Distilled in the Scottish Highlands, pronounced ‘ka-roon’, this is the Gaelic word for rowan berry, one of the 5 Celtic botanicals, which is the heart and soul of Caorunn gin. Infused with apple, a dash of blackberry syrup and served in a goblet with a Fever-Tree tonic.

BLOOMBOTANICALS: HONEYSUCKLE, CAMOMILE

Distilled by the only known female gin distiller, it is a light, delicate and floral gin with a slightly sweet taste. Served in a Bloom glass with strawberry syrup, strawberry pieces and a light Fever-Tree tonic. WARNER EDWARDS RHUBARB GIN

BOTANICALS: ORANGE SLICES

Made using rhubarb originally grown in the kitchengarden of Buckingham Palace, during the reign of Queen Victoria. The rhubarb is blended with Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin, infused with orange and a dash of our own rhubarb and custard syrup to make the delicate flavour of the gin stand out. Served in a highball glass with a Fever-Tree light tonic.

MOMBASA CLUBBOTANICALS: RED BERRIES

Aromatic and fruity! This premium gin is made with red berries and exotic botanicals that blend into an extremely gentle drink. Its exciting personality results from infusing the gin with red berries after four distillations in copper stills. Served in a highball glass with elderflower tonic, a dash of strawberry syrup and strawberry slices for good measure!

TANQUERAY RANGPURBOTANICALS: GINGER, BAY LEAVES, CORIANDER

The rare Rangpur lime traditionally used to smooth down the gin brings an exotic bold flavour to the already perfect combination of juniper, coriander, bay leaves and ginger. Infused with ginger and lime and served in a highball glass with a Fever-Tree tonic.

OPIHRBOTANICALS: CARDAMON, BLACK PEPPER,

CUMIN & CORIANDER

On the nose, this gin is full of coriander, with the juniper being quite light and on tasting there is a crisp, peppery flavour. Served in highball glass infused with orange peel and ginger, served with Fever-Tree tonic.

WARNER EDWARDS HARRINGTON DRY GIN BOTANICALS: ELDERFLOWER, GINGER & CARDAMOM

Its unique character and strong notes of cardamomand nutmeg make it intensely warm and smooth; a true pioneer in its class. Served in a highball glass with a Fever-Tree tonic, a slice of orange and a dash of passion fruit syrup.

SIPSMITHBOTANICALS: CINNAMON & SEVILLIAN ORANGE

Dryness leads, with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon tart emerging through this Sipsmith gin. Infused with a lemon twist and served in a highball glass with Fever-Tree tonic.

This quaffing white is just the ticket - made from Gar-gan-e-ga grape, more commonly found in Soave at twice the price, making it a blooming bargain.

This rather splendid Cape Sauvignon tastes just as good as a fine Sancerre but at half the price. Blooming marvellous!
