UPDATES:
Since the last Board Meeting in
February, a draft project
proposal has been prepared for
the Dhaka, Bangladesh Project.
It will now be discussed and
when approved by the Board
will be submitted to the
Government of Bangladesh and
the business Community in
Dhaka.
We anticipate holding our
discussions with our prospective
project partners in early April
and hope to have initial project
agreements in place before the
end of May.
What we aim to agree are:
1. Consider viability of aWTF2000 in Dhaka.
2. Agree to produce a pre-feasibility report.
3. Agree and sign LOIs.4. Organise joint press
release, declaring the
project.
NEWS:
Silcasia Energy group is going
live April 2010. The company has
announced a massive 120m
investment commitment in its
Dhaka Project. The company has
also confirmed an investment
interest from a major bank in
BD.
The Chairman of the company
said we are presently in
negotiations with a number ofprospective investment groups
and we are seriously considering
their interests.
