New User Engagement &

Reference Guide

On Wednesday April 29th, MyApps (https://myapps.partners.org) will be receiving a facelift! This change includes a new web interface called StoreFront.

StoreFront will provide users with the ability to pin favorite applications that they have access to.

All of your familiar applications will still be accessible via StoreFront.

Overview

Open up Internet Explorer (or compatible browser) and type https://myapps.partners.org or click on the Partners Application menu and select “MY CITRIX APPS.” You will auto authenticate (SSO) to the site as long as you’re on a domain-authenticated Partners device.

The Storefront page has a new look compared to the old “My Citrix Apps” site. Not all your applications will be visible at first until you pin them as your favorites.

Some applications such as those listed below will display for any user with access to them.

For applications which are not mandatory, users can press the + button on the left side of the menu to bring up a categories of applications which can be added to the main page.

Pinning Favorites (cont.)The “favorites” feature allows users to expose only the apps they expect to use most. Favorites icons can be rearranged dynamically.

External Storefront Access

Remote access does not require VPN. Open up Internet Explorer (or compatible browser) and type

https://myapps.partners.org then log in with your Partners username and password.

Step 2: Identity Verification This screen will appear on any device that you haven’t registered.

Registration will require you to correctly answer your two security questions. Clicking “Yes, I plan to use this computer in the future” will prevent you from repeating this step.
