Contract Now Signed and Contract Works Ongoing.

In the next month we will be continuing the concrete retaining walls and beginning to erect the steel in zone E & F which is part of the School Sciences/ Primary & Nursery, this will also include floor slabs, stairs and lift shafts. The steel will then continue on to other phases of the project and by this time the Steelwork and other retaining walls will be ongoing at the gymnasium and the swimming pool. Widening of Newton road will commence early May which will require one lane having to be closed - access will still be maintained beyond Newton Farm. Prior to the works starting we will notify the local community by letter drop.

Please contact Hamish in the first instance for any queries or comments relating to the project.
