Loskop Dam – May 2019

The rally kicked off with registration at 18h00 where Dina and her team offered a welcome sherry and curry and rice to warm the body.

The storm clouds were building and very soon we had some lovely rain which lasted for about 30 minutes, thankfully Dina had completed registration.

Saturday was a relaxing day that kicked off with 9 adults and 3 children walkers, later during the day Loskop resort were holding an outdoor show, a few members decided to try the wine and venison tasting, which made it a long day for some members, the evening was rounded off with nice fires and a braai.

Chairmans tea was held in the sunshine to try and warm the bodies as it cooled down during the night and early morning.

Seekoeigat – June 2019

Some members were eager to get there, so they started arriving on Thursday. The rest went out on Friday. Rgistration was on Friday evening. Saturday the walkers were up early and had their walk. The rest of Saturday was spent relaxing and catching up.

A very relaxed Chairmans Tea was held on Sunday Morning.

In Conclusion:

1. Members are invited to exchange discs at Paul’s caravan. If you have 10 discs of anything, please exchange it.

2. It is the responsibility of the members to monitor their awards, and to inform Paul of any milestones.

Rally bookings:

It must be made quite clear to all members that have put their names on the rally list for any rally weekend, if your booking / Park fees have been paid over by the club in advance, as it is sometimes necessary, and you do not come and camp, you will be invoiced.
