noted that aportion of the male of the species’ anatomy was apatch of colored scales on the side of its head. Whatwas startling to Grof was that although the woman hadno prior knowledge about such things, a conversationwith a zoologist later confirmed that in certain speciesof reptiles, colored areas on the head do indeed playan important role as triggers of sexual arousal. Thewoman’s experience was not unique. During thecourse of his research, Grof encountered examples ofpatients regressing and identifying with virtually everyspecies on the evolutionary tree (research findings

which helped influence the man-into-ape scene in themovie Altered States). Moreover, he found that suchexperiences frequently contained obscure zoologicaldetails which turned out to be accurate.

Regressions into the animal kingdom were not theonly puzzling psychological phenomena Grofencountered. He also had patients who appeared totap into some sort of collective or racial unconscious.Individuals with little or no education suddenlygave detailed descriptions of Zoroastrian funerarypractices and scenes from Hindu mythology. Inother categories of experience, individuals gavepersuasive accounts of out-of-body journeys, ofprecogni t ive g l impses of the fu ture , o rregressions into apparent past-life incarnations.

In later research, Grof found the same rangeof phenomena manifested in therapy sessionswhich did not involve the use of drugs. Becausethe common e lement in such exper iencesappeared to be the t ranscending of anindividual’s consciousness beyond the usualboundaries of ego and/or limitations of space andtime, Grof called such manifestations “transpersonalexperiences”, and in the late ‘60s he helped founda branch of psychology called “transpersonalpsychology” devoted entirely to their study.

Although Grof’s newly founded Association ofTranspersonal Psychology garnered a rapidly growinggroup of like-minded professionals and has become arespected branch of psychology, for years neither Grofor any of his colleagues were able to offer amechanism for explaining the bizarre psychologicalphenomena they were witnessing. But that haschanged with the advent of the holographic paradigm.

As Grof recently noted, if the mind is actuallypart of a continuum, a labyrinth that is connectednot only to every other mind that exists or hasexisted, but to every atom, organism, and regionin the vastness of space and time itself, the factthat it is able to occasionally make forays intothe labyrinth and have transpersonalexperiences no longer seems so strange.

The holographic paradigm also has implications forso-called hard sciences like biology. Keith Floyd, apsychologist at Virginia Intermont College, haspointed out that if the concreteness of reality is buta holographic illusion, it would no longer be true tosay the brain produces consciousness. Rather, it isconsciousness that creates the appearance of thebrain—as well as the body and everything elsearound us we interpret as physical.

Such a turnabout in the way we view biologicalstructures has caused researchers to point out thatmedicine and our understanding of the healing processcould also be transformed by the holographic paradigm. If the apparent physical structure of the body is but aholographic projection of consciousness, it becomesclear that each of us is much more responsible for ourhealth than current medical wisdom allows. What wenow view as miraculous remissions of disease mayactually be due to changes in consciousness which inturn effect changes in the hologram of the body.

Similarly, controversial new healing techniquessuch as visualization may work so well because, in theholographic domain of thought, images are ultimatelyas real as “reality”.

Even visions and experiences involving “non-

ordinary” reality become explainable under theholographic paradigm. In his book Gifts of UnknownThings, biologist Lyall Watson describes his encounterwith an Indonesian shaman woman who, byperforming a ritual dance, was able to make anentire grove of trees instantly vanish into thin air.Watson relates that as he and another astonishedonlooker continued to watch the woman, shecaused the trees to reappear, than “click” offagain and on again several times in succession.

Although current scientific understanding isincapable of explaining such events, experiences likethis become more tenable if “hard” reality is only aholographic projection. Perhaps we agree on whatis “there” or “not there” because what we callconsensus reality is formulated and ratified at thelevel of the human unconscious at which all mindsare infinitely interconnected. If this is true, it is themost profound implication of the holographicparadigm of all, for it means that experiencessuch as Watson’s are not commonplace only becausewe have not programmed our minds with the beliefsthat would make them so. In a holographicuniverse there are no limits to the extent towhich we can alter the fabric of reality.

What we perceive as reality is only a canvaswaiting for us to draw upon it any picture we want.Anything is possible, from bending spoons with thepower of the mind to the phantasmagoric eventsexperienced by Castaneda during his encounters withthe yaqui brujo don Juan, for magic is our birthright, nomore or less miraculous than our ability to compute thereality we want when we are in our dreams.

Indeed, even our most fundamental notions aboutreality become suspect, for in a holographic universe,as Pribram has pointed out, even random eventswould have to be seen as based on holographicprinciples and therefore determined. Synchronicitiesor meaningful coincidences suddenly make sense, and everything in reality would have to be seen asa metaphor, for even the most haphazard eventswould express some underlying symmetry.

Whether Bohm and Pribram’s holographicparadigm becomes accepted in science or dies anignoble death remains to be seen, but it is safe to saythat it has already had an influence on the thinking ofmany scientists. And even if it is found that theholographic model does not provide the bestexplanation for the instantaneous communicationsthat seem to be passing back and forth betweensubatomic particles, at the very least, as noted byBasil Hiley, a physicist at Birbeck College inLondon, Aspect’s findings “indicate that we must beprepared to consider radically new views of reality”.

[END OF QUOTING]I hope all of you will consider this carefully enough

to realize that there have to be greater answers to theuniversal ORDER than you have yet identified.

There is truly no consideration necessary forallowance of “time” and/or “space”, for they aresimply measuring devices of manifestation.

In th i s concept you can a l so cons iderGRACE as God’s most abundant gift to we ofthe lesser in realization of HIS “creations” giftedwith “thought” that we might “create”.

RUMSFELD: ISRAEL HAS RIGHTTO HOLD WAR GAINS

WASHINGTON—Laying bare the sharp behind-the-scenes disagreements that have shaped the Bushadministration’s Middle East policy, Defense SecretaryDonald Rumsfeld sided strongly with Israel onTuesday and the right that the Jewish state asserts tocontinue holding captured Arab lands.

Rumsfeld referred to the lands Israel seized in the1967 Middle East War as “so-called occupied territories”and questioned whether Israel was obligated tocease building settlements on them.

“My feelings about the so-called occupied territoriesare that there was a war… and [Egypt, Jordan andSyria] lost a lot of real estate to Israel because Israelprevailed in that conflict,” Rumsfeld told Pentagonemployees during a question-and-answer session.

“In the intervening period, they’ve made somesettlements in various parts of the so-called occupied area, which was the result of a war, which they won,” he said.

Rumfeld’s comments directly contradict long-standingU.S. policy, which regards the West Bank and Gaza Stripas occupied territories, as well as the goals laid out byPresident Bush in his June 24 Middle East speech.

Bush said at the time that “permanent occupationthreatens Israel’s identity and democracy,” and that “Israelisettlement activity in the occupied territories must stop.”

The outspoken defense secretary has long beenknown as an ardent supporter of the hard-line policiesof Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. But there was noindication that Rumsfeld was speaking for anyone otherthan himself, however, or that he was signaling a shiftin the Bush administration’s Mideast policy.

Instead, his comments served to illuminate theongoing struggle within the White House over the properbalance the United States ought to demonstrate in tryingto broker a Middle East peace agreement.

Rumsfeld and Vice President Dick Cheney haveargued that Israel’s need for security against Palestinianterrorist attacks is paramount, and that the White Houseshould not press Sharon to make any political or territorialconcessions until all Palestinian violence is curbed.

Adopting Sharon’s line, they also have argued thatPalestinian leader Yasser Arafat was too compromisedby alleged ties to suicide bombers to continue as a peacepartner—an assertion Rumsfeld repeated on Tuesday.

But Secretary of State Colin Powell, while agreeingwith Israel’s need for security, had urged an approach thatrecognizes Palestinian aspirations for a state of their own.

In the end, Bush was swayed by Rumsfeld and Cheney, and he demanded that Palestinians replace Arafat as their leader, and reform their security and political institutions, beforethe United States would help them achieve a state.

But Bush did not go so far as to legitimize Israel’s captureof the West Bank and Gaza, as Rumsfeld did Tuesday. …[JR: If Rumsfeld and “Shadowman” V.P. Chaneywere only expressing their own opinions and notthat of the Bush Adminstration, then why did thetalks end (Aug. 7th) so suddenly between Sharonand the PLA? Sharon added some changes in the

ongoing negotiations that he knew the Palestinianswould find unacceptable and assure their walkingout. Cheney and Rumsfeld are making their ownU.S. foreign policy along with refuting the UNResolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973) in whichIsrael agreed to enter into negotiations for a peacein exchange for lands. The polls taken by thePeace Now group inside Israel indicate that manysettlers would move back inside Israel’s pre-1967borders if they were paid compensations withfunding from the U.S. or from other internationalgroups. Israelis realize that unless the Palestinianshave their own state there will never be a peace. Not so with the Zionists in the U.S. and inIsrael who want it all no matter what the costto the Palestinians or the Israeli people.]

POWELL ASSURES PALESTINIANSOF GREATER HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE

By Paul Basken, Bloomberg News, 08/08/02

Washington—Secretary of State Colin Powellpromised Palestinian leaders expanded U.S. and UnitedNations efforts to help civilians suffering malnutrition andhealth problems attributed to Israeli security restrictions.

Powell and National Security Adviser CondoleezzaRice met separately today with a group of Palestinianofficials in the highest-level contact between the U.S.and Palestinian leaders since Bush called for replacingArafat’s administration in June. …

The meetings followed reports this week by theU.S. Agency for International Development that thePalestinian people are suffering from some of theworld’s highest malnutrition rates.

The Bush administration, which once demandedan easing in Israeli-Palestinian violence before itengaged in peace efforts, is now workingsimultaneously on calming violence, promoting peacetalks and providing humanitarian help, Powell said. …

As part of the effort, Powell said he spoke todaywith UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and agreedthat the director of the UN’s World Food Program,Catherine Bertini, would visit the region this weekendto examine the humanitarian situation.

The studies funded by U.S. AID found that 9.3percent of the people living in the Palestinianterritories are suffering from moderate to severemalnutrition, a rate “considered an emergency bymost humanitarians and public health officials”.

It attributed the problem to a lack of money and Israelimilitary curfews that have kept families confined to theirhomes and restricted commerce and transportation.

Earlier today, Rice met for an hour with the threePalestinian officials, Arafat aide Saeb Erekat,Palestinian Interior Minister General Abdel Razaq al-Yahiya and Economy Minister Maher al-Masri.

“We reiterated our commitment to moving theagenda forward,” spokesman Sean McCormack toldreporters at the White House. Asked whether Arafat’sname was brought up at the hour-long meeting,McCormack said, “it was not a point of discussion. Idon’t recall that (Arafat) was an issue that came up.”

Ereka t i s seek ing he lp to ho ld e lec t ionsscheduled in January, saying Israel has underminedthe Palestinian Authority’s ability to function.

In Jerusalem, Israel and the Palestinians ended talks onan Israeli plan to withdraw from parts of the Gaza Stripand West Bank without reaching an agreement, the Israelinewspapers Ha’aretz and the Jerusalem Post reported.

McCormack said those talks are evidence of“some positive developments on the ground”. Hesaid the Palestinians’ meeting with Rice was a “gooddiscussion” in which Rice “reiterated ourcommitment to moving the agenda forward”. …[JR: Is this meeting in Washington a contrivedshow of compassion for the plight of the Palestinianswho have had to live under the harshest ofconditions imposed upon them by the state of Israel?Despite this obvious fact and contradiction, Israelremains our ally as well as our controller in all ourplots and schemes. Why would the U.S. at thiscrucial point in time give aid and comfort toSharon’s deadliest enemy? I would suppose that theZionists feel that we goyims should bear the cost ofhaving to take on the responsibility of caring forthe Palestinians as their Zionist Protocols do notallow for such concerns. It could also be apsychological ploy on our part to keep our foreignpolicy critics off balance and use this act of kindnessas a cover-up so we can forge ahead with our plansfor the conquest of the Middle East.]

‘A TREMENDOUS MISTAKE’

By Roy Gutman, MSNBC/NEWSWEEK, 08/02/02

For much of official Washington, it is now aforegone conclusion that President George W. Bush willresort to force to topple Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. The only question is when and how. But this weekbrought a harsh reality check from a normally soft-spoken visitor, King Abdullah of Jordan.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee hadjust begun its first hearings on U.S. policy towardIraq, and the media was full of speculation on warplans when Abdullah flew into town. In a fewblunt remarks , he po in ted ou t a devas ta t ingpolitical fact: Bush has completely failed to builda coalition to join him in war against Iraq.

Fresh from talks with British Prime Minister TonyBlair and French President Jacques Chirac, Abdullah saidit would be “a tremendous mistake” for the United Statesto go to war against Baghdad before it had founda way to tamp down the I s rae l i -Pa les t in ianconflict. He said nearly every major player in worldaffairs agreed with him. “In the light of the failure tomove the Israeli-Palestinian process forward, militaryaction against Iraq would really open a Pandora’s box,”he told the London Times earlier this week.

Blair, the only world leader outside Israel who hadpublicly defended Bush’s saber rattling on Iraq, has“tremendous concerns about how this would unravel,”Abdullah said in a separate interview with theWashington Post on Wednesday. “Ask our friends inChina, in Moscow, in England, in Paris: everybodywill tell you that we have concerns about militaryactions against Iraq. The international community isunited on this,” he told the London daily. (Britishofficials declined to comment on Blair’s position, butState Department officials acknowledged that Britainhas very serious questions about Bush’s plans.)

The question is whether Abdullah’s brutallyfrank language will have a lasting effect in political

Washington. Bush himself tried to signal he wasunmoved, telling reporters at the start of the OvalOffice talks yesterday that Abdullah “knows howI feel… He’ll find out I hadn’t changed my mind.”

But in failing to issue a statement or brief thenews media after the discussions, the presidentindicated he was taken aback by the talks. Infact, Washington has rarely seen so scathing arebuke from the leader of a close ally.

Abdullah even ventured into a realm almost noforeign leader dares go in public, giving a glowingendorsement to Secretary of State Colin Powell in hisbattle against the more militant stances taken by DefenseSecretary Donald Rumsfeld and Vice President DickCheney. Powell, he told the London Times, “is the oneman that gets it and understands what needs to be donein the Middle East.” He said Powell, and Bush, as well, grasp the big picture. “But others in Washington arefixated on Iraq, and… you can talk till you’re blue in theface and they’re not going to get it.” If such voicesgrow stronger, “that would really destabilize Americaninterests” in the Middle East, he added. Then the kingcrossed a line that has not been crossed in years—if not decades—by warning of the “tremendous loss”if Powell left the administration. Powell hasrepeatedly stated that he has no intention of quitting.

Yet the Jordanian monarch was pointing accuratelyat Powell’s genuine loss of influence with Bush. The s t ronges t ev idence was Bush’s June 24speech, in which he announced a cutoff of U.S.contacts with Palestinian leader Yasir Arafat andeffectively demanded his replacement. “It is unfortunateto target any leadership in any part of the world,”Abdullah said of Bush in an interview with the Britishpaper. He predicted that Palestinians will vote for Arafatto show that “this is what we think of what you said”.

Bush may feel tempted to discount Abdullah’scritique for a variety of reasons. Jordan is heavilydependent on U.S. aid, amounting to $315 million thisyear, or $75 per capita. And as an immediateneighbor of Iraq, which supplies oil at a discount,Jordan is hardly expected to be an active participantin any assault on Saddam Hussein’s regime. IndeedAbdullah’s father, the late King Hussein, stayedneutral in the Persian Gulf War in 1991, leadingCongress to cut off aid. (In that war, the seniorGeorge Bush led a coalition of 31 countries to forceIraq to abandon its conquest of Kuwait.)

Finally, the public reservations of most Arab leadersare usually dismissed because privately they say that theycan weather a public storm provided the military actionis carried out swiftly and efficiently. But Abdullah wentout of his way before his arrival to say he was notpaying lip-service to domestic public opinion. “TheArab people and the American people share a long andimportant tradition, a tradition of speaking truth to theirleaders,” he said in a speech in Aspen, Colo., on the eveof his trip to Washington. “And this year, what peopleare saying, loud and clear, is that trust is the coin ofthe realm.” He noted the “essential role” of theUnited States in bringing about a peaceful resolutionof the Arab-Israeli conflict, but added: “Arab trust ofU.S. influence remains rather low.”

The only thing Abdullah didn’t allude to explicitlywas the impact a U.S. intervention in Iraq would haveon Jordan and, more specifically on his throne and onthe continued rule of other moderate Arab regimes. Hedidn’t need to. The experts, whose advice is now beingspurned, know the destabilizing effect of such an actionall too well. And the others who, as he put it, “arefixated” on Iraq? They, apparently, do not care.

[JR: I regret to say that a war against Iraqseems inevitable. As Rumsfeld stated theweekend of 8/11 “an attack is sooner then wethink”. King Abdullah’s remarks and commentswill not sway or deter anyone in the Bushadministration, including, the official most Arabstrust and respect… Sir Colin Powell. Our U.S.military will be used to make an example of Iraq toshow other Arab nations just what will happen if theydo not make the necessary reforms and changes totake their place in the “international world oforder”. The plan for Iraq and the Middle East is inthe next article. It is written by one of the mosthigh in the Elite circles… Sir Henry Kissinger.]

IRAQ IS BECOMING BUSH’SMOST DIFFICULT CHALLENGE

By Henry A. Kissinger, Tribune, 08/11/02

[JR: THIS IS HENRY’S PLAN… NOCOMMENT… SELF EXPLANATORY!]

… At the same time, the administration’s positionis that no decision to resort to force has yet beentaken. Ambiguity often can help create awarenesswithout encumbering the discussion with the need fordecision. But when ambiguity reaches the point ofinviting leaks concerning military planning, congressional debate and allied pressures, the timehas come to define a comprehensive policy forAmerica and the rest of the world.

The new approach is revolutionary. Regime changeas a goal for military intervention challenges theinternational system established by the 1648 Treaty ofWestphalia, which, after the carnage of the religiouswars, established the principle of non-intervention in thedomestic affairs of other states. And the notion ofjustified pre-emption runs counter to international law, which sanctions the use of force in self-defense onlyagainst actual, not potential, threats.

Therefore, U.S. intervention in Iraq will be supportedonly grudgingly, if at all, by most European allies. The Middle East will be split into an inarticulategroup, which will be weighing relief from radicalpressures authored by Baghdad against the rising dangersfrom the local Arab street, and radical Islamists, alreadyenraged by the American presence in the region. …

But the terrorist threat transcends the nation-state;it derives in large part from transnational groups that, ifthey acquire weapons of mass destruction, could inflictcatastrophic, even irretrievable, damage. That threat iscompounded when these weapons are being built indirect violation of UN resolutions by a ruthless autocratwho sought to annex one of his country’s neighbors andattacked another, with a demonstrated record of hostilitytoward America and the existing international system. The case is all the stronger because Saddam expelled UNinspectors installed as part of the settlement of the GulfWar and has used these weapons against his ownpopulation and against a foreign adversary.

This is why policies that deterred the Soviet Unionfor 50 years are unlikely to work against Iraq’s capacityto cooperate with terrorist groups. Suicide bombinghas shown that the calculations of jihad fighters are notthose of the Cold War principals. And the terroristshave no national base to protect. Therefore, the concernthat war with Iraq could unleash Iraqi weapons of massdestruction on Israel and Saudi Arabia is a demonstrationof self-deterrence. If the danger exists, waiting willonly magnify possibilities for blackmail. …

While long-range American strategy must try toovercome legitimate causes of those resentments, immediate policy must demonstrate that a terroristchallenge or a systemic attack on the international orderproduces catastrophic consequences for the perpetratorsas well as their supporters, tacit or explicit. …

The overthrow of the Iraq regime and, at aminimum, the eradication of its weapons of massdestruction, would have potentially beneficent politicalconsequences as well: The so-called Arab street mayconclude that the negative consequences of jihadoutweigh any potential benefits. It could encouragea new approach in Syria; strengthen moderate forcesin Saudi Arabia; multiply pressures for a democraticevolution in Iran; demonstrate to the PalestinianAuthor i ty tha t Amer ica i s se r ious aboutovercoming corrupt tyrannies; and bring about abetter balance in oil policy within OPEC.

Even when, on issues of ul t imate nat ionalsecurity such as Iraq, America acts alone, it is inour national interest to couple it with a program ofpostwar reconstruction conveying to the rest ofthe world that our first pre-emptive war has beenimposed by necess i ty and tha t we seek theworld’s interests, not exclusively our own.

For this reason, the objective of regime changeshould be subordinated in American declaratory policy tothe need to eliminate weapons of mass destruction fromIraq as required by the UN resolutions. The restorationof the inspection system existing before its expulsion bySaddam is clearly inadequate. It is necessary to proposea stringent inspection system that achieves substantialtransparency of Iraqi institutions. Since theconsequences of simply letting the diplomacy run intothe ground are so serious, a time limit should be set.The case for military intervention will then have beenmade in the context of seeking a common approach.

At that point, too, America’s allies will be obliged toface the choice they have thus far evaded: between theirdomestic opposition or estrangement from the U.S.Dissociation from U.S. actions will not save the alliesfrom the consequences of abdication in a world ofterrorism and weapons of mass destruction anddistancing themselves from an ally of half a century.

Special attention must be paid to the political andpsychological framework vis-a-vis the Arab world. An explanation is needed of why Iraqi weapons ofmass destruction impede the solution of all matters ofconcern in the area—not in Western categories ofsecurity but in terms relevant to upheavals in theregion. This is why it is so important to couplemilitary pressures with a program of economic andsocial reconstruction in which allies and moderateArab regimes should be invited to participate.

At the same time, the administration should rejectthe siren song that an Iraqi intervention should bepreceded by a solution of the Palestine issue. It is nottrue that the road to Baghdad leads through Jerusalem.Much more likely, the road to Jerusalem will leadthrough Baghdad. In all probability, Iraq is muchweaker and America orders of magnitude stronger thanin the Gulf War. But planning should be based on thevisible availability of an overwhelming force capable ofdealing with all contingencies and not on the expectationof a quick Iraqi collapse. Principal reliance on air powerand local indigenous opposition forces is too dangerous, for it leaves no margin for error or miscalculation. Andit may place these local forces in a predominant politicalposition, foreclosing other political options.

A conspicuous American deployment in the regionis therefore necessary to support the diplomacy to

Page 15: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

destroy weapons of mass destruction and to provide amargin for quick victory if military action proves theonly recourse. It may also serve to motivate Iraqileaders considering the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

In the end, however, Iraq policy will be judgedby the way the aftermath of military operations ishandled politically. Precisely because of theprecedent-setting nature of this war, its outcome willdetermine the way American actions will be viewedinternationally far more than the way we entered it.And we may find many more nations willing tocooperate in reconstruction than in warfare if onlybecause no country wants to see an exclusive positionfor America in a region so central to energy supplies andinternational stability. This could be the way to relateunilateral American action to an international system.

Military intervention will confront the U.S. withhow to preserve the unity and ensure the territorialintegrity of a country that is an essential componentof any Gulf equilibrium. The conventional answer ofa federal solution to enable the Shiite, Sunni andKurdish ethnic groups of Iraq to l ive togetherwithout domination by one of them is appropriate.

But any serious planning would have to consider themeans to prevent autonomy from turning toindependence, which, in the case of the Kurds, wouldrisk Turkish support for the military phase. And all thiswill have to take place in the context of a governmentwith participants capable of resisting pressures from theremnants of the old regime or from neighboringcountries determined to destabilize the emerging system.

Military intervention should be attempted only if weare willing to sustain such an effort for however longit is needed. For, in the end, the task is to translateintervention in Iraq into terms of general applicability foran international system. The imminence of proliferationof weapons of mass destruction, the huge dangers itinvolves, the rejection of a viable inspection system andthe demonstrated hostility of Saddam Hussein all combineto produce an imperative for pre-emptive action. …

But it is not in the American national interest toestablish pre-emption as a universal principle available toevery nation. And we are only at the beginning of thethreat of global proliferation. Whatever the viewsregarding Iraq, the nations of the world must face theimpossibility of letting such a process run unchecked.

The United States would contribute much to anew international order if it invited the rest of theworld, and especially the major nuclear powers, tocooperate in creating a system to deal with thischallenge to humanity on a more institutional basis.

IRAQI OPPOSITIONCLAIMS SUPPORT AT U.S. TALKS

By Elaine Monaghan, Daily News, 08/09/02

WASHINGTON (Reuters)—Iraqi oppositionchiefs, once belittled by a U.S. general as “silk-suited, Rolex-wearing guys in London,” said they hadwon encouragement from the Bush administrationwhen they brought their case for ousting PresidentSaddam Hussein to Washington on Friday.

“Our shared goal is that the Iraqi people should befree,” a senior U.S. official quoted Secretary of StateColin Powell as telling the opposition figures as hedropped in on their talks with senior U.S. officials.

“He (Powell) wished us well and encouragedus,” commented Ahmed Chalabi, visiting head ofthe U.S.-backed Iraqi National Congress umbrellagroup that has had troubled ties with Washington

due to alleged mismanagement of its funds. They will also speak with Vice President Dick

Cheney, currently on vacation at his home inWyoming, by video link-up on Saturday. The sessionwith Cheney is a measure of the importanceWashington is attaching to the opposition after yearsof dismissing it as divided and ineffective.

Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said hewould also like to meet the visitors, if he couldfind time, but that he had not yet decided whetherto take part in the link-up.

The Iraqis left after two hours of talks at theState Department saying their hosts, Undersecretaryof State Marc Grossman and Undersecretary ofDefense Douglas Feith, seemed more intent onoverthrowing the chief criminal in Bush silk-suited,Rolex-wearing guy’s “axis of evil”.

“We sense more seriousness and (the) commitmentfrom U.S. government to overthrow (the) Saddamregime and to work with the opposition,” said Hamid al-Bayati, a senior member of the Iran-based SupremeCounsel of Islamic Revolution, who spoke to reporterson behalf of the six groups at the talks.

Bayati said the groups represented, based inLondon and Tehran, would get a more completeopposition line-up together to hold a conference inEurope to build on their unity. …

The opposition’s agreed goal was to end Saddam’sdictatorship and set up a democratic governmentbased on a federal structure(??), Bayati said.

Two rival Kurdish groups who have run northernIraq since they took control of the Kurdish enclave afterthe 1991 Gulf War were also represented at the talks, commanding most of an estimated 40,000-member anti-Saddam force between them.

The United States sees developing relationships withthe Iraqi opposition as an opportunity to create somethingfor “the day after” the end of Saddam’s rule, rather thanto actually facilitate an attack, U.S. officials say.

Some analysts say i t could take up to aquarter of a mi l l ion American troops tooverthrow the Iraqi leader.

A White House official said on Friday thatBush has no timetable for deciding whether to takemilitary action against Iraq and he may not makeany decision this year.

The opposition wants Washington to bring abouta democratic revolution rather than engineer a coupagainst Saddam [JR: Say what!]—a message thatseems to have got through to Washington.

“Our vision is for a democratic Iraq with agovernment that respects the rights of its citizensand the rule of law, no longer threatens itsneighbors, renounces the development andpossession of weapons of mass destruction andmaintains the territorial integrity of the country,”Reeker said. [JR: This brings tears to my eyes.]

A decade ago Chalabi was among critics ofPresident Bush’s father for fai l ing to promotedemocratic reform in Iraq after his forces stoodby while Saddam crushed widespread rebellions, killing thousands of his opponents.

Now Bush says he is determined to bring about“regime change” in Baghdad by whatever means hedeems fit.

House Majority Leader Dick Armey, however, says it might be best to let Saddam “rant and rave”within his own borders.

“My own counsel to the president is we Americans donot make unprovoked attacks against other nations,” Armey,a Texas Republican, told a news conference on Thursday.

Retired Gen. Anthony Zinni, the outspoken specialenvoy to the Middle East, was quoted before he left themilitary as saying that helping the INC, which hedescribed as “silk-suited, Rolex-wearing guys inLondon,” to “gin up an expedition” would be a disaster.

Comparing i t to a CIA-backed Cuban-exileinvasion that Fidel Castro crushed at the Bay ofPigs in 1961, he said such an at tempt in I raqwould cause “A Bay of Goats, most likely.”

But an INC spokesman said on Thursday Bushhad an easy task if he did attack, predicting noone would fight for Saddam.

Bush should hit Saddam’s power structure andcause minimal collateral damage to let Iraqis “rise upagainst Saddam Hussein,” the spokesman said.

The other invitees were the Patriotic Union ofKurdis tan , the Kurdish Democrat ic Par ty , theIranian-based Shiite Muslim opposition and IraqiNational Accord.

The Tehran-based Supreme Council for theIslamic Revolution in Iraq also has 3,000 fightersnear Iraq’s border with Iran.

The London-based Iraqi National Accord, agroup of former members of the rul ing Baathparty, also joined the talks.[JR: Emphases added: These “snake oil salesmen”really know the right words to make theBushwackers sit up and take notice. Only us“senior citizens” can remember when these highideals espoused by these silk-suited, Rolex-wearingguys applied to the U.S., especially the “rule oflaw”. There is no way that this will ever applyin Iraq. This reminds me of the U.S. backingof Castro in his drive to overthrow the terribledictator Batista in Cuba. We certainly do knowhow to pick the right ones to support.]

IRAQI OPPOSITION LEADERDENIES RECEIVING SUMS FROM CIA

Arab News, Iraq, Politics, 8/9/2002

Al-Sharif Ali Bin al-Hussein, who advocates thereturn of Monarchy to Iraq, and the spokesmanfor the Iraqi National Congress said on Thursdayin Washington that the “congress” did not getsums from the American intelligence (CIA).

He said that an U.S. military attack against Iraq willmost likely not face strong Iraqi resistance. He said that“the whole of Iraq opposes (the Iraqi President) SaddamHussein”, referring specifically to the Iraqi army.

In a press conference he held at the Press Clubin Washington, al-Sharif Bin Ali indicated that the“role of the Iraqi opposition is embodied in topplingSaddam Hussein and liberating Iraq.” He stressed hesupports the foundation of a constitutional governmentin Baghdad under a royal rule. Al-Sharif Ali said thatthe congress will ask the U.S. administration in “onevoice” in the meeting to be held with high rankingofficials at the U.S. departments of State andDefense, to change the regime in Baghdad.[JR: This is unbelievable! They may sell this lineto Washington and the sheeples but not to usCONTACT readers in the know. These are powerhungry players in the greed game of monopoly andtheir word certainly isn’t their bond. Returning aMonarchy to Iraq or a so-called “constitutionalgovernment” in Baghdad under a “royal rule” willnever benefit the Iraqi people. UN REPORT ALLEGESU.S. MILITARY ‘COVER UP’

Toronto Star, 07/29/02

KABUL (AP)—The UN office in Kabul, reviewingthe killing of a large number of Afghan villagersby American warplanes earlier this month, hascalled for protection of civilian lives to “become aprimary concern” of the U.S. operation here.

The U.S. command is conducting a joint investigationwith Afghan authorities of the July 1 air attack inUruzgan province. The UN statement stressed that an“in-depth” investigation is a “paramount necessity”.

David Singh, a UN spokesman, pointed out that theUnited Nations itself is not conducting an investigation.“It’s not our mandate,” he said.

Instead, he said, UN officials had gone on a “fact-finding mission” to the remote villages with localauthorities, and later produced a preliminary report, which has not been released and will be the basis for amore comprehensive final report. He said he didn’tknow when the final report would be released.

In an ar t ic le today , the Times o f London, which obtained a copy of the draft report, said italleges that U.S. troops arriving at the scene afterthe a i r s t r ikes “c leaned the a rea” , removingevidence of “shrapne l , bu l le t s and t races ofb lood” . I t quoted an unnamed UN sourcesuggesting this indicated “an American cover-up.”

The UN statement, issued late today in response tothe Times report, said the draft UN report contained“judgments that were not sufficiently substantiated.”…

Afghan officials said 48 civilians were killed and 117wounded when a U.S. air force A-130 gunship, one ofthe most heavily armed of warplanes, raked a group ofvillages in the central Afghan province with devastatingfire on July 1. Twenty-five of those killed werecelebrants in a wedding party, the Afghans said, andmost victims were women and children.

American defence officials later said aircrewmembers believed they were under anti-aircraftfire from the area. But no anti-aircraft weaponswere reported found and no other evidence hasemerged thus far to support that contention.

A joint air-and-ground mission of U.S. and alliedforces was hunting for Taliban or al-Qaida holdouts in therugged, mountainous area when it carried out the attack.

Col. Roger King, a U.S. command spokesman inAfghanistan, said the draft report description of whathappened in the area “sounds remarkably like what the(U.S.) fact-finding team did”—that is, collect bloodspecks and ammunition samples as evidence uponfirst arriving at the scene after the attack.

The final UN report will offer a “more detailed andaccurate picture of the circumstances and consequencesof the bombing,” the UN statement said.

“At any rate,” the statement went on to say, thepreliminary findings “bear out the paramountnecessity that such incidents do not recur, both froma humanitarian and political perspective; that an in-depth investigation be carried out to ensure thatsuch tragedies are not repeated; and that theprotection of civilian lives becomes a primary concern

in the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan.”The Pentagon has not disclosed the identities or the unit

of the military personnel and aircraft involved in the attack.King said the investigating team had completed

their interviews and site visit and are preparingtheir report. “I would expect some kind of answerin the next two weeks,” he said.

Asked whether that report could lead to a criminalinvestigation under the military code, King said,“This could be the end of it or it could not be.”[JR: Wars today require that we now have fact-finding teams to go into war zones to collectevidence to prove or disprove what actuallyhappened. You would think that bodies and civiliancasualties along with eyewitness testimony would beproof enough. Guess that is not relevant when youhave a military snafu to own up to or explain away. The new rules of engagement allow for anythingunless of course you get caught. We haven’t as yetdeveloped a technology to distinguish civilians froma Taliban or al-Qaida as they all seem to look aliketo a fighter pilot flying over the targeted area. When you only have a birds-eye view over thekil l ing zones anything moving is the enemy. In this case it was a wedding party.]

SPECIAL FORCESTAKE OVER HUNT FOR AL-QAIDA

By Peter Beaumont, The Observer—UK, 08/04/02

U.S. Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld hasordered the head of U.S. Special Forces to takeover the hunt for senior al-Qaida leaders followingfrustration in the Bush administration that the waron terror has run out of steam.

Sources say that Rumsfeld has issued a classifiedmemo to General Charles Holland, head of U.S.Special Operations command, ordering his troops to‘capture or kill’ the top figures in al-Qaida.

The move comes amid growing concern among seniorfigures around President Bush over the way in which thePentagon’s Central Command, led by General TommyFranks, has been prosecuting the war on terrorism, notleast the failure to seize key members of the al-Qaidaleadership who have fled and gone to ground.

Disclosure of the confidential memo came asRumsfeld met Holland on Friday to discuss strategies to‘re-energise’ the war, now in its tenth month.

At the meeting, Holland is understood to have madethe case for deploying Navy SEALS, Army Green Beretsand the U.S. Army’s secretive Delta Force, to fightalongside the armed forces of countries where the al-Qaida leadership is suspected to have taken refuge.

The Rumsfeld memo includes not only Osama binLaden but another half dozen or so key figures who arebelieved to pose the greatest threat of co-ordinating andordering new terrorist attacks on the United States.

U.S. TO ADOPT TOUGHER TACTICS

By Liz Sly, Tribune, 08/11/02

BAGRAM, Afghanistan—U.S. forces arepreparing to adopt a more aggressive strategy in thewar on terrorism in Afghanistan in an effort to flushout al-Qaida forces still believed to be hiding outalong the Afghan-Pakistani border, according to thecommander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan.

Lt. Gen. Dan McNeill said U.S. troops willintensify their presence in areas where al-Qaidamembers are thought to be active in a deliberateattempt to draw them into battle.

“We expect to fight this fall… and we expectit to be frequent, with smaller groups spread overa bigger geographical area and contained in theeastern provinces,” McNeill said at Bagram airbase , the headquar te rs o f the 10 ,000 s t rongcoalition force in Afghanistan.

McNeill said the new tactics result from therecognition that since Operation Anaconda in March, when U.S. ground forces attacked hundreds of al-Qaidafighters holed up in eastern Afghanistan’s Shah-e-Kotvalley, al-Qaida had essentially become a reactive forceof small, scattered groups responding to U.S. moves.

The goal will be to provoke al-Qaida fightersinto s i tuat ions that wil l enable U.S. forces toengage and destroy them, he said.

“Many suggest the enemy we face has beenadaptive, but in truth reactive is a better term,” hesaid, adding that allied forces will “present situationsfaster than the enemy can react” to them.

“We will be out there in greater numbers. Wewill do things to deny this enemy a chance to getset, a chance to have a safe, comfortable moment, and when we encounter the enemy, we will engagethe enemy in ways that will settle the issue,” he said.

The approach could resu l t in more U.S .casualties, he warned.

“ I t would no t be my goa l to ge t morecasualties, but I don’t delude myself that this is adangerous place,” he said. “If the enemy doesindeed present himself in certain ways and we dohave contact, there is a probability of casualties.”

Three clashes in the past week involving U.S.forces in eastern Afghanistan indicate the likelypattern of the war in the weeks ahead, he said. U.S.soldiers killed six Afghans suspected of affiliation withal-Qaida who had opened fire on them in two encountersin Kunar province, and a U.S. soldier was wounded bya sniper while on patrol in Paktika province.

“The events of the las t week , the smal le rcontacts, are definitive of what we will see in thiswar,” McNeill said.

“We are do ing some d i f fe ren t th ings ,” headded. “I can’t say what.”

The s t ra tegy sh i f t comes a f te r months ofstalemate in the war in Afghanistan. Since March,U.S . fo rces have conduc ted f requent searchoperations at suspected al-Qaida hide-outs but haveuncovered little evidence of al-Qaida fighters.

Because there have been no significant encounterswith al-Qaida forces since Operation Anaconda, the U.S.

approach has increasingly been called into question. ManyAfghan and U.S. critics wonder what the U.S. military isdoing in Afghanistan and why it is doing it.

The July 1 bombing of a wedding party in a village inthe southern Afghan province of Uruzgan in which 46Afghan civilians were reported killed focused attentionon the fact that Afghan civilians still are dying in the U.S.war to hunt down al-Qaida, and that has prompted callsfrom Afghan government officials for change. …

McNeill said there was no question that al-Qaida forces arein eastern Afghanistan, even though most of the senior leadershunted in connection with the Sept. 11 attacks are believed tohave fled to Pakistan. Among them is, perhaps, Osama bin Laden, who is rumored to be hiding in Pakistan’s tribal areas. …

Although Pakistan has pledged its full cooperation in thewar against terrorism, the tribal areas bordering Afghanistanremain largely off-limits to the Pakistani army. Also, thePakistani government has not given the U.S. permissionto pursue al-Qaida across the border, one of the biggestsources of frustration for the U.S. military.[JR: As Scarlet O’Hara would lament… war, war, war. The U.S.military is feverishly engaged in planning assaults on severalfronts in the war against terrorism. These operations plannedfor Afghanistan are ready to go forward this fall and may be oneof several, which might include Iraq. I suspect this to be the planof the war hawks in the DOD whose idea of a fireworks displayto commemorate the first year anniversary of 911 is to engagein a war on several fronts. It also gives them the perfectopportunity to further their ongoing plans to promote the BushAdminstration Zionist war policies. The wars will also act as awake up call for all the red, white and blue patriots after theirsummer of fun and forgetfulness. Many Americans support aU.S. invasion of other countries and having THEIR cities blowninto rubble because their misfortunes lull us into a false senseof security. This really pleases Washington because so manyhaven’t as yet seen through the lies. The regrouping of the al-Qaida means that we are going to engage the enemy face to facein battles we anticipate to be fierce and may result in a numberof U.S. casualties. While the enemy is in our gun sights manyof our troops will be in the gun sights of our enemies. Thepropagandist in the media did make mention that bin Ladenwas spotted “planning operations”. They didn’t go into thedetails as to where he was seen and by whom, so we have toassume that such information has to remain classified.]

O’NEILL HAS CHANGE OF HEARTON ARGENTINA AID

By Simon Gardner and Anna Willard,Daily News, 08/08/02

BUENOS AIRES (Reuters)—U.S. Treasury SecretaryPaul O’Neill, in a sudden burst of optimism Wednesdayabout Argentina, offered to try to smooth overdifferences between the struggling South Americannation and the International Monetary Fund.

His overture came as protesters took to the streets toblame him for their country’s economic mess, and it markeda departure from recent comments when he suggested aidfor the region could end up in Swiss bank accounts.

Argentina, seeking a deal to avoid default on IMFloans, was the final stop on O’Neill’s four-day tour ofLatin American financial hotspots. Uruguay and Brazilwere visited during his trip, which ended with himreturning to Washington on Wednesday evening.

“We had a very good discussion this morning andthere was an emphasis on the resolution by thegovernment to move forward quickly in the discussionswith the IMF,” O’Neill told reporters. “And I indicatedto [Argentine Economy Minister Roberto Lavagna]our understanding of the desire to move quickly andour support for moving as quickly as possible.”

The IMF, in which Washington has the biggest

vote, cut off aid to Argentina last December andmonths of tortuous talks have failed to restart it.

Argentina has requested a delay in debtrepayments—of about $7 billion—owed to the fund andother multilateral banks this year. Default to any ofthem would make borrowing more difficult, andanalysts fear the government will be forced to choosebetween using falling foreign currency reserves topay debt over backing the currency.

O’Neill said there is plenty of time to make a decisionbefore a large debt repayment to the fund comes due inSeptember. He said Lavagna is thinking about finishing thedraft agreement with the IMF by Monday.

“Then there’s six weeks to work out the detailswi th the IMF and , i f they need i t , wi th ourintervention, so a decision can be reached,” he said.

On Tuesday night, O’Neill said he saw no reasonfor Argentina to default on the IMF loans. The nextday, he cautioned it was still too early to tell if a dealcould be worked out.

While O’Neill spoke, a crowd waved protest banners. His arrival on Tuesday was met by protests of thousands ofunemployed and leftists who blame Washington and the IMFfor helping to sink the economy through ill-advised policies.

They burned a U.S. flag and an effigy of O’Neill, whosevisit to a Ford auto plant was called off for what a companyspokesman called “security and schedule reasons”after workers threatened to walk out in protest.

On the Roman Cathol ic sa in t ’s day of SanCaye tano , pa t ron sa in t o f the unemployed ,thousands of people l ined up across town a t achurch dedicated to him to pray for jobs and bread.

More than half the population is now in povertyin a wheat- and cattle-rich country that was one ofthe world’s wealthiest in the early 20th Century.

Cut off from aid and crushed by a worseningrecession, Argentina was forced to cease payments onpart of its debt, which now stands at $104 billion, inJanuary. It floated its peso, which has fallen 70 percentagainst the dollar, slashing the value of savings.

Prices have risen 34.7 percent this year and a fifthof Argentines are now unemployed.

O’Neill wanted to meet some of the victims of therecession in person and visited a small World Bank-funded school in the poor Buenos Aires suburb ofMerlo, where 59 percent of inhabi tants l ive inpoverty and joblessness is more than 40 percent.

At a stop, he lifted a pair of 2-year-old girls, bothdressed in shabby clothes, and sat them on his lap.A crowd formed around the building to peer in, buttight security did not allow much contact with the public, and his 20-car motorcade earlier sped past buildingssprayed with slogans like “O’Neill Stay Away”.[JR: O’Neill, the grim reaper of the poor is making his illwill tour to the countries that the raiders from the IMF/WB have succeeded in looting and destroying. The greedypeople who sold out their countries have already securedtheir loot. This bailout is going to prop up the saggingbanks like and J.P. Morgan Chase that hold the loans ofthese countries on the verge of default. O’Neill is tryingto save the Fed from its own wrecking ball.]

BLASTS RATTLECOLOMBIAN INAUGURATION DAY

By T. Christian Miller and Mauricio Hoyos,Los Angeles Times, 08/08/02

BOGOTA, Colombia—In an attack blamed on leftistrebels, mortars rained down on Colombia’s presidentialpalace and downtown neighborhoods Wednesday justmoments before Alvaro Uribe, who has vowed to crushthe guerrillas, was sworn in as president nearby.

Uribe swore before the nation’s Congress to restoreorder to the war-torn nation, apparently unaware thatseveral blasts had just rocked historic downtownBogota, killing at least 14 and wounding 69.

Neither Uribe nor any of the dozens of heads of stateand diplomats attending the ceremony were injured. The U.S. delegation was headed by Trade RepresentativeRobert Zoellick and Ambassador Anne Patterson.

The attacks were a terrifying demonstration of howColombia’s internal conflict, which pits leftist guerrillasagainst the army and right-wing paramilitaries, isescalating. The explosions were a grim indication ofthe guerrillas’ power, and a signal of the dark daysahead for Colombia, a nation racked by deepeninganarchy, war and drug trafficking. …

The hard-line president urged an end to the country’s 40-year-old internal conflict even as ambulances and army soldiersrushed to scenes of destruction only a few blocks away. …

After the inauguration, Uribe left Congress andwas immediately met on the steps by the nation’s topgenerals. As the nation watched on television, hecalmly received news of the attacks in his firstemergency security council meeting.

Only hours later, he delivered a proposed referendum toCongress, seeking greater powers for the executive branch todeal with the country’s escalating conflict.

Authorities blamed the blasts on urban militias of theRevolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, thecountry’s largest guerrilla group. Guerrillas have recentlylaunched an all-out war against the symbols of SouthAmerica’s oldest democracy, threatening mayors, congressmen and now the president.

The United States has become increasingly involvedin the conflict, with Congress recently voting to allowmilitary equipment previously devoted to combatingdrugs to be used in the battle against the rebels.Bush administration officials have promised that noground troops will be sent to the embattled country, though military trainers are already in place. …

The mortar attack—apparently launched from a home ina poor neighborhood less than half a mile west of thepalace—took place despite strict security measures.More than 200,000 police and soldiers patrolled the nation’sstreets, including 12,000 police officers in Bogota alone.About 25 square blocks around the presidentialpalace were closed off, all air traffic was shut downand a U.S. spy plane watched from the skies above. …

Uribe, who survived a previous assassinationattempt while campaigning in April, was elected inMay largely on his promise to crack down on thelef t is t rebels , who have terrorized the country.Uribe’s father was killed by guerrillas in 1983.[JR: After forty years the Colombian government hasnot been able to stem the violence that has plaguedtheir country. The problem lies in the fact that their“leaders” still evolve from the same ruling classes whohave managed to hold on to their power for centuries. It helps that they are being shielded with assistancefrom countries such as the U.S. The autocraticpolicies of these privileged few have added to thediscontent that has turned into violence, and evolvedinto acts of covert insurrection. The U.S. is only toohappy to offer its military arms assistance not tofight drugs but to preserve and protect the statusquo. The terrorists have sent an ominous messageto Pres. Uribe and that is that despite your army of200,000 troops and police you were not able toprevent us from sending you our message of terror.Since Uribes’ inauguration he has been given sweepingpowers to impose new taxes to pay for more soldiers andpolice, restrictions on citizens’ movements, detentionswithout warrants and wiretaps without court approval. Hehas all the power any dictator needs to maintain control.]

FED CHIEF GREENSPAN KNIGHTED

Daily News, 08/06/02

WASHINGTON (AP)—He won’t get to call himself “SirAlan” but Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan—often known as the second most powerful man in theUnited States—will get another title: knight.

Queen Elizabeth II has approved an honorary knighthood forGreenspan’s “outstanding contribution to global economicstability”, the British Treasury announced Tuesday.A copy of the release was distributed in Washington.

Greenspan will receive the award when he nextvisits the United Kingdom. A Federal Reserve officialwould not say when that would be.

“I am most privileged to accept this honor,” Greenspansaid in a statement. “I have valued my close relationshipswith the Bank of England and with many Chancellors of theExchequer, going back nearly 30 years,” he said.

The award also recognizes “the benefit that the UK hasreceived from the wisdom and skill” with which Greenspan hasled the Federal Reserve Board, the British Treasury said.

Greenspan will mark his 15th year as chairman ofthe Fed on Aug. 11.

American citizens admitted to British Orders ofChivalry do not get the right to be called “Sir,” butGreenspan will be entitled to place the letters KBE—for Knight Commander of the British Empire—afterhis name, the British Treasury said.

Others Americans who have received honoraryknighthoods include former New York City MayorRudolph Giuliani, former presidents Bush and Reagan, and entertainer Bob Hope.[JR: Knighting of Greenspan perhaps confirms that he andthe Federal Reserve are tied into the English politicalstructure, primarily to the Committee of 300. You know…the crowd that operates out of the “City” the center ofLondon where the Rothschilds et al., have their power centerfor world financial controls. Now, why is Greenspan beingKnighted? Well, could it be that some massive worldwidefinancial rigging is about to be performed, and it maybe that he has set it into motion. Stand by, for somestrange financial events are about to happen.]

EU ADAPTS UN’S “NGO STRATEGY”

The New American, 07/15/02

In recent years, many conservative and pro-familygroups in the U.S. and elsewhere have created UN-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) inorder to participate in UN conferences and summits.Such activists reason that there is value in having aseat at the table to network with like-minded peoplefrom other nations to restrain the more outrageouselements of the UN’s agenda, particularly with respect tosocial issues such as abortion and homosexuality.

The problem with this approach is that it actuallyenhances the UN’s power, prestige, and credibility, andforces traditionalists who choose the NGO route to supportthe “purposes and principles” of the UN as a condition foraccreditation. And in any case, the UN always arranges tocontrol what it calls “international civil society” by fundingan ever-expanding chorus of radical NGOs, thereby ensuringthat genuinely independent voices are shouted down.

In a critique of the European Union’s constitutionalconvention published in the June 8th issue of The Spectator ofLondon, Daniel Hannan, a Conservative Member of the EuropeanParliament (MEP), describes how this charade functions in the EU.To the Eurocrats, writes Hannan, “the goal of a united Europe isa self-evident good, and anyone who opposes it is either foolishor wicked. If ordinary voters are insufficiently enthusiastic, theymust be better educated. If they persist in voting the wrong way,

they must be made to change their minds.” Delegates to the“Future of Europe Convention” do not reflect the sentiments oftheir constituents at home; instead, they are drawn from among“those with a particular interest in European integration—oftenthe chairmen of their respective [nations’] European committees.”

“Thus despite the fact that Ireland voted against theNice Treaty last year, not one of its Conventiondelegates opposes it,” continues Hannan. “The onlytime that France was allowed a direct vote on closerintegration was the Maastricht referendum of 1992, whenhalf the country voted ‘no’; but not one French MP onthe Convention is anti-federalist. Opinion polls acrossthe EU as a whole have consistently shown thatbetween 35 and 40 percent of the people would like toscrap the euro; yet only some 10 percent of delegates tothe Convention could be classed as euroskeptics.”

Additionally, the architects of what Mikhail Gorbachevcalled the “new European soviet” have taken a page fromthe UN’s playbook by creating a forum for NGOsrepresenting “international civil society”. This would bedominated by NGOs such as “the European Movement, theUnion of European Federalists, the European Women’sLobby, the European Council of Artists, the EuropeanHumanist Federation, [and] the European Social ActionNetwork. These are not simply NGOs that happen to bepro-EU. They are, in many cases, creatures of the EuropeanCommission, dependent on Brussels for their funding.”[JR: So what all this says is that the only NGOs thatpromote the UN’s ideals for social structuring will beallowed to have a voice and a place in the megalithicstructure of the World Government. This will leave outmany that are still guided by conscience and are able tothink as individuals and are not easily swayed by theprotocols that govern the politically correct. They aremotivated by an inherent desire to work for the good ofthe many and not just for the few. Their knowledge, awareness and independence will help guide themthrough this world of censure and control. You arenot alone in this maze, CONTACT readers.]

GEORGIA’S U.S. STAND RILES RUSSIA

Daily News, 08/08/02

TBILISI, Georgia (AP)—This former Soviet statewould consider allowing U.S. troops to join in anti-terrorist operations in Georgian territory, its topsecurity official said Wednesday, although he concededWashington has not inquired about such a move.

Still, the statement is a further rebuke to Moscow, which is angry that Georgia will not permit Russian troopsto cross into the lawless Pankisi Gorge to seek outseparatist rebels from the neighboring region of Chechnya.

U.S. military instructors arrived in May to trainGeorgian troops, but both sides insisted Americanswould not be involved in military operations or eventravel to Pankisi. The gorge has been pointed to as apossible new arena in the U.S.-led campaign againstinternational terrorism because extremists with al-Qaidalinks may be holed up in the area.

Tedo Dzhaparidze, secretary of Georgia’s SecurityCouncil, said Washington had not offered to deployU.S. troops for operations. But, he added, “When weget it, we will be ready to consider it.”

The remark is likely to rile the Kremlin, wheresome top officials are upset over the presence of U.S.military trainers in the former Soviet republic.

Long-standing tensions have been aggravatedthis week by the Georgian government’s rejection ofa request that i t hand over Chechen rebels whocrossed into Georgia late last week.

The count ry’s ch ie f p rosecu tor , NugzarGabrichidze, said Tuesday that he wanted proof of

criminal activities before considering extradition. On Wednesday, Russian Foreign Minister Igor

Ivanov expressed “bewilderment and concern” overthe stance by Georgian authorities.

“Once again, the words of the Georgian leadershipdiffer from deeds. This inconsistent position of Tbilisicauses bewilderment and concern. Again, the questionarises: Does Georgia really intend to seriously fightterrorism?” Ivanov said in a statement.

Russian President Vladimir Putin warned Mondaythat the Kremlin would judge Georgia’s readiness torein in Chechen rebels on its territory by how swiftlyit turned over the rebels.[JR: Here is another front in Central Asia that our U.S.military has become involved in. It will take but a phonecall from Washington, probably from the hawk himself,Rumsfeld, to engage us in another action. The Georgianbureaucrats were all paid handsomely to agree to ourpresence in a territory that was once a part of Russia. TheU.S.’s goal is not to chase the few terrorists hiding out inthe Pankisi Gorge but to bait Russia. If Georgia hadasked, Moscow would have been only too happy to sendRussian troops to help protect and to train Georgian troops. The Russians might have also thrown in a few rubles inthe spirit of cooperation along with enough vodka to makeeveryone happy. Now Georgia risks Moscow’s interventionin her own fight against Chechen terrorists.]

FED, TREASURY STATEMENTS ONLY EVADEQUESTIONS ABOUT U.S. GOLD POLICY

By James Turk, Editor,The Freemarket Gold & Money Report, 08/04/02

There has been a flurry of letters from the FederalReserve and the Treasury Department responding tovarious inquiries about the federal government’s activityin the gold market. Not surprisingly, these letters makethe same contention as other letters I have seen in thepast—specifically, they contend that the federalgovernment has not been intervening in the gold market.

The Fed and Treasury letters were written inresponse to inquiries by various supporters of the GoldAnti-Trust Action Committee Inc. (www.GATA.org) whohad asked their congressional representatives toinvestigate the evidence presented by GATA that thegold price is being managed by the federal government, working in concert with a few large bullion banks.Because these Fed and Treasury letters mention me andsome of my work, I am compelled to respond.

The letter from the Federal Reserve to U.S. Sen.Christopher J. Dodd is the easiest to deal with. Written byDonald Winn, assistant to the board, it states: “Contraryto Mr. Turk’s assertions, the Federal Reserve has notengaged in a gold swap with the Bundesbank.”

Interestingly, I have never asserted that the Fedhas been engaged in gold swaps. I have alwayscontended that the gold swaps are being made bythe U.S. Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF). So thisstatement by Winn is curious. It makes clear thatWinn has not read my work, or alternatively, he isattempting to disinform those who read his letter.

Please keep an open mind about this last point. Before you conclude that the Fed would not deliberatelyattempt to disinform members of Congress or the public, consider the word game being played by Winn with thefollowing statement: “As Chairman Greenspan has previouslystated, the Federal Reserve owns no gold and thereforecould not sell or lease gold to influence its price.”

This statement is accurate. The Fed owns goldcertificates that give it a claim to the U.S. gold reserve; theFed does not own bullion itself. But what’s important aboutthis statement is what is left unsaid. We all know that

Page 19: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

the Fed does not own gold, but does it OWE gold?If the Fed borrowed gold, it would not own that

gold. But that physical bullion it borrowed could besold or leased to influence the gold price. Is the Feddoing that? Winn isn’t saying.

The Treasury Department letters are written byAssistant Secretary John Duncan. The ones I’veseen are identical, and I’ll use his letter to Sen. MitchMcConnell for reference.

The letter starts well enough: “The article[‘Accounting for the ESF’s Gold Swaps’] makes severalassertions. I will respond to each of them in turn.”

Unfor tuna te ly , a s we’ l l soon see , Duncandoesn’t. But there is a bigger problem with his letter.

Duncan implies that he has authority to speak onbehalf of the Exchange Stabilization Fund. But he doesn’t.Only the treasury secretary and the president have thatauthority. And neither of them will respond in writing tothe evidence that the ESF is indeed engaging in gold swaps.

So this letter from the hapless Duncan is pured i s in format ion because he does no t have anyauthority to speak for the ESF. But let’s take a lookat i t anyway because we’ll see from it that thedisinformation campaign continues.

Here is what Duncan says I am asserting: “TheConsolidated Financial Statement (CFS) indicates thatthe Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF) has liabilitiesin the form of Spec ia l Drawing Rights (SDR)Cer t i f i ca tes and of SDR a l loca t ions f rom theInternational Monetary Fund. Information on thishas not previously been published.”…

Duncan more accurately states the next assertionhe says I make . “The ESF exchanges SDRCertificates with the German Bundesbank in return forgold to put on the market through off-balance sheetloans. This exchange is why the SDR Certificatesdisappeared from the ESF’s books.”

That is my point precisely, and here is Duncan’s response.“By law, the secretary of the treasury is authorized

to issue SDR Certificates only to the Federal ReserveSystem. The SDR certificates went off the ESF’s booksbecause they were redeemed by the TreasuryDepartment with the secretary’s authorization. Thevisible result in the ESF’s balance sheet was a declinein the l iabili ty i tem for SDR certificates and acorresponding decline in the asset item for the ESF’sholdings of U.S. government securities at the Bureau ofPublic Debt. The ESF redeemed the U.S. governmentsecurities in return for dollars to use in redeeming theSDR certificates from the Federal Reserve System.”…

Duncan is being evasive. Because of Duncan’s long-winded technical explanation, the casual reader may thinkthat Duncan answered the question, and will then read onto the next point. But by not denying my assertion, Duncanleaves my assertion unchallenged. So I take his reply as a“yes”—that the ESF is exchanging redeemed SDR certificateswith the German Bundesbank in return for gold.

The third and final statement by Duncan to explain myassertions is: “The CFS [Consolidated Financial Statement of theU.S. government] and the Treasury Bulletin report differentamounts of foreign exchange reserves because the CFSpresentation nets out foreign exchange liabilities.”

Mr. Duncan’s response here is interesting. “Thedifference reflects the fact that the Treasury Bulletin reportstotal U.S. reserve assets and that this total includes theforeign currency assets of the Federal Reserve System, which is not a U.S. Government agency and thereforeis not covered in the CFS. The CFS covers only thereserve assets held by the Treasury Department.”

Some readers may not be aware that the Federal Reserve isnot part of the U.S. government. The Fed is privately owned, soDuncan is saying that it is not consolidated into thefinancial statements of the federal government.

But that leaves unanswered the question as towhy the Fed’s assets are reported as U.S. reserveassets in the Treasury Bulletin. Is it to make theU.S. reserve assets look bigger than they wouldotherwise be if the Fed’s assets were excluded from thereport appearing in the monthly Treasury Bulletin?

So again, we are left with more questions than answers. It need not be that way. All we need is for the

treasury secretary or the president—who are the onlytwo people with authority to speak for the ESF—tosimply explain the evidence presented, compellingevidence that the ESF is engaging in gold transactions.

Explain the evidence. If it is not related to goldtransactions, then explain what it is.

Just by explaining the evidence, the treasury secretaryor the president could put an end to this so-calledspeculation that the ESF is engaging in gold transactions. …

But there is nary a word from either the treasurysecretary or the president denying that the ESF isengaging in gold transactions. I wonder why.

FEDS WITHHOLD CRUCIAL WTC EVIDENCE

By Christopher Bollyn, American Free Press, 08/08/02

Evidence debunking the official explanation for thecollapse of the World Trade Center is being kept secret bythe U.S. Dept. of Justice on a flimsy pretext.

The U.S. Dept of Justice has ordered secrecy measuresto keep the contents of a ‘lost tape’ of firefighters’ voicesat the World Trade Center from being made public. The reason for the secrecy surrounding the 78-minuteaudio tape i s because i t ev iden t ly debunks theaccepted explanation that intense jet fuel fires meltedthe towers steel beams and caused the collapses.

The New York T imes recent ly revea led theexistence of the tape of radio transmissions betweenfirefighters of the New York Fire Department (NYFD),which proves that at least two men had reached the 78thfloor Sky Lobby of the South Tower. The firefightershad reported about the fires and casualties theyencountered and begun evacuating the survivors.

The article said that firefighters reached the crash zoneon the 78th floor, where they went to the aid of grievouslyinjured people trapped in a sprawl of destruction. While theTimes article raises as many questions as it answers, itpoints to a reason for the secrecy: “Once they got there,”the article says, “they had a coherent plan for putting outthe fires they could see and helping victims who survived.”

The report names two of the firefighters who were atthe crash site: Battalion Chief Orio J. Palmer, who wasorganizing the evacuation of injured people, and FireMarshal Ronald P. Bucca. Both men died in the collapse.343 NYFD firefighters perished on 911.

‘TWO POCKETS OF FIRE’The voices of the firefighters “showed no panic, no

sense that events were racing beyond their control,” theTimes wrote. “At that point, the building would bestanding for just a few more minutes, as the fire wasweakening the structure on the floors above him. Evenso, Chief Palmer could see only two pockets of fire, andcalled for a pair of engine companies to fight them.”

“I didn’t hear fear, I didn’t hear panic,” Palmer’swidow said. “When the tape is made public to theworld, people will hear that they all went about theirjobs without fear, and selflessly.”

The fact that veteran firefighters had ‘a coherentplan for putting out’ the ‘two pockets of fire’ indicatesthey judged the blazes to be manageable. These reportsfrom the scene of the crash provide crucial evidencedebunking the government’s unfounded claim that araging steel-melting inferno led to the tower’s collapse. As the FEMA ‘Building Performance Assessment’

report says, “Temperatures may have been as high as900 - 1,100 C. (1,700 - 2,000 F.) in some areas.”

“If FEMA’s temperature estimates are correct, theinteriors of the towers were furnaces capable of castingaluminum and glazing pottery,” Eric Hufschmid, authorof the book Time for Painful Questions writes. Yet thevoices on the tape prove that several firefighters wereable to work ‘without fear’ for an extended period atthe poin t of the c rash , and tha t the f i res theyencountered there were neither intense nor large.

Incredibly, the South Tower literally disintegratedin less than an hour after being hit by a plane, whichimpacted between its 78th and 84th floors. “Fire hasnever caused a s tee l bu i ld ing to co l lapse ,”Hufschmid writes, “so, how did a 56-minute fire bringdown a steel building as strong as the South Tower?”

Hufschmid’s forthcoming book presents compellingevidence that explosives caused the towers to collapse.

Pointing to the Meridian Plaza fire in Philadelphia in 1991,Hufschmid writes: “The Meridian Plaza fire was extreme, butit did not cause the building to collapse. The fire in theSouth Tower seems insignificant by comparison to both theMeridian Plaza fire and the fire in the North Tower. How could the tiny fire in the South Tower cause theentire structure to shatter into dust after 56 minuteswhile much more extreme fires did not cause theMeridian Plaza building to even crack into two pieces?”

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey(PA), the bi-state authority and owner of the WorldTrade Center, retrieved the ‘lost tape’. A spokesmanfor the authority, Greg Trevor, told AFP that the tapewas found in PA police offices at 5 WTC, ‘two orthree weeks’ after 911. The PA police monitoredradio transmissions from the WTC.

Because of an unexplained delay in producing thetape it was believed ‘for months’ that firefighters hadgone no higher than about the 50th floor in eachtower. The delay, Trevor said, was due to the timerequired to transfer the voice data to ‘encrypted CDs’.

In January or February, the PA offered a copy of thetape to NYFD officials, who reportedly declined the offerbecause they did not want to sign the confidentialityagreement as demanded by the PA. The Independent(UK) added that the PA ‘held back from sharing itwith police and only relinquished it on condition thata confidentiality agreement was signed.’

“That’s not correct,” Trevor told AFP regarding theallegation that the PA had withheld the tape from the police. The PA had only handled the tape “under theinstruction of the U.S. Attorney’s office,” he said.

A spokesman for the NYPD expressed surprise when AFPasked if the police had conducted a criminal investigation into theevents at the WTC. Spokesman Bernard Gifford said NYPD hadnot pursued a criminal investigation of 911 having ‘turnedit over’ to the FBI. Gifford wouldn’t say when thisoccurred, although Joe Valiquette of the New York office ofthe FBI told AFP that the federal bureau had run theinvestigation ‘from the moment it happened’.

On August 2, the relatives of the 16 firefighters whosevoices were identified on the tape were allowed to hear theirlast words in a New York City hotel. The families were firstrequired to sign a statement prepared by lawyers theywould not disclose what was said on the tape.

BECOMING PUBLIC?Despite the fact that the contents of the tape are being

kept secret, the Times article says, “Only now, nearly a yearafter the attacks, are the efforts of Chief Palmer, Mr. Buccaand others becoming public. City fire officials simplydelayed listening to a 78-minute tape that is the onlyknown recording of firefighters inside the towers.”

While Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta said hehad not known the tape existed until ‘very recently’, boththe Times and CNN err in claiming that the NYFD is the

agency behind the extreme secrecy. “The Fire Departmenthas fo rb idden anyone to d i scuss the con ten t spubl ic ly on the ground tha t the tape might beevidence in the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui, the manaccused of plotting with the hijackers,” the Times said.

When AFP asked the NYFD why the onlyconversations between firefighters engaged at the scene ofthe crash had to be kept secret because of ZacariasMoussaoui, who was in prison in Minnesota at the time, thespokesman replied, “Take it up with the Dept. of Justice.”

WHAT EXPLOSIONS?Asked about the numerous reports by eyewitnesses,

including firefighters, of explosions inside the towers beforethey collapsed, Mike Logrin, spokesman for the NYFD, said,“We’re pretty sure there weren’t bombs in the building.”Logrin said there was “no evidence of explosions, and forscientific evidence” about the collapse recommendedviewing a television program. “Didn’t you see theNOVA [PBS] special on the collapse?” he asked.

On September 11 the British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC)interviewed one of its New York-based reporters, SteveEvans, who was in the second tower when it was hit.

Evans reported: “I was at the base of the 2nd tower, the second tower that was hit. There was an explosion—I didn’t think it was an explosion—but the base of thebuilding shook. I felt it shake—then when we were outside, the second explosion happened and then there was a seriesof explosions. We can only wonder at the kind ofdamage—the kind of human damage—which was caused bythose explosions—those series of explosions,” he said.

Evans is a professional journalist and although hisobservations of explosions in the second tower should be takeninto account, they are not. Numerous eyewitnesses reportedseeing or hearing explosions, but these reports have been avoidedby the agencies supposedly leading the investigation.

Valiquette of the FBI told AFP that he had not“heard anything” about reports of explosions in thebuilding and that he had “never heard any discussionof it” in the FBI’s New York office.

COMMUNISM, ZIONISM & FEMINISMSHARE NEW WORLD ORDER PEDIGREE

Mankind Is Entering A New Dark Age

By Henry Makow, Ph.D. ([email protected]), rense.com, 8/14/02

George Orwell’s warning in 1984 of the enslavement ofhumanity in a global police state was not an idle exercise. It was coming true in 1949 when the novel was published. The attack on the World Trade Center Sept. 11,staged by NW0 controllers with Hollywood flair, heralded the next phase in this centuries-old plot.

Veteran journalist Douglas Reed, writing in 1951, wasalso aware: “We might logically assume that a primaryobject of any third war, though cloaked at the start, wouldbe the expansion of the Zionist State, and the imposition ofa ‘world federation’ and a new ‘management’ of mankind. In the aftermath of the Second War such aims, earlierconcealed, were much more openly admitted byleading politicians.” (Far and Wide, p.291)

In 1913, the shareholders of the Federal Reserve tooka major step toward the enslavement of humanity whenthey finagled the right to create money out of thin air—based on the credit of the American people. Thismonopoly which rightly is the responsibility of Congress,is worth more than $360 billion annually in interest alone. They are doing everything to protect this monopoly, including the establishment of a global police state.

I discovered this mind-boggling intrigue lastDecember when I probed for the reason why the“establ ishment” act ively promotes the socia l lydestructive Marxist lesbian ideology of “feminism”.

By “feminism” I am NOT referring to the right ofwomen to fair and equal treatment in the workplace. Thatis a façade for a far more pernicious agenda, which I discusselsewhere. (http://www.savethemales.ca/031001.html).

This week I became aware that Communism andZionism are also part of the same pattern.

If you wanted to enslave humanity, would youannounce your intentions?

Rather, you would bait your hook with promises ofpublic ownership, sharing and universal brotherhood. Thisappeals to the public’s naivete, idealism, and self-interest.

At its heart, Communism is a system of social controland oppression dedicated to smashing the pillars ofWestern civilization: nationhood, democracy, Christianity, free enterprise and the nuclear family. It cares for no otherprinciple than raw power and exercises it ruthlessly.

Members of the Comintern referred derisively topeople who bought the party line as “innocents”. Thisis the Communist “modus operandi”. There is a publiclystated goal (like equal rights) that appeals to everyone.Only the inner circle knows that the true agenda is tosubvert social institutions and gain arbitrary power.

The Soviet Union was the bankers’ original version ofthe “New World Order” (the Communists used that term). In Wall Street and the Bolshevik Revolution, whichis on line, Antony Sutton describes how the bankersand their allies engineered the Russian Revolutionand bankrolled the Soviet Union. (http://reformed-theology.org/html/books/bolshevik_revolution/_)

Because the same financiers control our mediaand educa t ion sys tem, th i s was news to me .Likewise , i t was surpr is ing to learn tha t Jewsdominated Communist Russia from its inception.(http://www.hoffman-info.com/communist.html.)

If you want to undermine the social order, youempower minorities that are ostracized by society. In theJewish people, the bankers, who were often Jewishthemselves, found an ideal instrument for their NW0 agenda. In The Last days of the Romanovs (1920), Robert Wiltonwrites, “Taken according to the number of population, the Jews represented one in ten; among the commissarsthat rule Bolshevik Russia they are nine in ten, ifanything the proportion of Jews is still higher.” (391)

Marxism appealed to a sublimated religious urge on the partof largely atheistic Jews to “build a better world” on a secularhumanistic basis. When their usefulness was over, many of theseJews were imprisoned or liquidated. Arthur Koestler is anexample of many Communist Jewish writers who recorded hisdisillusionment (see The God that Failed, The Invisible Writing,Darkness at Noon.). Ayn Rand, a Russian Jewess, alsodenounced Communism and extolled individualism andfreedom (see Fountainhead, Atlas Shrugged).

Nevertheless we don’t hear much about atrocities thatJewish Communists perpetrated in the USSR. (http://www.jewwatch .com/ jew-occupiedgovernments -USSR.html#anchor1218070.) They attempted to eradicate allvestiges of the traditional Czarist social structure. In thecollectivization of the Ukrainian farmers (kulaks), anestimated 10 million people were starved or shot. Millionsmore died in mass executions in the Baltic, massacres ofCossacks and Volga Germans, in the genocide of threemillion Muslims, and in Gulag slave labor camps.

As a Canadian Jew, and the son of Holocaustsurvivors, I feel an obligation to educate myself aboutJewish responsibility in this era in Russian history.

Like Communism, I’m afraid Zionism may be anotherexample of how the bankers manipulate the Jewishpeople for their own ends. Most Israelis would behappy to live in peace within the 1967 borders. They arenot aware of a possible hidden agenda: Israel may havebeen funded for the purpose of imposing New World Orderhegemony on the Middle East, or even the world.

Israel doesn’t make a lot of sense in any other

terms. The Israeli founding elite mostly originated inRussia where after 1917 Jews apparently had aprivileged position. One of Stalin’s first acts was tomake anti-Semitism “punishable by death”. The Zionistelite was atheist so the biblical injunction to return tothe Holy Land was for propaganda purposes only.

In his book Fallen Pillars: U.S. Policy TowardsPalestine Since 1945 (1995), Donald Neff tells how in 1919Hugh Gibson, the newly installed ambassador to Poland, was chastised by Col. Edward Mandell House for reportingthat Zionists were exaggerating Anti-Semitism in Poland fortheir own purposes. House threatened to block Gibson’sconfirmation in the Senate. Also present: American Zionistchiefs Louis Brandeis and Felix Frankfurter.

Who was Col. House? You won’t hear about himin establishment histories.

He was Rothschild’s agent and President WoodrowWilson’s handler. He later controlled FDR with the help ofBernard Baruch, Louis Howe and Harry Hopkins.

Gibson was young enough (36) to be incensed. Hewrote a 21-page report for his colleagues in which hevoiced his suspicion that the Zionists had “aconscienceless cold-blooded plan to make the conditionof the Jews in Poland so bad that they must turn toZionism for relief”. (http://www.jewwatch.com/jew-worldconspiracies-zionism-fallenpillars.html)

One wonders if Jewish immigration to the U.S.and elsewhere f rom Nazi-occupied Europe wascurtailed for the same reason.

Modern feminism is another NW0 Communist frontinspired and led by Marxist Jews. Most of the leaders ofthe “second wave” were “red-diaper babies”, so calledbecause their parents were Communists. They arecharacterized by a bizarre conviction that WesternCivilization is evil because it was created by men, andtherefore needs to be torn down. It has turned theuniversity humanities curricula to mush andpsychologically sterilized two generations of women.

In the view of Kenneth Minogue, Professor Emeritusof Political Science, London School of Economics, “the radical feminist revolution is nothing less than adestruction of our civilization. It has all happened insuch a way that people have not yet realized whathas happened.” (see How Civilizations Fall)

Communists, Zionists or Feminists Jewish or not—are simply not aware that they are being used by theInternational Bankers [IBC] to create an OrwellianNew World Order. If they strip away the rhetoric, theywill discover that the NWO is a long-term plot toconsolidate global wealth and power in a few hands. It isa scheme to degrade, enslave and even exterminatepeople—and to divorce humanity from God and Nature.

Mankind is entering a new Dark Age.

STRIKE PLANS AGAINST IRAQ MOVE AHEAD

By Anthony Shadid and Robert Schlesinger,Boston Globe Staff, 8/18/02

WASHINGTON—Despite internal divisions and thepresident’s insistence that he has made no decision on militaryaction against Iraq, the Bush administration has stepped up itsmilitary planning for an invasion, the rhetoric to justify it,and a diplomatic campaign to prepare for the potentiallymessy aftermath, administration officials and analysts say.

Specula t ion about the t iming of a mi l i ta ryoperation remains rife among diplomats, the Iraqiopposition, and within the administration itself. But evenwithout a date—and U.S. officials insist that thedecision to attack Iraq has not been made—the piecesare gradually being put into place for an invasion.

“This kind of planning and looking at assessments in casewe should do it is absolutely going on, and I see no change in

Page 21: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

that whatsoever,” said Phebe Marr, a specialist on Iraqi affairswho testified in Senate hearings this month and who advisedthe first Bush administration during the Gulf War.

“The more you plan,” Marr added, “the more things fall intoplace, the more you look at difficulties, and the more prepared youare to say, ‘OK, it’s the third of December or whatever.””

Some ana lys t s sugges t tha t the p lann ingrepresents a “slippery slope”, making it more difficultto turn back after each incremental step toward war.

That sense appears to have alarmed opponents ofmilitary action, even within Republican circles. Echoingconcerns of key members of Congress, Brent Scowcroft, national security adviser under President George H.W.Bush, warned in an opinion article Thursday in the WallStreet Journal that an attack might jeopardize and perhapseven destroy the administration’s antiterrorism campaign, aswell as unleash a wider war between Israel and Arab states.

“I think we’re very much sliding into confrontation,”said Laith Kubba, an Iraq expert at the National Endowmentfor Democracy in Washington. “We’re all sliding into it.The clock is ticking very quickly toward a confrontation.”

Despite leaks of possible war plans, the Pentagonhas insisted that movement of troops and equipment inthe region is routine. But commercial satellite imageryhas shown that between January and June, the U.S.military quietly expanded Al-Udeid Air Base in thePersian Gulf country of Qatar, complete with a 13,000-foot runway to handle heavy bombers.

The photographs also appear to show hardenedaircraft shelters, a sophisticated command and controlcenter, and a tent city to house thousands of troopsin the sun-scorched terrain.

Analysts point out that the base could be analternative to facilities in Saudi Arabia, which hassaid it would not allow its territory to be used tolaunch a strike against Iraq.

General Tommy Franks, who heads U.S. Central Command, has said the base is being developed for “times of crisis”.

John Pike, head of GlobalSecurity.org, a military policyorganization, said the United States also has positionedequipment for two divisions in the Mediterranean, PersianGulf, and South Pacific regions that can be moved withrelatively little notice to Kuwait, which neighbors Iraq.

The tiny Indian Ocean island of Diego Garcia, wherethe U.S. military keeps supplies and a listening post, hasenough equipment for an Army brigade and a Marinebrigade, with three brigades forming a division.

The marines also have equipment for one brigade on shipsin the Mediterranean and for another on ships anchored at Saipanin the Pacific, Pike added. The Army also has equipment for abrigade in Kuwait and for another in Qatar, he said.

If President Bush gave the order to attack on Nov. 6,the day after this year’s election, “you could have all of thehardware and all of the troops for a four-division assaultforce ready to go in Kuwait by Thanksgiving, and theycould be in Baghdad by Dec. 7,” he said.

The U.S. military confirmed last week, one day afterdenying it, that it had contracted for a pair of commercialcargo ships to move helicopters and other militaryequipment from its European Command area to the CentralCommand area. That region stretches from Egypt toAfghanistan, an area that includes Iraq. The militarydescribed the movement through the Red Sea as routine.

Al-Hayat, a leading Arabic newspaper based inLondon, reported this month that U.S. forces wereoverseeing the renovation of an air strip in Kurdish-controlled northern Iraq. The work began two months ago,the newspaper said, quoting witnesses and truck driverssupplying the facility, and included the installation of radarand electronic equipment. The CIA refused to comment, and the Pentagon denied that such work was under way.

Much of the preparation could be interpreted asa way of giving weight to the administrat ion’s

threats, rather than preparation for war.Iraqi opposition officials have acknowledged that

anything they hear from the administration on militaryaction is probably disinformation, designed to keepSaddam Hussein, Iraq’s dictator, off balance. Andfew dispute that Iraq, in recent weeks, seems to betaking seriously the administration’s preparations.

Senior U.S. officials have insisted that while nodecision has been made to attack Iraq, Hussein should beoverthrown. That case was most forcefully made byCondoleezza Rice, the national security adviser, in aninterview with the BBC last week in which she calledHussein “an evil man” and insisted that “there is a verypowerful moral case for regime change”.

“We certainly do not have the luxury of doingnothing,” she said.

Less noticed are statements on what shape a post-Hussein Iraq will take. The Iraqi opposition groups, withU.S. support, signaled their backing for a federalstructure, a way to assure Kurdish autonomy innorthern Iraq without fracturing the country.

The State Department has begun laying out its visionas well. Explicitly rejecting the idea of Hussein beingsucceeded by another leader from the military or rulingBaath Party, even one subservient to U.S. interests, it hassaid it will seek a democratic Iraq, one that “no longerthreatens its neighbors, renounces the development andpossession of weapons of mass destruction, andmaintains the territorial integrity of the country”.

The most public sign of the administration’s preparation isits courting of the long-fractured Iraqi opposition.

In past months, work was hampered by divisionsamong the CIA, Pentagon, and State Department over astrategy of engaging the opposition. Splits were apparentas recently as June.

But in meetings last week, both sides appeared to haveset aside many of their differences. The administrationpledged support for an opposition conference of 50 to 70people that the groups say they aim to convene next monthin Europe, possibly in the Netherlands.

From that, opposition officials say, they hope toset up a coordination committee that could form thebasis of a transitional administration.

“Whereas previous conferences were to unite theopposition and its activities, this has to be regarded as afirst step into Iraq in terms of administering a post-SaddamIraq,” said an opposition official based in London.

The State Department has undertaken its own effort inplanning for what would follow the fall of Hussein.

The topics addressed so far include questions ofjustice, amnesty, and war crimes with members of Hussein’sgovernment, as well as postwar economic and budgetplanning. By next month, groups of five to 15 people willbegin looking at issues of public health, humanitarian work, agriculture, water, the environment, and democratic principles. The initial project, at a cost of $1.5 million, will wrap up workby late October or early November, officials say.

The plans that ensue can be put into place almostimmediately after Hussein’s fall, officials say. While deepanxiety persists over the prospect of an invasion fromsenior levels of the State Department on down, there is aconsensus that the effort can make the aftermath moremanageable, a lesson Washington learned from experiencesin Afghanistan, Kosovo, East Timor, and elsewhere.

“Anybody who knows the region knows that nothing’sguaranteed,” a U.S. official said. “There’s no sure thing. We can make every preparation, have the most dedicatedand dynamic people, have the whole internationalcommunity behind it, and it’s still unpredictable.

“I think the more we prepare, the better effort wemake, and the more support we get around the world, the better the chances are to make something goodcome out of this,” the official said. “But who knows?”

THE WASHINGTON AGREEMENTAND WHAT IT REALLY MEANS

By Julian D.W. Phillips, gold-eagle.com (Editorial), 8/22/02

We—at “Gold-Authentic Money”—believewe are on the brink of a massive gold bull market.

However, the market is constantly aware of thedominating force of the Central Banks in the goldprice—as has been the case for the last quarter of acentury. Before one gauges the future levels of isprice—a close look at their attitude to the metal iswarranted. We believe that they are instrumental inthe restructuring of the gold bullion market. Why?And how can we be so sure?

In this article on the Washington Agreement—weexamine the i r a t t i tude towards the meta l andhopefully—adjust the view that Central Banks, inthemselves—are anti-Gold plus—anti a high price forGold and that they will dump this “Barbarous relic”the moment they can. We believe they are happy tohave gold functioning in the Monetary system and ata significantly higher price.

The final part will show that the Central Banks willbe repeating history—by looking at a time when Goldwas used effectively to take the world through extremelydifficult days and into tremendous subsequent growth.

Part 1

The Washington AgreementWhat it really means!

In September of 1999, 15 main Central Banks—including the European Central Bank and with thetacit support of the IMF and U.S. Federal Reserve[through their continuing absence from the Goldmarket]—in what is now called the “WashingtonAgreement”—made certain critical agreements:

*Gold will remain an important element of GlobalMonetary Reserves.

*The gold sales already decided will be achieved througha concerted programme of sales over the next five years.Annual Sales will not exceed approximately 400 tonnes andtotal sales over this period will not exceed 2,000 tonnes.

*The signatories to this agreement have agreednot to expand their gold leasing and their use of goldfutures and options over this period.

*This agreement will be reviewed after five years.Clearly, these agreements were intended to remove

the threat of unexpected gold sales by them and providea clear picture of what they would be doing for the nextfive years—at which time they would meet again toeither renew, remove or adjust the agreement.

The immediate impact on the market was that the priceof gold moved up quickly to around $330 an ounce beforeslipping back again to below $300. Calm settled into themarket and a steady consolidation of the price has beentaking place until recently—when the price moved back upover the $300 mark where we see it today.

Why—after such a campaign against gold—would the key players remove their threat to thistarnished commodity? Let’s take a deeper look atthis event and gain a proper perspective.

Did the Monetary Authorities ever, really turnagainst Gold?

*The U.S. termination of the convertibility of gold inthe early seventies and its termination of the sales of itsown gold reserves was the first factor, to say “No!”

*34, 000 tonnes of gold still sitting in the vaultsof the Central Banks says “No!”

*The relatively small amount of gold, sold by the

Page 22: NEWS REVIEW $ 3.00 AUGUST 28, 2002 U.S. Dollar: Painted ... · presentation. Also, please, affix a copy of the letter, EJ to Sakiasi Genewa, Papua New Guinea of August 17, 2002 (day

IMF after which Members refused to sanction moresales, says “No!”

*The low level of gold sales by other CentralBanks in general, says “No!”

*The E. C. B.’s policy of holding 15% of itsreserves in gold, says “No!”

*The sale by IMF debtors of gold to them, despite theprotestations that this was a one off event, says “No!”

*The use by India of gold in its debt settlements, says “No!”

*The purchase of Gold, to be used as a ReserveAsset by Central Banks over the last four Yearsincluding by Germany, Italy, France, says “No!”

*The Washington Agreement, itself, was—infact—the loudest shout of “No!”

Gold was never shut out of the world’s monetarysystem—simply sidelined—whilst the U.S. dollarascended to its present position.

Let’s review what has happened over the lastthirty and more years: a colonisation of the world bythe U.S. Dollar. Dollar Imperialism!

The U.S. dollar is used in 85% of all transactionsworldwide. It forms 76% of the world’s Reserves. Thecontrol over these by the Fed is not simply absolute[through their ability to freeze deposits] but fundamental. What happens to the U.S. dollar happens to reserves.Countries outside the territorial control of the U.S. are withintheir financial control [al-Qaida is the classic example]. Nomore the need for Gunboats—no more the danger of badsovereign debts—the U.S. dollar is controlled by the Fed.

By far the most extensive and effective system ofworld control has been established since the lastWorld War—particularly since the late sixties. It wasvital that this process be insidiously establishedwithin the context of a strong U.S. dollar.

Since the seventies and the ‘Floating’ of the Dollar andSterling, the Dollar has gained ground in terms, not only ofworldwide use—but acceptance. Gold was the onlyobstacle in the way of the conquering U.S. dollar. Sosuccessful has this conquest been—that it is now wearsthe mantle worn formerly by gold—as the measuring lineof value, despite its profligate, proliferation. Indeed ifthe price of gold were to rise to where it was before, to$850 an ounce, it would not be seen as a Dollardevaluation anymore—but a simple price rise of yetanother commodity. The Dollar would now be themeasure of Gold. At no time would the world say theDollar has been devalued in terms of gold, as wouldhave been the case in 1970! This was and is, the only—sought-after victory—campaign against gold.

But what should now be done with the silent butforcefully present, mountain of gold, sitting in theshadows? The Washington Agreement has given usclearly defined direction on this.

The first and second points of agreement made in theW.A. certainly seems to us, as—not a simple reduction ofsales—but indicative of a decision to sell no more, with theexception of sales already decided upon. It would thereforebe reasonable to assume that this was a termination ofdecisions to sell over and above sales already agreed. The emphasis being on the termination factor!

As if to clarify this, we noted that Italy, Franceand Germany bought between 400 and 500 tonnes, each—in 1998—just prior to the Agreement.

The W.A. is best seen as a reaffirmation ofgold’s continuing monetary role and a halting of theattack in actions and posture on gold.

Such a move had to p recede go ld’s re -acceptance. The structure of the gold market in 1999simply would not have borne the pressures bought tobear on it, had the change been made silently.

More at a later time!—Julian D.W. Phillips;www.authenticmoney.com

Update by Sheldan Nidle for the SpiritualHierarchy and the Galactic Federation

August 13, 2002 (3 Ahau, 18 Pop, 11 Ik)

Greetings! We return, dear Hearts, with more totell you. Soon, a new reality will unfold, introducingus officially into your lives. In past messages, we havebriefly described ourselves to you. Now, let us tellyou some more about who we are. Like you, ourinitial landing personnel and global broadcast liaisonsare human. We all descend from the aquatic primatesthat Heaven first brought to full sentiency on a wateryworld in the Vega system, in the Constellation of Lyra, some 7.3 million solar years ago. Since then, we humanshave spread across the galaxy, reaching your solarsystem slightly more than two million years ago. However, a catastrophic and prolonged galactic warcaused the deaths of those human colonists over amillion years ago. A second group, whom you know asLemurians, arrived on this beautiful blue orb some900,000 years ago. In the spirit of these wondrousBeings, and, with the blessings of Heaven, we havereturned again to your world in great numbers.

Our first contact with you will be a grand andglorious reunion. It will welcome you back to yourtrue home—the Galactic Federation of Light. Thisorganization includes over 200,000 star-nations, starleagues and reciprocal alliances. To celebrate thebestowal of full sentiency upon us humans, our allieshave graciously established the Galactic FederationHeadquarters in the Vega system. The GalacticFederation is subdivided into 24 regional councils. The regional council in which you will participate islocated in the Sirius star system, on the fourth planetof the Sirius B system. Sirius B is the home of theGreat Blue Lodge of Creation. Its human inhabitantsare considered to be some of the Light’s majoradherents in this galaxy. The nature of Sirius Bsociety is legendary. Its priestesses and priestshave performed their sacred rituals in many differentparts of this galaxy. Such requests are commonand increase each day. Thus, we have arrived hereunder their divine direction. Our purpose is toreunite all the peoples of Mother Earth and torestore you to your fully conscious selves.

In previous updates, we have described our shipsand told you of their marvelous sentient nature. Thesecraft are representative of our various cultures. Manyof us have reveled in ancient methods of farming. Tous, agriculture is a joy that we have replicated on ourships and in immense halls on our home-worlds.There, we have duplicated the agricultural realms inwhich we once resided. The huge Motherships fromthe constellations of Pegasus, Ares and Taurus contain

such holy places where ceremony is performed andthe ancient feasts of our ancestors are recreated.Other Motherships originate in more scientificcultures, where great halls emulate their grandtemples and ancient historic sites. There, ritual ispracticed that celebrates the many wonders ofCreation and the intuitive logic that informs the innerworkings of physicality. To us, physicality—thissacred grand illusion—is a wonderful playground. We have arrived to give rise to a multitude ofcultures that can be woven into a unified whole.

All of you, dear Ones, are Souls who have spentlifetimes in the thousands of cultures that humanity hasstrewn across the galaxy. Within you are memories ofthose times. To that knowledge are added lifespanson this world. And, although this wisdom has servedyou well, a large part of it remains garbled by themiasma that still engulfs you. Our task, and that ofHeaven, is to disentangle this unholy fog and fully restoreyour tremendous memory. At this very moment, manyof you recall the purple shrubbery of Sirius B or thePleiades’ purplish skies. You envelop these images inuncertainties that remain with you like a bad dream. From time to time, we have encouraged you to allowthese memories to return and let what appears unlikely,in this reality, to become real. In this way, you willopen yourselves to what is real and to the wisdomthat you have long suppressed. Thus, you will graspour benevolence and come to understand why thetime for our reunion, at long last, has arrived.

Our first contact is more than our reunion withyou. It brings to an end your long journey intodarkness and awakens your remembrance of whoyou really are. You, dear Hearts, are galactic Beings.Your home is the stars and the endless galaxies thatcomprise the entirety of physical Creation. You havelingered far too long in the realm of the dark ones. You have limited yourselves and forgotten your manyspace families. Now, reach into your thoughts andembrace your celestial Loved One. Remember theskies of Sirius B; thrill to the many sentient star-nations that emanate from the constellationAndromeda; and feel the wonders of the manystar-nations in Pegasus. These places are as muchyour home as is Mother Earth, and the galaxy isyour true neighborhood. The time has arrived foryou to enlarge your concept of home. Wewelcome you, and know that what you are aboutto discover will change us all for the better.

Your destiny is thoroughly entwined with ours.We know the great difficulties that you have enduredfor almost 13 millennia. As part of this process, youhave survived a period during which you weresubjugated by the Anunnaki. Now, even those who

WORDS OF WISDOMFROM HATONN

CONTACT OR SPECTRUM?

I want to briefly respond toa most unusual question froma totally “out of the blue”person: “It appears Spectrumwill fail, possibly close, so willyou go back to writing forCONTACT or what?”

I have never stopped writingfor CONTACT—but I haveNOT written, nor have mycompatriots written forSpectrum. Tails wag a lot ofdogs, my friends. Therefore,“or what” has no meaning.
