As part of Hongyuan Lighting, Lide manufacturing facility is the largest induction lamp manufacturer in the world. On average it produces over 2 million sets of fixtures per year. Lide adopts the world’s most advanced technology and focuses on high product quality. For each product to be put out on the market, it has to go through 15 unique quality checks. Furthermore, each LVD product can be tracked by its very own watermark that is integrated in the ballast. Energy saving evaluation:Lighting Replacement Projects of Shen-yang Huachen BMW Workshop

Before replacement: it was installed with 400 sets of

400W white metal halide lamps. After 1 year, high lumen

depreciation seriously affected the workshop productivity.

At the same time, the light was glare and uncomfortable.

After replacement: 400 sets of 200W LVD 03-031 highbays

AT & T Underground Parking Lot Lighting Project, in U.S.

Wuhan Steel Mine Lighting Project

This new lighting project requires Explosion-proof Lamp. Since

this place needs us to take strict precautions against explosion,

the lighting products must be immune to explosion. The project

uses 60 sets LVD Explosion-proof 04-001. Its average

illumination reaches 600lux. Its explosion proof capability

reaches IP66. It has low surface temperature with mainte-

nance free, which provides users a safe and comfortable

Dubai Mall Lighting Project

Before replacement: 190 sets of 250W white metal halide

lamps were installed for 4 pieces of billboards at the main

entrances. After 1 year, the MHL lamps obtained bad

comments, not only on the brightness, but also poor color

rendering.

After replacement: After replaced with 190 sets of 200W

LVD 05-005 flood lights, the colorful pictures on the

STREET LIGHTSERIES

A Street Lighting Project in UYO District, Nigeria

Before replacement: This project on a municipal express

highway was originally installed with 454 sets of 400W

high pressure sodium lamps. However, serious lumen

depreciation let to the actual lux level much below the

standard. Besides, poor color rendering made the lighting

unclear and unsafe.

After replacement: After replaced with 454 sets of 200W

LVD 0612B street lights, the average illumination reaches

50 Lux. Meanwhile, excellent color rendering provides

drivers with a rather clear and safe traffic surrounding.


Induction lamp presents nice life span, free maintenance and high

luminous efficiency in the project. The electricity bill is estimated to

be saved RMB 2.2 million in five years.

Weihai Half Moon Bay Tunnel Lighting Project

06-502 and 06-503 LVD induction lights are used in the

project. Compared with commonly used metal halide lamp,

LVD induction lamp is more energy saving, and with high

color rendering and white color light, will greatly enhance

brightness inside the tunnel as well as safety of high-speed

driving.

948 sets of 06-502/150W and 06-503/300W LVD induction

lights are used in the project, among them 200 sets of

06-503/300W for entry & exit section, another 748 sets of

06-502/150W for internal section. Average illumination

reaches 2160 Lux at the entry & exit section.

In contrast with 400W and 250W metal halogen lamps,



estimated to be saved RMB 6 million in five years.

Sunlight Intelligent Plant Grow Shelving

1. With the application of embedded system to realize automatic control, intelligent plant grow shelving can effectively utilize sunlight to light plants in full sun environment and avoid electricity consumption caused by totally artificial lighting in existing plant grow shelving system. (Year-on-year electricity-sav-ing efficiency will increase by more than 60%.)

DIMMINGSERIES

The External Dimming Controller Technology of the Ballast of LVD Induction Lamps.

Advanced dimming concept is adopted to the ballast of LVD induction lamps. Normal ballasts are applied if dimming is not needed and only an external dimming controller is added when dimming is needed. The simulated dimming signal 0-10V is applied as dimming control signal. Dimming performance enables induction lamps to be more suitable for the fields of industrial, commercial and residential lighting.

TG1.0 Timing Dimming Ballast

Applicable to street light and timing controlling dimming proj-ects. According to users’ choice, 30%, 50% and 70% of rated wattage can be reached after 3 hours, 5 hours, 7 hours and 10 hours.
